Hotelli oli helppo löytää ja katettu ilmainen parkkipaikka oli hyvä. Bank Atlantic Center ja Sawgrass Mills kävelymatkan päässä.Todella siisti hotelli ja tilava huone. Varusteena mikroaaltouuni oli positiivinen yllätys. Sisääntulon yhteydessä sai ilmaiset suklaacookiet! :) Viivyimme hotellissa vain yhden yön, joten emme ehtineet hyödyntää kaikkia hotellin mahdollisuuksia, esim allasosastoa ja fitness centeriä.

Olimme hotellin asiakkaina maaliskuussa 2012 1,5 viikkoa. Hotellissa tehtiin tuolloin pientä pintaremonttia, joka ei kuitenkaan haitannut asumistamme ollenkaan. Lastenallas ja tenniskenttä olivat pois käytöstä, ovia ja ulkoalueita maalattiin, eivät haitanneet menoa. Aamupala sisältyi hotellin hintaan ja aamiaisaika oli 8-11, joskus ovet avattiin myöhemmin (eräänä aamuna 9.05), mutta aamupala oli runsas ja syötävää. Huone oli siisti, joka päivä huone oli päiväsaikaan siivottu. Parveketta huoneessamme ei ollut, en tiedä oliko oikeastaan kenelläkään joilla oli merinäköala huoneesta? Yhtenä iltana pikkukeittiömme lattialla oli 3 torakkaa, muuten saimme olla rauhassa ötököiltä. Hissejä oli kolme (hotellissa oli yli 10 kerrosta) ja hissit olivat kovassa käytössä, ja siksipä ehkä melko hitaat. Allasalue oli siisti (paitsi yhtenä päivänä kun pari poikaa kantoi aamupalansa altaalle eivätkä korjanneet roskiaan pois...) Allasalueelta pääsi rannalle, mutta portti oli lukossa ja takaisin hotellialueelle pääsy oli siitä kiinni oliko allasalueella joku ystävällinen joka avasi portin. Allasalueella oli myös baari, josta sai juotavaa ja pientä purtavaakin päivisin. Hotellin alakerrassa oli pari pikkukauppaa, ja hinnat tietysti sen mukaiset. Seuraavaksi lähimpiin kauppoihin oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, bussilla tosin pääsi helposti ja halvalla mm. South Beachille ja toiseen suuntaan ostarille (Aventura Mall) ja halvempiin päivittäistavarakauppoihin. Alueella on paljon espanjankielisiä, mutta pärjäsimme myös englannin kielellä. Hotellissa oli ympärivuorokautinen vartijapäivystys. Auton sai vuokrattua hotellilla sijaitsevasta autonvuokraamosta. Ajo Miamissa oli melko vauhdikkaan näköistä, joten me tyydyimme ajelemaan bussilla edestakaisin :) Alakerrasta löytyi tourist-info, joka järjesti asiakkaita erilaisille retkille, halvemmalla kuin varsinaiset tour-paikat. Beautiful rooms, beautiful yard with the outside swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay. A bit far from the downtown and beach, you have to have a car to go around.
"Beautiful grounds, comfortable clean rooms"
Absolutely wonderful hotel, rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The service from all the staff was very attentive but never intrusive. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Initially looked at South Beach area but too many bad reviews with dirty rooms, noise or bad service. This hotel exceeded my expectations. "Nice place"
The Hotel Indigo Miami Lakes was a really good value. The rooms were clean, and ours was overlooking the Don Shula golf course. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was there was no wireless internet in the room, just in the lobby area, but this is a minor complaint.

It was a late check in, Front desk lady was very lazy (wehad to say can we help you instead of other way around) and unfriendly (no welcome to Indigo my name is ___and how may I be at your service), had to make jokes to get a smile (that is easy to do for us). "Great Spot!"
This hotel was an amazing find for the price. Very tropical and Very Miami! The staff was very tentative and eager to please. The rooms were even better than pictured. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Miami area. I will be staying here again soon!

"Rain Forest"
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and eye pleasing. My main complaint (and it's a big one)was the bathroom. It was very small and had no ventilation. There were exposed (painted black) drain pipes running across the ceiling from the unit upstairs. "ELEVATOR NEEDED"
The one thing lacking is a convenient elevator. We had to climb two flights of stairs with our luggage.Not good!! If you go ask for a room on the first floor.

I've been going to Miami every year since 1992 and always stayed on South Beach thinking that was the best spot in town. Staying in Miami Lakes and this hotel was one of my best experience. I surely recommend this hotel and hope to be back there next year.

The suite that we stayed in was very colorfully decorated. It was a bit overwhelming at first. The shower head, though, made up for it. "First time in Miami"
Nice location, convenient to restaurants, stores, tennis courts, golf, with easy access to expressways. Friendly staff, very quick to honor needs or requests. Wheels on service carts need to be quieter, unless you like to get up at 6 AM while you're on vacation. .

"Cheerful & Delightful"
I have to say this place is great for the price. Staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were decorated in cheerful colors. The pool area was very clean and had great poolside furnishings. My favorite thing about the room was the full body shower. We stayed here with our 2 kids and they enjoyed just as much as we did.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, nur wenige Meter durch die Terrasse zum sehr schönen Pool. Alles war sehr sauber und auch sehr gepflegt. Bad und Dusche sind o.k. nur die Klimaanlage laut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (online-check in machte die Dame an der Rezeption für uns) Das Frühstück ist leider etwas spärlich, nur […] süsse Teilchen, Joghurt und Kaffee- Eier etc. gegen Aufpreis, aber nicht teuer. Vi brukte over en time på å finne stedet på grunn av uklar adresse og lite synlig skilt fra hovedveien. Ellers var hotellet topp, pene og store rom med delikate farger. Treningsrommet var lite, men hadde profesjonelt utstyr - tredemølle, crosstrrainer + løse vekter. Tilbudet "the steak is on us" skryter på seg at du får 25 USD i rabatt på lokalt steakhouse. "Hotel ist empfehlenswert!"
Sind nach dem Flug von Deutschland nach Miami in diesem Hotel für eine Übernachtung untergekommen, um dann, am nächsten Tag, nach Fort Lauderdale weiter zu reisen. Das Hotel ist u. a. dafür perfekt. Sehr gepflegt und großzügige Raumaufteilung des Zimmers. Das Bett war super gemütlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Terrasse, die wir durch den kurzen Aufenthalt […] aber nicht nutzen konnten. Das Hotel hat einen Pool, der ebenfalls sehr sauber wirkte und auch am Anreisetag von anderen Gästen genutzt wurde. Frühstück war nicht inklusive. Allerdings gibt es angrenzend zur Lobby einen kleinen Restaurantbereich mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben das Frühstück genossen und waren begeistert. Hätten gerne noch mehr Gerichte ausprobiert, waren aber einfach zu kurz da. Preise im "Restaurant" waren angemessen. Unsere Joghurt-Müsli-Schale mit frischen Erdbeeren hat 4$ gekostet. Sehr lecker!! Die Karte ist also einen Blick wert. Und der Koch macht seine Sache super. Der Kaffee war von Starbucks und hat dementsprechend lecker geschmeckt. Nachschenken so oft man möchte! Uitstekend hotel waar niets op aan te merken valt. Ruime schone comfortabele kamers. Elke ochtend een vers gemaakt ontbijtje. Gelegen aan de golfbaan. Minpuntje is de locatie van het hotel. Weliswaar aan de golfbaan maar vrij ver verwijderd van alle voorzieningen en Miami. Je hebt dus een auto nodig, het liefst met GPS die je 's avonds over de wirwar […] van wegen veilig thuis brengt.
