"Great quality for price"
Every thing was great just few kinks...i did feel like i was treated differently because we booked through hotel .com. They assumed we knew everything. Also we were charged for the splash autorium although it came with hotel. pool very small conjested...water was too cold...need kid pool..also need to have out door pool open by spring. "NIce Hotel"
Hotel and Resort looked very nice. Friendly staff. Only one room key due to renovation of door locks. Children loved the pool and water slide. Over all very nice stay.

We were really surprised with all the amenities on site. The breakfast buffet was really good and the kids loved the indoor water park.

"Overnight trip"
Stayed there overnight. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We were not impressed with the 10am check-out given that the pool did not even open until 10am. Having said that, we asked for an extended check-out which they granted until 12:00noon. Food at the restaurant was OK but not grand by any means (mostly frozen foods). "Clean but dated"
Like the title says, the hotel seemed clean but dated/tired. The walls were pretty thin, so if you have little ones who go to bed before the amenities close, prepare to be woken up when others go to bed. "AMAZING!"
I have never loved a hotel like the Welk Resort. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. There was one tiny problem with our room booking, but they cleared it up in one minute and our stay was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and well ran. The location is very easy to find. I am so glad we picked the Welk Resport!

"over charged"
I agreed to pay extra 40 dollars for use of indoor swimming area but now I see a charge of $115 more on my credit card. I hate it when they tell you one thing and try to charge you another. No I will not stay there again and I will dispute this charge!

This was a clean hotel but the indoor/outdoor waterpark was less than expected and you had to walk across the parking lot to access it. It was very noisy in the hotel and I didn't get much help with that since those people had booked several rooms on that floor. That meant we had to listen to dozens of teenagers run down the hall bangingand slamming […] doors and well as spraying axe body spray throughout the hallway. We like to stay at this particular resort because of the indoor and outdoor water park. Our kids are in the pool constantly while we are there on vacation. The rooms are just okay...but we aren't in there enough for it to matter. This last stay, the water coming out of the shower in the morning was cold. It was invigorating, to say the least. "Not what I paid for!"
The Welks Resort in Branson is a wonderful family destination, with an indoor water park and game room with pool table, air hocky table, and foozeball table. They also have a miniture golf course, a small playground, and daily activities that are family oriented. The problem that I had with the resort is that I had reserved my room a week in advance […] and had a confirmed reservation for a King room for three nights. When I arrived at 5pm that evening, check-in is at 4pm, I was informed that they didn't have any Kings available and that all they had left were Queen doubles. My wife and I are larger people and prefere to sleep on a King. I was not happy, and the desk manager informed me that they would refund me the difference in the room rate, and gave us a complementry breakfest for the next morning. I was very disappointed with the resort and its "amenities." The rooms were small, no mini fridge or microwave, and not much room to move around. The much hyped indoor pool and splash a torium was nothing more than a hot tub and a pool with a single water slide. To get to the area, you had to cross through the lobby and across the parking lot. Definately […] not convenient in cooler weather. The miniature golf course was a joke, cable tv was sporadic, and water pressure left a lot to be desired. The rooms were not well sound proofed and I could hear every person walking down the corridor. The 10 am check out is way too early and don't waste the time on the 90 minute informational tour. -Hotel room was nice, could be better taken care of. -Bed was comfy -Breakfast don't bother, go to a restraut for better price and service/ 2 waitresses for about 30 people. -Indoor/outdoor pool was fun and relaxing.

"Enjoyable Stay! Clean and AWESOME pool area..."
This is an older resort but very clean and comfortable. The walls are thin and we were right by the elevator. Since this was off season it wasnt too bad but if it was crowded it would be pretty noisy. The Splash-a-torium is SO nice. Best water slide of any hotel ive seen. it VERY clean and the fact that it is indoors means you can go in the winter time […] and feel like you are at a miniwaterpark :) We will definitely come back for the great prices, great service, and AWESOME pool/slide. When you check in you have to pick up your free parking pass at the concierge desk...just be prepared-they will try to sell you on a timeshare presentation in exchange for dinner and a show....but they were really easy to say no to and not pushy once we said no thanks. very friendly staff! "Not bad for the price"
The hotel was not bad for the price. The hotel was clean. However the "waterpark" was not really a waterpark...it had one twisty slide and a pool , along with a hot tube inside and outside. Overall not bad!

The Hotel was very old and very uncomfortable beds. The splashatorium was nice but not as big as the picture looks on website and was very crowded. Not worth the money!!!!! Go stay somewhere else

I enjoyed my stay at the Welk resort. All the employees I meet were professional and nice. The hotel was very clean and peacefull.

We picked this based on price and the pool since most places close mid december in Branson. Pool was nice would see where it would be awesome in the summer with the outdoor stuff going too. Would have to have a really good price again to do it in the summer because the room wasn't much grander than many other places in town but with the discount we […] payed what we would have in the summer at one of the cheaper places with a semi indoor pool that we have a larger room and a mini fridge in (but it is a motel) and we get a breakfast that we also found on Hotels.com. "Skip the breakfast"
Although it is a little dated, we really enjoyed the resort itself, our room, and especially the indoor pool and water slide. However, we recommend if you go that you skip the breakfast! Our family of 4 was charged over 30 bucks for what most hotels give away free as a continental included breakfast.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is confusing itself to get to. The parking situation is not ideal at all. The Hotel looks nice from the outside, but it is obvious from the inside that it is an older hotel, with very litte in the way of insulation. We barely slept the first night (a little better the second night) […] due to people coming and going LOUDLY (from floors above and below us!) all night long - yes: 2:30am! The rooms overhead it was like people stomping and playing basketball! You could hear neighbors showering at all hours too. The room - while spacious, was crowded - no room to walk between the bed and the wall - even though everything could have been moved down a foot and still had the wide open space at the other end of the room. Little to no lighting. Bathroom had very minimal lighting and no vent fan. Water was luke warm. Lisätietoja

Fall in Branson is a busy time and many guests are either coming in late from a long day of fun, or getting up early to enjoy all that Branson has to offer. It was very nice. Staff were helpful. our grandchildren really enjoyed the water park.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfy. Resturant was pricey and had a very limited menu. Service was good. We make a trip to Branson every year to do Christmas shopping and we'll stay at Welks again.

"bad housekeeping. bad front desk"
When we checked in, there was not enough bed sheetsAm soaps were not replaced the next day. No drinking water in. The room or to make cofee.
