Overall experience was very good. The receptionists in Nice Promenade were excellent in their service. I didn't like two things. There was no receptionist in Buffa ,with great difficulty I moved to citadines Promenade. secondly internet wifi was not working as it is claimed in the prospectus.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in Nov 11, the weekend of the Nice to Cannes marathon. The apartments are quite small but worked out well for us for the weekend. We stayed 3 nights which was fine but I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer on the sofa bed. The staff were very nice and helpful. As it says in other comments the reception is only staffed […] 9-12 and 2-7pm so if you are arriving outwith those times I would phone in advance for information of how to access the hotel and your key. Cons: -Lobby does not always have someone present. I arrived at 9pm and had to follow cryptic directions about how to get my room key (it was left in an open safe box). I could not get the wireless password, I could not ask about parking, I could not get any information at all. The next day I learned the staff leave at noon, and are back briefly after […] 2:30 pm. -I could not get a wireless signal in my room on my tablet or computer. -I did not get any maid service while I was there (4 nights). Being next to a beach, the hotel should realize people need more than 2 towels in the room, and more than 1 roll of toilet paper. -Only two parking spots for the hotel, which were full. -The female attendant would not give me directions to the train station until I verified my room number. It actually took longer to verify than to tell me the directions (the hotel is on the same road, so you just keep going straight, away from the beach). The hotel requires a code to enter the building, so my presence in the lobby should not have caused her to question whether I was a patron. Also, what kind of rude staff won't point the direction to the train even for a stranger? -Coffee machine was broken one of the afternoons. -Prostitutes hang out at the intersection 15 feet from the hotel door. -Overpriced for what you get -The concierge did not want to make a phone call for me to book a wine tour. Pros: Clean, the sofabed was not bad at all, great location next to the beach and promenade. The room is stylish. The male attendant in the mornings is very friendly. Avec une chambre ou vous êtes obligés de vous mettre de profil et de longer les murs pour faire le lit , un coin cuisine si petit que le fait même de préparer un thé (bouilloire electrique ) en même temps qu'un café (cafetière electrique) devient problematique faute de place , je ne parle même pas de la préparation des repas... Les fenetres qui s'ouvrent […] sur les poubelles. le seul point positif l'emplacement dans le centre de Nice.Nous avons visiter l'autre Citadine de nice (un peu plus éloignée du centre ) c'est le jour et la nuit.. tres très bien place, pas besoin de voiture, rue piétonne à deux pas, la mer à 5 minutes, en un mot idéal l appartement très fonctionnel, propre, nous y avons séjourné à 4 personnes sans problème

Il residence è carino,in una posizione ottima vicino al mare e al centro ma se possiamo dare un consiglio noi abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare parcheggio perchè la struttura aveva solo due posti auto ed erano già occupati,quindi se andate in un periodo come il nostro,carnevale o capodanno vi consigliamo di andare nell'altro Citadines che è a 10 minuti […] a piedi,è un pò più lontano dal centro ma ha un parcheggio coperto!Importantissimo: ricordatevi di arrivare presto in hotel,noi siamo arrivati la seta alle 20.00 ed era tutto chiuso,abbiamo dovuto chiamare un numero e ci hanno dato codici per accedere alla recepito e per prendere le chiavi dell'appartamento,tutto questo spiegato in francese o inglese,non parlavano italiano! ニースのこのホテルは今回で３度目の滞在でしたが、館内改装中で床は剥がされ、壁はむきだしで、エレベーターも使用できない日もありました。ちなみに私は６階で９日間の滞在でした。なかでも室のドアを塗装するのでドアは閉めることができない日もあったりでセキュリティー面でもほんとうにこれで営業するのかという状態でした。シタディーンチェーンは今までにベルリン、ニースフルール、ストラスブール、リヨン、東京、京都とたびたび利用させていただいていますが、こんなことはありませんでした。 唯一フロントの対応が良かったのが救いでした。 予約時にせめて館内改装中の案内を出してほしかったです。

un seul bémol, le confort du lit convertible dans les studios. Quel domage, sinon c'est un sans faute.

chambre plutot petite pour un hotel citadine, mauvaise odeur dans le hall d'entrée à notre arrivée, chauffage très bruyant et inéficaces: j'ai eu froid toute la nuit. canapé lit inconfortable: tete toujours relevée et lit qui se replie sur lui meme en fonction d'ou nous nou smettions sur le lit. Apart'hotel er anbefalingsværdigt i den forstand, at man forventer en minilejlighed for to og ikke et hotelophold. Hvis man forventer at bo på hotel, så er det bestemt ikke anbefalingsværdigt, da der hverken er restaurant, morgenmad eller rengøring på værelset som standard. Ser man det derimod som en minilejlighed for to midt i Nice, så er hotellet […] pragtfulgt. Minikøkken inkl. service med div. basale køkkenredskaber samt mikrobølgeovn. Man har med andre ord det hele for sig selv. Vær dog opmærksom på, at lobbyen kun er åben mellem 9.00 og 12.00 og 14.00 til 19.00. Lisätietoja

Studio-Apartment für 2 Personen ist unzumutbar, da nur ein Einzelbett (halbwegs ok) und Sofabett (unzumutbar) zur Verfügung stand, statt ordentliche gleichwertige Betten!!
