This place is great value. The staff is wonderful. Stayed 3 nights and got upgraded on final night to a 2 room suite. There are a couple of good restraunts within a few minutes walk. Metro is nearby. Only downside is no free internet,but you might be able to work a deal at the desk.

Very nice although we stayed only a few ours during our layover in Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised that they upgraded us to a suite. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it.

I had anticipated a nice stay at the hotel but was brought to a room that had a wall length window that had absolutely no view but of a white concrete wall of the building next door (perhaps 5 feet away. There was no TV in the bedroom area and the tv that was in the annex of the room had a straight chair in front of the TV - who want's to sit in a chair […] on vacation watching TV! I was horrified at the thought of spending 4 days in a hotel room with nothing but a blank wall, so asked to be moved. They kindly put me in a suite which was much better view wise. The temperature of the rooms is hard to control and there was dirt on the marble walls of the bathroom, old shaving cream dried on the hair dryer tubing and toilet that did not flush very well. The food was poor. At one point, I wondered if the "chicken" I had ordered was chicken or cat meat. TV channel selection was poor for English speaking channels. I would not recommend this particular Le Meridien. However, I have heard that the Meridien at the airport is much nicer, more equipped with amenities, restaurants, pool, etc. It was an unfortunate stay and the hotel staff was at the mercy of the corporation that owns the hotel. They tried to be accommodating, but you can only work with what you are given. Customer service still eludes the Arabic countries. Lisätietoja

The only downside with the neighborhood was there was on going construction of a school throughout the night.

The property is getting a bit tired, but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially with questions regarding directions in and around the city. They were also very kind in allowing me to store my luggage after I checked out but before my flight was to leave later in the day.

Excellent hotel, close to metro and airport. Staff there very helpful and friendly. courtesy car to sister Meridien hotel and airport very useful. Thank you to the Manager and his staff for making my visit so enjoyable. Will certainly use this hotel when i am in Dubai on business.

WIsh it had free wireless and breakfast, like most hotels now do. Service was good, but hotel is outdated.

Staff are friendly , location is centered and yet very close to the airport , taxis are never a problem and the metro station is a 5 min walk. but this hotel needs immediate makeover in terms of decoration, furniture and basic maintenance as everything arround you gives u the feel of a 4 stars in 1989.

I came to run the dubai 10km so needed a decent hotel to stay at. This one is pretty close to airport ie 5-7 mins. Staff were very helpful from directions to booking taxi on day of run. There are small shops/restaurants nearby but if you want a mall then nearest one is deira city centre (about 10 min drive). Dubail mall is approx 20 mins, mall of the […] emirates is approx 30 mins. The hotel Staff was not very accomodating and wanted to charge for everything from internet to breakfast eventhough I am a gold member of SPG. The hotel itself was not very clean and not very well equiped. After staying at other Le Meridian hotels, it was very disappointing.

The hotel location is very nice, 5 minutes from airport and very close to a metro station which can take you to almost everywhere in the city. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, rooms were comfortable. Only negative thing about rooms is the TV; very limited channels. Overall very satisfied.

The Le Meridien Fairway is a small hotel close to Terminal One of the Dubai International Airport. It is run by the same group that owns the Le Meridien Dubai. It is convenient for quick access to the airport.

This was a perfect choice for a leisure break with 3 other friends. i have now stayed at Meridien Fairway on number of occasions and have always left with a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms are big, clean and well lit. The Fairway Le Meridien is really two hotels for the price of one for the value conscious traveler. Minutes away from the Le Meridien Airport, the hotel provides a free ride to their other property where excellent pool, spa, gym, restaurants are available If you happen to be there on Friday, check out the Dubliner Brunch - I was blown away by the quality […] of food and the two pint offer for 69 AED. An adequate selection of restaurants are also close by if you don't want to make the trip over to the other property and the Dubai City Center Mall Deira is another option with a great food court and mid range shopping choices. The stand out at the Fairway is the quality service - the friendly staff offers a free fruit basket (but they tell you to call to ask for it) and a 25% coupon for spa services at the other hotel. Fastest Room Service on the planet when I needed help with a safe and a spare tooth brush. My room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean, and the decor was modern. Had and issue with the internet, but was resolved by the front desk quickly.

We stayed for one night in between two flights and found the hotel very good value. Location is also convenient for the airport and there are a number of restaurants within close proximity.

Hotel and staff ensure a comfortable stay for the traveler. However, the cost for Internet access is overly inflated whereas more often hotels are providing free wireless access.

Only stayed at this hotel close to the airport to break the journey from Australia to Europe. No complaints about anything and most things were done well. Just a quick stop over in Dubai, so only one night here. I was early so I left my bags there and headed down to Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. On my return, a quick check-in and up to the room. I was given a nice big room on the third floor. Nice amenities in room, good shower and great bed with huge pillows. My only complaint, and it's one that gets on […] my nerves, was the internet. It was way too expensive for me -- 99 Dhs. for 24 hours. That's ridiculous, so I passed. Other than that, it was a good stay. Of note, there is a nice Fuddruckers just 2 min. walk away and an ATM is 2 min. in the opposite direction. A very nice feature is that the Le Meridian is a 5 min. walk to the Dubai Metro: GGICO Station. The next stop is Terminal 1 and the next after that is Terminal 3. After sampling several(about 17) 4 and 5 star hotels in the area have decided to be a regular here. After only one visit the staff have remembered me by name and have gone out of their way to accommodate my odd requests every visit. This is close to the airport and to the metro. Good location with a few restaurants close by: Chili's, TGI Friday's, Beiutna (good Lebanese), Japanese, Noodle House. Also Bliss Relaxology for Thai Massage nearby.
