Loved being right on the lake, next to golf course and really fun Turtle Beach Bar...good food at lakeview restaurant so no driving necessary.

OVerall great. Really nice to be right on the lake - only complaint is lots of young "college Age" guests who were noisy all night long ....

This Hotel charges a fee per day which includes the use of internet, the access to towels and swimming pool, a golf play, and 2 bags of ice. Out of all, it is inconvenient to go all the way to the front office to leave our ID and get the towels or the ice. The internet was very slow and I got disconnected all the time, it worked in and out too often, […] so I couldn't download pictures online. The laundry room was very dirty, and the change machine didn't work, so I had to go all the way to the restaurant to get change, because the front desk didn't have change. This hotel is a little difficult to find but the beach front room, bar and restaurants were enjoyable.

The only redeeming feature of the property was the pool, although it is unheated. The mattress was hard, the pillows and sheets should have been replaced many, many washes ago. The plastic tub surround was broken leaving a gaping hole around the faucet exposing the plumbing. Nice resort, older archietecture. The place was going through a remodel. There was a couch in the front where we walked near our room. I walked the beach and all furniture was on the lawn which I would say it looked tacky. Room (the bed was hard! which I did not like. The restraunt was good with great service. The view was good and it was quite even […] though it was SPRING BREAK. The golf course what a bonus (it's a par 63 and was nice). The only nice thing about the hotel was the view from the room, it offered a great view of Lake Havasu and the hotel pool. We went at the end of March (at the end of spring break) and the water in the lake was still very cold. So we decided to try the hotel pool, the water was also very cold. It was very disappointing that they do not heat the pool […] because it was a beautiful zero edge pool that looks out over the lake. The room felt very cheap, it had a very loud cooler in the wall and cheap furnishings. The TV was tiny an old CRT style that was maybe 15 inches. The beds were ok for one night but I am glad I didn't have to sleep on it for a week. The bathroom was old and outdated but thankfully it was clean. I personally would not stay here again unless it was renovated and I did not feel like I was a valued guest. Lisätietoja

I booked a beach front room, when I get there they put me in a Bay room, which is compairable to the motel 6. Finally I get moved to a different room that at least had a sofa sleeper from the mid 80's. By the third day we finally get moved to the correct room that was booked, a Beach suite, which are very nice, very updated rooms. If you book a room […] make sure you call them and confirm what you will get when you get there. The daily resort fee was not right. Plus, there was a five dollar tax on the resort fee. The fee was for golf, (not open yet), water park, (not open yet), free bag of ice, (really, a fee for ice), telephone, (I have a cell, thanks anyway), and the boat ramp, (I couldn't get my boat on the plane). I thought about negotiation the resort fee since we were […] not using any of the items it covered, but the lady at the front desk looked pretty mean.........I chickened out. The swimming pool was nice looking but way too cold to consider getting in. The maid never showed up on the second day. I love how they set it up with the rooms facing the water. The beds are hard as a rock. Get rid of the pastel colors and do a little earth tones. The hotel is old and needs a major re-model. The Turtle Bar and the restaurant are a great place to kick back have some cocktails and watch the water. The restaurant cooked up some great burgers just a little […] over priced. The folks we met that work there are all an asset to the resort. We'd love to go back when they open the turtle bar but we know the rooms will be way over priced and my back hurt so bad from the bed I couldn't hardly sleep and I don't want to pay over priced room rates for that. No ice bucket in room. You have to go to the front desk for bags of ice. What do you do with it if you do not have a cooler? No cups in the room. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable! Had to call front desk for an ironing board and iron. No hair dryer in the room! The view was great!

we had a great room overlooking the lake. The moon the night we stayed was amazing

I asked for a lower floor so I did not have to drag luggage up stairs. I was given a room that you had to go down stairs to reach and it had a door that did not latch. I had to haul my luggage back up stairs and go back to the front desk to get a new key for a new room. The furniture is OLD and torn. The bed was so hard and old I could feel the springs […] on my hip bones. I was here on business and this did not help me rest well to feel alert and great in the morning. NEEDS UPDATING BADLY! ...which was held on the grounds of the hotel so the location could not be beat. It's not fancy but clean, all the rooms have a lovely view of Lake Havasu, & the staff is very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant & had a wonderful time. Couldn't have been better!

This was a staycation. We stayed here for "The Balloon Fest" It was held on the resorts golf course so the convenience of our room was perfect. No fighting the traffic on and off the Island. We go to Lake Havasu every year for New Year's to fish and celebrate, got a fantastic deal, Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Room was very comfortable.

I love the hotel and location. The rooms were large and clean, very quiet and good area. I had a lake front room it was great. I was a little disapionted because all the activity were close down. I really enjoyed the stay. Nice view of the lake with all rooms on the beach.

I had the great fortune of staying at this lovely resort during the Christmas season. Seconds away from the beautiful London Bridge and Village which are lit up beautifully with Christmas lights. The view from the balcony on my room was spectacular. I highly recomend this resort and the rates were extremely reasonable. :-)

Room seemed a little better than the comments. The price was right, the view was excellent, and the hotel has beautiful grounds. The room was old and dated (1970's era), but clean and ours had no smell. We had to stop and ask directions because the Garmin couldn't find it (don't know why - the address was correct. I would stay there again.

It was like walking through a time warp when we opened the door to our room. I felt we'd traveled back to the 1960's. The room had a bad smell, no remote for the 13" tv, no ice or vending machines, furniture was very banged up, I could go on and on. Will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone!

Nice porch to sit on to see the lake and boats. Room was clean but real basic. Pillows comfy, bed not so much, could feel a spring. No info in room about what hotel has to offer or what the area has to offer. No cable, can't plug in ipod/dvd to TV, channels fuzzy. Boats were allowed to pull up on "beach" which I think it would have been better to keep […] the boats in their slips so people could use the beach to play in and lay out. On our arrival the resort seemed abandoned and no clear signs as to where to check in. The rooms were not as the pictures depicted, we actually had our first room switched because it seemed that someone had slept in the beds before we arrived. Loved leaving my boat in the water in the Nauticals Slip for free every night.

Loved the hotel, the location, the services, the staff, the views and the infinity pool. However, I suggest that you avoid the Cove Suites until they have been renovated. I don't mind having something a bit outdated if it is functional, comfortable and clean. Our particular room was none of those things. The fridge was broke when we arrived and had […] to be replaced. At about 3:00 am the laboring air conditioner started making a very loud rattle that made sleep impossible. The beds were lumpy with old egg-shell covers on them and there was someone else's empty water bottle under one of the beds. It was a complete disappointment from what I had expected when making the reservation. I spoke to management about how intolerable the room was and was upgraded to a lakeview suite which was just wonderful and what you would expect from such a beautiful place. Everything was new and top of the line, sparkling clean and very, very comfortable. I appreciated the prompt action of the management and the rest of our stay was just perfect. If you can afford paying the difference, these suites are a better choice. I will say that if you have a boat that you want to dock in the cove, the location of the cove rooms is much better for you even if the room itself is dated. I suppose some of the rooms are in better condition than the one we had to misfortune to be booked into. You also have a view of the pool from these rooms which might make it a better location for families. Keep in mind that this is a resort located on the island and off by itself. While I prefer that type of arrangement, some people like being closer to local sites and shops. You do need to drive to anything off the hotel grounds as nothing is within walking distance. On the grounds is a restaurant, bar, shop, marina with boat rental, pool and children's play area in the lake. So if you come prepared, there is little reason to leave once you are there. Room was comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. There were 2 queens and a pullout sofa. The room had a waterview balcony, a full refrigerator with freezer and microwave. The hotel provides 2 bags of ice per day. My kids loved the waterpark and the infinity pool. Both the grill and restaurant had many choices and were above average in quality. Rooms were nice, got checked in in the morning, no waiting, Nice pool and bar, Breakfast wasn't very good but the burgers were fine. Great location and everyone there was very helpful. I will continue to go back.

This is an older hotel that we have stayed at many times. We have always had a suite so it was very roomy. 4th of July when we had our kids with us we got a "cove room" It was the worst room we have ever had anywhere!!! It was dirty and old , not clean no outlets and the worst was the sewer water that came up in the sink!!!!! DO NOT GET A COVE ROOM […] MAKE SURE IT IS A SUITE!!! Lisätietoja

We had a great time at this hotel it was just too short but we will return at the end of the month if we can get a room. We would like to have the same room it was right in front of our boat.

not worth the money, boat launch is a dirt road, little to no boat trailer parking, room was full of spiders rooms are run down haven't been change since the 70's

We got there at 3 pm for a 4 pm check in and room was not ready till 6pm. It would not have been that bad if it wasn't 109 degrees outside and all our belongings sitting in the back of my truck. Good place to stay in Havasu! They have the largest infinity pool in Havasu! They give you free boating launch and gated boat parking. 2 free rounds of golf, two bags of ice for free each day, on site inflatable water park, and the turtle bay bar and restaurant right on the resort!
