Hienoa, kun sai heti huoneen jo aamupäivällä ja lähtiessä sai pari tuntia kauemmin pitää huoneen. Miinuksena kovaääniset hiustenkuivaajat ja toimimaton turvakaappi, kävivät pari kertaa katsomassa tuloksetta.

Meillä oli juniorsviitti ,jossa piti itse pedata vuodesänky. Ja pyyhkeitä oli liian vähän. Huoneesta pääsi terassille.aamiainen oli herkullinen ja kokki paisteli tuoreita munakkaita.viihtyisä hotelli ja lapset viihtyivät uimassa.

Huone erittäin kulunut mutta puhdas.Sänky aivan liian pehmeä oli kuin olisi nukkunut vesisängyssä! Huone lähellä hissejä joten meteliä yöllä.´Verrattuna aikaisempaan yöpymiseen samassa hotellissa niin standard huone oli suuri pettymys. Tasokas hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla lentokenttäbussin päätepysäkin vieressä ja kävelymatkan päässä Oslon keskustan keskeisistä paikoista. Tänne tulee varmasti palattua mikäli matka suuntautuu Osloon.

Minulla matkatavarat tuli myöhemmin ja ilmoitin sitä vastaaotossa kun tulin. Sitten he unohtuivat soittaa minulle ja minä istuin huoneessani ja odotin. Kysyessä tavarat ilovat tulleet mutta vastaanotto sanoi vaan ohoh, kummunikationsprobelem.. Eikä mitään muuta. Todella huono palvelu.

Palvelu oli hyvää. Sijainti on loistava. Aamupala on runsas. Huoneet ovat pienet ja pimeät. Meillä ei ollut ollenkaa kattolamppua. Mutta muuten huoneessa ei ollut mitään vikaa.

I was on a work trip in Oslo for four days and I stayed in this hotel because it´s presumable good quality-price ratio. Well, the hotel was... unfortunately just fine. The room was clean but somehow outdated. They were renewing the rooms and that could be heard about drilling and knocking at the daytime. There was also some ongoing noisy roadworks near […] the hotel. Hotel will inform in their website that customers can use their hi-speed internet connection for free but sadly that was not in use in a whole week. Aamiainen oli loistava, vaikkakin pöytä siivottiin tyhjäksi sillä aikaa, kun haki lisää teetä. Huone oli nuutuneen ja kuluneen näköinen, pettymys aulatilojen jälkeen. Rooms were clean but overall impression was a little bit outdated. Not any big issues, but some little ones. Beds were separated allthough there should have been one bigger bed. Room was 1 or 2 degrees too warm, AC didn't give any cooler air. Breakfast was super and pool + gym nice, also scenery from top floor bar was great

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, keskustassa lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Aamiainen on todella hyvä ja monipuolinen viihtyisässä ravintolassa. Huoneen siisteys hyvä, mutta hotellin yleisessä siisteydessä on toivomisen varaa, esim. saunan yhteydessä olevat suihkutilat huonosti siivottu ja saunan löylykauha pitäisi ehdottomasti vaihtaa uuuteen ja ehjään! The most unpleasant experience with this hotel, was with the reception when the internet connection in our room did not function. Their only help was to put us throuhg an internet help phone-service and as we then were adviced to contact the reception, the receptionist lady was very mean and said she cannot help us. She was practically angry at us, […] when we only got to know there was something wrong with the room itself and it did not make good connection to the internet. I think the receptionist should have served the clients by giving them the ability to be on internet in the lobby, because they advertise free wireless connections. However, we could not use it anyway, because the room itself was causing the problem. Also the room should have needed more careful cleaning. There was dust all over the place. I received an upgrade for frequent use which was a pleasant surprise . This hotel is consistent in quality and comfort. The gym and pool are a big plus.

I have stayed a couple of times in this hotel. The employees are the only plus. But the constant cold air coming not only to the reception area as well as to the restaurant makes this the number one 'get sick' hotel in Europe. The rooms are not any better, the heating system is not working. This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel, and the main reasons is the location and the price. Another pro is that the hotel parking garage is suitable for bigger cars (The height). The hotel facilities is nice enough, and the staff are very helpful. At my first stay at this hotel i upgraded to business room, and the room was at a expected […] standard . The Radisson Blue is nice enough, nothing amazing but a perfectly acceptable hotel. The bathroom in our room was filthy so they upgraded us to a nicer room with no problems. Location is pretty good and the breakfast was excellent.

Very enjoyable, everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff went the extra mile, to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Only downside is the cost of living in Oslo.... Ouch.

Great hotel with superb views from the Summit bar on the 21st floor - our room was on the 19th overlooking the Holemkollem Ski jump, excellent views for our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful with getting about the city, though one member didn't seem to have been to any of the places we wanted to go which we thought a bit odd in a touristy hotel. […] Other minor grip is that we requested a double room but got a twin. Contrary to what some other reviewers have said - either because they were unlucky, economical with the truth, or simply mischief making, this hotel provides an excellent service. We checked in at about 11:00 and our 17th floor room was ready. It was well equipped with all mod cons including an iron, coffee making materials, etc. - some of which the […] hotel website said needed to be requested - in place. The check in and check out procedure was quick and easy and we had obviously got a good price through Expedia. Breakfast was fine - plenty of choices of hot and cold food, plenty of available seating, and friendly service. The location is excellent - the SAS Flybussen from the airport starts and finishes right outside the hotel door! We used to live in Oslo, and for us this was a convenient choice. No warm cables on bathroom floor, and heating system malfunctioned. Very cold around new year. Also, we were told that the hotel was understaffed at this time of the year, so we had to go downstairs to carry up a heater ourselves ( in the midst of the night the heating system started […] to work again all of the sudden). Phone in room not working, safe not working, heating hard to regulate. Near elevator - noisy. Slow response from staff. Waiting for 1.5 hrs for dinner one evening in hotel as waitress had place order incorrectly. 50% of light bulbs not working in room. Nice buffet breakfast with wide selection.

No tea making facilities in room. Room was not cleaned one day. Free Wi Fi Excellent breakfast - plenty of choice. SAS airport shuttle bus stops right outside. Our room was on 19th floor so no street noise and fantastic views. Room was exactly the same as a UK Premier Inn room, but without a kettle!

Only a couple of small issues: the divan had seen better days, with holes in the upholstery showing clearly; it was set up for one person, with one single duvet, although another was found in a cupboard; the bath plug wouldn't open again, with some of the bath fittings falling off; room service got our order wrong after waiting for c. double the time […] they quoted for the food. On the plus: the staff were very helpful and friendly; the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel; great location, the airport bus stops right out of one side, and there were three tramlines on the other side; fantastic views of the new year fireworks from our room; lovely bar on the 21st floor, with reasonable drink prices (for Norway). The rooms in this hotel are small especially the bathroom. However it was good for a family room and sserved its purpose. It might not have been great for a long stay. Breakfast was great and included in the rate for the room. Great friendly staff throuhout the hotel. The hotel is located close to tourist spots so great for sightseeing.

room we were offereed had wrdrobe dors falling off, after 45 minutes following 3 phone calls for repairs we asked for a different room and were imediatlly offered an upgrade to business class room was superb.After tat stay was perfect even thoug it was expensive because of the football cup final

The hotel was conveniently situated for the centre of Oslo. The food was of a really good standard and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.the Summit bar on the roof gave fabulous views of the city and a buzzy atmosphere !!!
