A typical big city hotel: location very central, price relatively hig given the service and facilities, but rooms and service same as in any motel chain around the city. Everything fine, but the housekeping did not ever get that we had 4 persons in the room (towels and coffee only for 3 person even after I mentioned about that) during a 4 night stay […] (plentty of time to learn). The only real problem I had is that I had to call for towels three times before I finally got them. The parking is WAY too expensive, I won't make that mistake again and will find other parking arrangements.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel as the location is perfect for shopping downtown and also catching a Rockies game. It is located on 16th Street Mall and is within walking distance to Coors field. It has a couple of restaurants and bars on location as well. We will stay here again!

The hotel was amazing. I stayed in the executive suite and I loved it. Very clean, lots of room, and the customer service was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Denver are. Location is another great thing about the Sheraton. Walking distance to everything!

Nice hotel, nice room BUT I do not understand why when checkout isn't until noon, housekeeping insisted on knocking on our door 3 times by 10:30a.m. Hotel was busy and could hear people running up and down halls throughout the night. The next day it took valet 45 minutes to bring our car around.

On line, this hotel looked like a find. I'm going to be in Denver frequently in the coming year and thought this would be a standing option. On line it says Wi-Fi is available but when I got there I found out it was only available in the lobby. I had to take one elevator from the parking area to the lobby then another elevator from the lobby down to […] a lower level, traverse a deserted banquet area to yet another elevator and then up to my room. Every time I returned or left the hotel, it was three separate elevator rides. The room was clean and maintained but nothing stunning; further it was oddly arranged with the TV at the far right side of a long room so only one of the two double beds could see it. We were asked if we would forgo housekeeping yet never informed we would need to post a sign on the door so we got a partial cleaning which we were not prepared for...we were still given the $5 off coupon. My biggest complaint though was there was a two day concert going on at Civic Park with live music played very loudly until 11 at night. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The pool is on the 5th floor, so it is private. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything that we needed was promptly handled. The hotel is right in the heart of great restaurants, music, shopping, and coffee shops. It's a nice place just a little pricey. I don't enjoy paying 25 for parking and 20 for a ham and cheese sandwich..

I enjoyed everything at the hotel except the parking! I feel the guest should rec free parking, we pay alot to stay at least supply parking free or cheaper thn 25 per stay/ car. That and trying to leave the parking lot was annoying I enjoyed the location because it was rt near everything. The beds are amazingly comfortable!

The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast and a nice bar and grill downstairs. The only issue I had was that the wireless connection was slow and expensive.

Our sheets were stained with lipstick and something else, the room would not cool down and the shower was nearly impossible to turn on. Not to mention the hairs in our sink from someone else. For over a hundred dollars per night I expected a lot more.

I have stayed here before and had a much better room (two queen beds) the room this time was in the tower (a strange configuration) You cant watch tv from your bed, its over in a corner by the coffee machine totally to the right you have to pull a chair (1950's) to the side of the right hand bed and face it at right angles to watch, this clutters up […] the access to the bathroom (very slippery tub) ho hum !! I will stay here every time because they allow dogs(,no charge) you cant do this anywhere in the world in a hotel of this caliber and location. and don't get me started on the WiFi and parking charge Lisätietoja

I will not stay here or tell others. For 119 plus tax u had no free Internet and had to pay 24$ for parking which was not easy access to front desk. Can't believe people stay here..

This location is amazing for enjoying the 16th St Mall however the addtional $24/day onsite parking and daily internet fees quickly added to the total cost. The pool needs some repairs and heated better but it was early in the spring.

I was very unhappy with the restaurant in the hotel, when we went down to have the breakfast buffet. We were told that they have the buffet before we were taken to the table. But when the waiter came he then informed us that since the hotel was slow they weren't serving the buffet. I hate to complain but I'm sorry to say it really was not good. my bill was over $400.00 yet we were given a room in the old part of the hotel called the tower. It felt far removed, old and had stale air. The room was very small. The worst of the stay was that we were on the 12th floor and the elevators all went down for a long while. I could hear people […] stuck in at least one of them. I had a business meeting in the lobby so I had to walk the 12 flights down when I got to the bottom floor, the doors were all locked. I had to go through a fire exit door which warned of an alarm however no alarm went off. It put me on the street in the back of the hotel so I had to figure out how to get back to the main lobby via the streets. In the hall ways of the stairwell, there were many mouse traps. The whole experience at a high price was very unpleasant. I am grateful for the help of a desk clerk who moved us to another room - in the new part of the hotel on a lower floor so that if the elevators broke again at least I could get out. Lisätietoja

Me and the girls decided on a stay-cation weeks ago, but the bummer about colorado weather is that it is unpredictable. We choose this hotel because of the heated pool on the roof, yet during the snow storm they didn't shovel any sidewalk or anything to it! so we couldn't even run out and jump in! Other wise, it's a beautiful hotel and lots to do inside […] since there are shops and lots of restaurants and it was a great location because if we wanted to go to a movie or shopping it was not a long time walking in the cold and the shuttle on the 16th street mall is always nice too.... only regret is i wanted to swim. I stayed in the club level 22 floor--the rooms there reflect the innovative architecture envisioned in the original complex. The club level lounge was a real asset. Great hotel and an excellent location. The rooms are a bit small, there is an outside swimming pool (which would be great in the summer, not so much in the winter) and it is a missing a hot tub (which would be great in the winter).

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was helpful and nice. However, a few things that would make me choose another hotel next time. Parking, you must pay $24 a night to park. Internet access was $10 - $15 per day. There was no regular tea. Now that may not mean much to most of you but when you are a tea drinker and all they have is herbal, fruity […] tea's, you get kind of mad. What's so hard about having a lipton tea bag available? The front desk put us in a room that I was told had beautiful mountain views and all we were able to see was a large parking lot for the mall next store and a peek of a mountain between the buildings. We also had to walk almost 2 miles to get to the room. Room 541 has the longest hallway I have ever seen in any hotel - not fun. Restaurants were good on premise and room service was ok except the meal was luke warm and when I was handed the bill to sign, there was a large line to add gratuity but it was already included disguised as a "service charge". I asked the waitress what that was and she said, oh no, the tip is included. Then why have the gratuity line there. Charging your guests for WiFi is in the past Allowing free access to Internet generates business.. Other Hotels provide this service for free.... Follow suit; you can't count on just location to drum up business. Make your guests happy and give back; otherwise you will be left behind..
