Comfort Inn Airport - South Portland

We stay at the comfort inn whenever we are in Portland. Remodeling was being done, but it didn't affect the room.

No mention was made that they're renovating lobby/breakfast room. VERY cramped and inconvenient to eat. Had to carry food upstairs to our room to eat it . No wonder the rate was lower

Typical Comfort inn, except it was being remodeled. It was suffice and the price was right, but it would have been nice to know of the construction before we got there. Breakfast was OK, but having to bring it back to the room was not good. But for the value, I guess it was ok.

The room was clean, the location was excellent. Hotel under renovation.

It was a wonderful experience staying in your hotel and I am sure I will visit it a gain James

This hotel was near the I95 but it was very difficult to find where to find the street to get to it, we could see the hotel from the street but we couldn't find the entrance to it ,there was no directions as to how to find the entrance to this hotel not even on the street we finally found after asking locals how to find the entrance. The hotel was going under major remodeling. When we walked to the front door we were greeted by jackhammers getting up the tile in the lobby and breakfast area. We did find the checkin before the entrance through the double doors and the check in staff was great. The construction was making noise but it ended at 7 pm and didn't start until 9 am. We […] really missed the noise other than 15 minutes so it was not a problem. It just would have been nice to hear about it before we made the reservation. Breakfast was still served (I was impressed by that) in a hotel room next to the lobby and that was good. All in all a good location, good price, and friendly staff. Lisätietoja

I chose this hotel for the location, shuttle service to the airport (to save on parking as well) and complimentry breakfast. Unfortunetly, I didn't choose to use the shuttle service based on the timing options they offered. I either woke up very early or I risked missing my flight. Either way I would have had to pay for my vehicle to stay at the hotel. […] Because I had an early flight, I also missed breakfast by ten minutes. very comfortable room with a great king-sized bed. We had two dogs with us so we were placed on the end of the second floor right next to the stairwell. Made it very easy to take the dogs out. All staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Neither of us had the hot breakfast, but the muffins and doughnuts were disappointing. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and there were plenty of restaurants and other stores right down the street. Would definitely recommend to others, and would stay there again if I was in the area.

We stayed here because we had a flight the next day. Room basic and comfortable - price great. Free continental breakfast had a good variety. Shuttle service was great!

Was greeted warmly with fresh coffee and soup. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and I had leff a bracelet in my room. I called the hotel to see if it was turned in and and given security/housekeeping number, left a message and heard back the next morning that they had my bracelet. So convenient. Was going to texas and the room was clean.

Dated, but acceptable. Clean and decent. Good airport location.

We stayed for an overnight before an early morning flight out of Portland. Our room was basic but needed repair and updating. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Also in need of painting. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was on time.

I came into the hotel late at night. I didn't get the hospitality that I would normally get at a hotel from the person at the checkin counter. The complimentary breakfast was a lot better than I expected. The lady who was attending the breakfast area was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable. The hotel was close to the Portland airport.

We enjoyed our stay. The motel was very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed being taken to airport with shuttle.

This hotel is a very convenient hotel, close to the airport and several very good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only problem was the noise level... we could hear the guests next door late at night and then other guests departing early in the morning. It was worth the money paid as the location offered what we wanted. The room was a little small with only one chair but it still served our purpose and was clean which is a big thing for us.

Comfortable Inn, clean, able to get luggage trolley easily. Breakfast ok. Convenient.

I often stay here at the Comfort Inn when flying out of Portland - the place is clean, convenient, and easy to get to the airport. Service is good, early shuttle is useful and overall exactly what you'd expect from a good Comfort Inn.

What a bargain! Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, free breaksfast, friendly staff and five minutes from the airport and major shopping/dining. And the best price in the area! Would definitley plan to stay there again when visiting the Portland area.

Exactly as advertised. An older motel, but clean. Easy to get to and not far from a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast room is small but had everything that you would find at a newer/larger Comfort Inn.

Room was OK as to be expected for the class of hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast not the worst but adequate.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rates were reasonable, the location was nice, and the hotel was very clean. I would certainly stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends.

Just Ok. Continental breakfast area smallish and congested and not very well planned out as an area. Food OK though just don't be in a hurry. TV oldish, not flat screen. Room smallish. Staff was very friendly. when I made the reservation, I was not told that it costs $10 per day to park the car in the parking lot. I did ask if we could park the car at the Comfort Inn and she said "yes". But I didn't ask and could have about a fee, because parking had been free at the motel on other trips we made. Wish breakfast went till 10:00am. Other than that, perfect for our traveling needs.

The toilet in my room was leaking and filled up (which made a noise) about every 5 minutes. Due to this noise, I had a hard time falling asleep.

excellent service from the outset ... was picked up at the airport at 1am as if they were waiting for me. Mike who picked me up, offered to pick up food in case I was hungry at that time. Made the registeration, wake up call etc. extremely pleasant. Made start of next day with cheer. good people; clean and comfortable ... keep up the good work.

Wonderful staff- pleasanl, courteous, went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable- wished there had been a fridge- especially for longer stays.The breakfast was great- good selection, plenty of food and overseen by a special lady. We would definitely treturn and recommend this hotel.
