Erittäin tyytyväinen. Hotellissa näkyy perinteikäs tapa palvella asiakasta tinkimättömällä kunnioituksella ja palvelualttiudella, joka ei kuitenkaan tuntunut epäluonnolliselta imartelulta. Laadukas kuntosaliosasto jacuzzeineen sekä maksulllinen spa-osasto lisäävät mukavuutta. Aamiainen erinomainen. Baari ja hotelllin puutarhasisäpiha luovat erityistä viihtyisyyttä. Pidimme hotellista vapaa-ajanmatkalla, mutta valitsisin sen myös tulevaisuudessa työmatkani yöpymis- tai konferenssipaikaksi. Sijainti hyvä. Puhtaus erinomainen.

Stayed for 5 nights in July and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is near to the French Quarters and other sights, you can walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitively stay here again. =)

On arrival we were met by a very friendly person on the front desk who gave us some really excellent advice about places to go and where the best music was (not on Bourbon Street). Valet parking was quite expensive but to be honest it was cheaper and less hassle than the other options in the area and was convenient for us. It was about 25 dollars a day but i can't remember exactly. It was a little disappointing that although i knew the price did not include breakfast, the hotel could not offer any "pay for" breakfast. One other small annoyance was that our room did not include a refrigerator. We did ask for one to be placed (only once) and were told that it would be, unfortunately it never was. Overall though i would say that i was quite happy with the overall experience, it was very nice to stay in this kind of old New Orleans style building.

The exterior doors were not secure. Although the signs say that you need a key card to enter. One night several teenagers who were not guests were swimming in the hotel pool and running through the halls. Only 2 towels were left for us in a room where after we asked for 3 more after the room was cleaned. I booked a non smoking room but when I checked […] in I was informed that I booked a smoking room. "Closed to River Road Plantations"
Great location to the River Road plantations. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only problem was that there was a sulfur musty smell in our room. I did not smell anything in the rest of the hotel.

The hotel seems a little "dated." No elevators and the decor seems old. However, the employees and the service was exceptional. Would stay here again based on the great customer service.
"WORST HOTEL STAY EVER, HORRIBLE"
I got a room at this hotel because I thought that it wasn't too far from downtown and I needed a room the night I got back from a cruise and I was going to do mardi gras. There was NO PHONE in my room, had a heck of a time trying to get a cab to go all the way out there. The sheets were stained, I got a rash on my face from the pillow, the room stunk, […] the next morning I went to get breakfast that wasn't half bad but the cleaning lady came up to me and asked kind of forcefully if I was checking out now. The hotel has no locks around the building, like they all go ripped out. The pool area was gross. There were no resturants at all around the area and I had to call a different town to order pizza. "A very mediocre hotel."
This hotel was an adequate place to stay cheaply just outside of New Orleans for one night.

"Ramada Inn - In need of major repairs"
From our 4 rooms, one toliet didnt work, air conditioning didnt work in one room, the floors were in major need of deep cleaning. Had it not been the weekend of the BCS game, I would have changed hotels. But unfortunatley, due to the game, there werent any other rooms in a 50 mile radius.

Motel was okay for short stay, since we weren't in room except for nap and showers. Would have been better if we hadn't had to request towels every time needed, finally had 3 new towels brought in 4 days for 4 people and ended up using hand towels.

The floor felt very dirty. the pictures were missing from the walls. The bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom had mold in it. My wife sat down at one of the chairs in the room and fell over because it was broke. So was the other one. "Hotel to no where, except my brother."
The only reason this hotel was a good location was that my brother lived close by. There was nothing else, we had to go the city for a good place to eat. Nothing else to do around there but to visit my brother. The matress needed replaced, we felt the springs. The room was very musky smelly. The people that worked there were very nice. "scary"
it was supposed to be a “non smoking” hotel. smelly, very dirty carpet on the hallway upstairs, no elevator, and smell, smell, smell. and that was not only the smoke smell.

I waited until the last minute to book so I had to get a hotel further out of the city. This hotel wasn't near anything, except a railroad track !!! It runs only a few yards behind the hotel. Needless to say, this was not listed on the description of the hotel. The rooms were not very clean. They smelled very musty. The lady who checked me in was not […] very friendly. "Not bad, but it's been better."
This is our second stay here. We came back because of our first visit. It's not a bad place to stay, but the clerk who waited on us appeared disheveled and not happy to wait on us. The hallway had a bunch of what looked like crumbs strewn down the length of it. The area around the pool (plants, etc) was littered with dead foilage and looked unkempt. […] The room itself was clean, except for the bathroom shower soap holder - it had hair in it.
