A hotel in obvious decline, needs updating everywhere. The sheets on my bed were too short (not tucked in at foot) so kept riding up and thus kept me awake in discomfort. Prices are a bit high and service in resturant is ridiculous, even in the lounge -- find someplace else to go. Internet charge for in-room connection is one more annoyance and there […] is no reason for it. Lobby small and not conducive to waiting comfortably to meet others. No ice machine on ground floor, while layout means you may have a room quite a hike from lobby & restaurant. Not good value for the money. Lisätietoja

Reservations for two rooms, you would think that they would have them in close proximity. Not! They did change the rooms but then my air conditioning would not work, discovered this at midnight. They sent maintenance to fix; no luck; changed rooms at 1:00 a.m. Should have been received a complimentary room for the night or for a future visit. Great location. The room we stayed in was very cold with wind draft coming through the windows. Heat never got warm and I called the desk but did not get it serviced. Older room we stayed in also had a leak in bath at toilet which was fixed quickly. The hot water keeps getting cold then hot with poor temperature control.

didnt' feel safe as there were many unlock entrances away from lobby. very noisy from outside noises and also several fixtures in room made weird noises all the time.

We were visitng our daughter at CU, and have always been satisfied with this hotel. Clean, good bed etc. We don't eat here,or use any services but like the rooms and location.

The room i was originally given was located on the back side of the hotel and had not been cleaned in quite some time. When i complained to the front desk they immediately upgraded me to a larger, clean room which was nice, but in general the hotel was just worn. Very nice the employee's were very helpful the room service was outstanding and I would definitely stay there again.

This is one of those best kept secrets. The hotel is the nicest in the immediate area and is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the U. I was only there one night but did book it for graduation.

Most of facilities in room were old. Wired internet service was not essentially available, because a connecter was old-fashion. This hotel may be nice in terms of cheap charge...

price is great for its location; right in city, next to Safeway, 2 blocks from 29th St Mall... my room was in the main block which is probably the best in terms of condition. room is spacious and bed very comfortable but the bathroom is really tiny for american hotel standard but clean and well maintained which is most important. We had a great stay at this hotel. It's right on the CU campus. We asked if they could give us a room with a mountain view and they kindly did so without the usual upgrade charge. The Millennium Harvest House was probably a nice hotel about 15 years ago. The rooms and amenities are outdated and have not been well maintained. When I used the fitness room I thought I had stepped back in time to the 1990s with the equipment I found. The service was very poor. One of the elevators was questionable - very slow and we were concerned […] that we were going to be trapped when it took a few minutes for the doors to open after we arrived on our floor. We did not sleep well on the rock hard beds and pillows. And the tiny bathroom made it difficult to open and close the door unless you stepped into the tub to get out of the way. We stayed here when we were doing a college visit at the University of Colorado. Great location for this, as right next door. Room was nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean, and staff was very friendly and accomadating!

The rooms are the only part of the hotel that have been updated. The staff is very nice, but the hotel is very run down. The cleaning staff left the dirty laundry from the room,in the hall while they are cleaning the and we had to walk around a pile of dirty laundry. The dishes from room service stayed outside the room until the next day when the cleaning […] crew made up the room.The buffet is not worth the price. Staff was friendly, location was good, close to everything I needed to be close to. That said, this facility is very tired and in need of renovation. The room, however, was clean and the bed extremely comfortable with clean white linens.

I was in room 339 and the outside light shines right on the window. Even with the curtains closed it was still quite light in the room for sleeping. I tucked towels into the top of the curtains and that did the trick but I would think that that is not what you would want your customers to have to do to be able to darken the room. Very accomodating staff. Had to change rooms a few tims as some of the older wing rooms are very dark and dingy. Simply showing age. Few outlets, some rooms couldn't even plug in a laptop as there were none available. Overall good location and great staff. Ask for a room facing the flat irons.

... the state of the rooms has declined over my recent stays. On this visit, in October, 2011, I received a ground-floor room at check-in. I was displeased to see that the sliding door to the garden area had no lock on the door handle. The only deterrent to entry was the horizontal bar above the sliding track. In addition to feeling less secure, the […] crack afforded by the absence of door lock allowed a noticeable draft into the room. Also, there was evidence of ants (and other insects) in the bathroom. The television had a buzzing quality and at least one lamp had no light bulb. I stay at the Millenium because of its easy access to CU, but after this stay, I may try another hotel, even if it is several blocks away from campus. Lisätietoja

Hotel is in an excellent location near the CU campus. Hotel staff was great to work with, however the hotel feels really old and outdated and not worth the price.

Above average and comfortable, a bit dated. Stingy on minor amenities; no free coffee or snacks for guests

The hotel was nice and location was convenient, though not the best that Boulder has to offer. For a business trip, it was perfect, however. The problems I encountered were fairly minor. One expects wireless service to be included with in the room charges these days and it was not; further, the requirement to re-sign up for the service all over again […] every day got a little exasperating. Very convenient for CU campus, Boulder Creek and downtown. There are lots of shops and a mall within walking distance. The grounds are well kept.

Great location! Old hotel and not worth the money. The bathroom and room need fixing up. I would have expected much more for what we paid.

This hotel worked out great for our meetings in Boulder. It is close to the center of town and the campus. We did not plan on spending a lot of time in the rooms, so this worked great. We plan on staying there again in the near future.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding, on first arrival the outside cement structure made us questions why anybody would have a wedding here. Once inside and seeing the beautiful back are we understood. Great location to shopping and heaps of restaurants. Friendly staff and comfy rooms.

The hotel was adequate - however: It's too far from most of the main action in Boulder, especially if you're without a car. The shower in room 469 went from hot to cold every 10 seconds. I had to get someone up to open the window for me, it was so stiff. Dust bunnies under the bed. The room was a considerable walk from reception. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Lots of noise from slamming doors. Locked out of room for over an hour!!!

Location was great, we went to boulder for a football game and hotel was easy walking distance to the football field. We stayed in the older building which is not connected to the main building. Not in great repair and not especially clean. Maybe the main building is better, don't know. But you cant beat the location if you are attending events on  […] campus. Lisätietoja

The location was awesome , was there to attend CU game , nice lawn and tailgate party. The rooms need updating VERY BAD, we were in the south side, bathrooms need remodeled bad, they are tiny with no air exhaust, other than that I will stay again when attending another game...everything is within walking distance we never had to move our car.

Staff was courteous and rooms were clean and more updated. Outside front of the building and public areas need updating, old carpet and facade. Enjoyed the reasonable rates and friendly staff at the bike rental. Boulder bike pathway is behind hotel for easy access. Pedestrian mall only 1.5 mile from hotel. Good location.

This is a great place to stay. Nice, large comfortable rooms and fabulous grounds. Really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
