We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was helpful, friendly, spot-on! The hotel was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

We had problems with the cleaning staff. The last guests underwear was still hanging in the closet, cleaning staff walked in a after we had checked in without knocking, and there was food left on the carpet. The rooms were quiet, Deion's staff slow but polite and helpful

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt regency Boston. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was very good, although guest services quoted the wrong price for the breakfast buffet. We were told $20.00 per person ( it was $22.00 which was a bit more than expected for 7 people). 1) My laptop didn't work when I got home from the trip. The only time it was out of my sight, was when I checked it (in my backpack) at the hotel. I cannot prove it, but I'm really afraid they must have thrown the bag around. 2) A fridge and microwave should be provided in such expensive rooms. 3) They shouldn't charge extra for internet int the rooms. […] 4) I had toilet flushing issues, which they fixed with a plunger. Hotel was exceptional. First class as per the Hyatt. Staff was informative and helpful. We used the workout room, steam and pool. the amenties hotel are great/ as was the room we enjoyed. would stay again, and certainly would recommend it to others. the great Hotels.com rate made it even better!

Good location walking distance from most of Boston's attractions. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was a little uncomfortable but still a nice room.

Amazing service, very friendly and accomadating. The hotel was full and they gave me a room with one bed instead of the two I requested but changed the 2nd night. The staff was very accomadating though as they made sure we were compensated. Pool is amazing, restaurant and bar were terrific. A really nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check-in early, which was really nice. The location was very convenient and I felt safe in the area being a single female traveler. I liked that the lobby is a few floors above the street entrance. The room was very comfortable and clean.

It was a great time, even though it rained some of the weekend. It put a little damper on the weekend, but other then that it was a wonderful weekend. The hotel is located in a great location to everything. The staff was very helpful with everything.

We stay at the Hyatt often. This year we made a double reservation for May 11th and Hotels.com staff helped us resolve this. Hyatt staff then cancelled both reservations and Hyatt manager Joe helped us with this very professionally.

Disappointed in the quality of the room. I guess when you get a discount on price, they put you in us quality room. That's the way it seemed. Gym needs maintence. Equipment was rusty. Last night we found a false fingernail in tub. Nice touch!

Hotel was a quick walk to the T (tip: use the more populated roads to get back and forth) which put the entire city of Boston within easy reach. Freedom Trail and Boston Common are within walking distance as well. Staff was excellent, hotel was modern, beds were comfortable. Fitness center was very nice with cool towels and free headphones. Pay-per-view […] movie reception was bad but I called and they refunded the money. Mini-fridge available for a nominal fee - worth it to save lots more money on drinks or food. OK for a hotel. Not so good for the price point. The bathroom was worn out, where the faucet was loose, the tub was over-caulked, the door had rips in the bottom of it (peeled), and the paint was 4 coats deep. Beds were OK, but again for the price point they were sub-standard. Lastly, I could carry a conversation with the room next door or people in […] the hall without opening the door. Seems like a nice place, but room was dusty, returns [vents] were filthy, shower head only pointed down, and sink was mostly clogged. Bed was clean though, and it's in a great location.

I have stayed here a couple of times. Everything is great but I love the gym, stream room and the amazing lap pool!

The hotel was very nice and the location was good. THe staff was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. However the room temperature was unacceptable. It was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep for most of the night. When we first arrived we called the front desk and they came to check it out when we went out. When […] we came back they had raised it to 80. We called again and left and when we came back it was cooler bit still warm. We called again and were told the a/c is not officially on for the rooms and it couldn't be lowered. The hallways however were quite cool so I don't understand...a/c for hallways but not guests? For that price, I should be able to turn it to 50 if I wanted. Also when I went to take a shower in the morning, the soap from the previous guest was still in the soap dish. Overall a good place to stay for a short getaway. Alot of attractions are within walking distance of hotel. Trains were also easy to get to. Hotel offered a nice gym and pool area. Hotel offered breakfast free only for one person (had a party of three). Parking should be at a discounted rate while staying at hotel. I would definitely go back.

Well I booked the hotel through Hotels.Com and I stated in my reservation I needed a room for 3 people. Up came the Lafayette Suite with description of 2 king beds for 3 adults. We get to the hotel we were told that the Lafayette Suites do not have 2 beds only one however, they could send a twin bed up for my daughter who was home from college and has […] to sleep on a little bed at school so I was not too happy about that. Plus on top of that we had to pay to park. Even though my reservation said 3 Adults 2 King beds we were told that we went through Hotels.com so I had to take that up with them. We were offered nothing else at all. Honestly, though your bell boys and door men and room maids were all very awesome even the man who was at the pool doing the towels helped us find a lost shirt from the night before that was left at the pool so thank goodness for those people which really made your hotel STAND OUT for customer service because the bartender had no personality at all, the front desk well they were not empathetic at all to our room situation, and the man who ran the buffet breakfast on Friday 3/29/13 was so RUDE and we even heard him tell our waiter a man around the corner stop talking get the plates give them a check and get people in and out very rude, we were very uncomfortable after that Lisätietoja

The location was very convenient. One block to subway, two blocks to Boston common, and everything else not far away to walk to. The crab cakes and clam chowder were excellent. Pool and fitness room just right.
