First off the room is small,the fridge did"nt work no local weather channel. pillow had a sharp zipper or broken and poke my arm. thought it was a needle at first but it was the zipper. not worth the money they charge.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I had to leave several days earlier than planned and management refunded the balance quickly and courteously.

Just a one night trip and the hotel is fair though not up to the standard of several other Hampton Inns where I have stayed. If this hotel fits your budget I'd say go for it. Good shuttle service to Mayo.

Clean hotel all around, very friendly staff, they were very helpful.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Continental Breakfast was included. The food was good and more options that i normally find in Continental Breakfasts. It is great that they had Coffee and Hot Apple Cider at all times day and evening.

A comfortable, clean room and hotel. Morning breakfast was good, seating a little limited. Service very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced making this a very good value. Met my expectations from previous positive Hampton Inn experiences. Would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

Great place to stay. Quick drive to downtown Rochester. Shuttle to Mayo available as well. The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in - no question. Very friendly staff.

Both my mother's room of 105, and my own room of 106 were clean, well managed, except for a knocking I heard the first evening. I have trouble sleeping at night anyway, and the knocking of the refrigerator made it more irritating, HOWEVER, I was given a $15 coupon for Red Lobster which I appreciate very much; this would not even had been necessary, […] but I thank the male staff who gave me this coupon. The entire staff we dealt with was very accommodating. We especially appreciated the drivers of the shuttle who drove us to and from Mayo Clinic. We may have to come back when my mother has surgery only then, I hope to have my wife Donna along with me. OH, one more thing, I also thank the staff for being willing to provide a new room key; I repeatedly forgot my room keys in my own room but staff provided keys in each situation very patiently. I of course returned those keys when we left. One thing that could have been differently is the phone charge on my mother's credit card. It would have been good to have the option to either pay for the phone charge with cash or check or possibly a credit card, but no such option was provided. Lisätietoja

The only problem we noticed was the size of the breakfast area. It was full even thought the motel was not. Other than that, this is a nicer hotel than others for a comparable price.

The motel was a nice place to use for our three nights. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and free newspaper. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with the condition of the Hampton Inn located in Rochester MN! Our room was spotless and the hallways, lobby, etc. were just as clean. Service was great & everyone was very pleasant. We will definately stay here again!

An excellent hotel. Very Clean, great service, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great price to value, and even the breakfast was good. This Hampton Inn reinforced our choosing Hampton Inns when we travel.

Way better than we expected for the money. Very clean and almost luxurious, for an inpensive chain motel

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make your stay terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The majority of guests here are patients or family members related to Mayo Clinic.

Yes, this is an older hotel and some wear and tear is evident but, despite this we appreciated the pleasant, affable staff: especially the drivers who shuttled us back and forth to the Mayo Clinic. Mention must be made-they were always on time!! Not having to pay a daily parking fee of $12&up was a real plus as was the continental breakfasts

I was awoken frequently by either the heater/AC unit from another room or some sort of water pump/heater on a frequent cycles. The lobby and staff were wonderful. It just wasn't a restful night sleep.
