Huone oli siisti ja tilava, samoin kylpyhuone oli tilava. Rauhallinen hotelli ja hyvä aamupala. Palvelu oli keskinkertaista, ei aidosti ystävällistä. Se oli ainoa negatiivinen asia. Parasta oli kuitenkin hotellin erinomainen sijainti!

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, yleiset tilat entisöity kauniisti. Ainoa pieni miinus menee huonesiivokselle: saapumispäivänä huone oli valmis vasta klo 17.00 ja kolmen päivän aikana yksi siivouskerta oli vasta klo 18.00 jälkeen, kun olimme jo palanneet hotellille lepäämään.

The whole experinece was great as I had expected. Staff was very helpful and the hotel was of high standard. I warmly recommend to eat breakfast in the hotel since it was one of the best ones I have been to. Hotel was conveniently located close to theatres but a bit far away from the best shopping possibilities.

Very comfortable in a great location; excellent value. Only complaint was erratic housekeeping. Once got back at 4pm and room had not been cleaned.

Has booked 2 nights. Arrived in early morning from red-eye. They gave out my room despite having called in advance to say I would be arriving. They put me in a small stuffy room in the top floor. Seemed like a converted attic. Not very nice.

You don't pay x amount for a junior suite for it to the thick with dust - shard of glass on bathroom floor AND wait til 1630 for your room to be ready

Dissapointed! Bathrooms in bad need of revamp. Bedroom small. Light fitting awful!! Staff at reception not exactly warm and inviting!

Arrived at 2.30 (Sent to the bar for free complimentary coffee and cake) but room still not ready at 3 so after complaining, upgraded to a ready room but with someones "happy anniversary" cake in our room ( which was removed after quarter of an hour )! The room was lovely. It would be great if the bar didn't close at midnight!

Only 2 small points in the bathroom needed addressing which did not detract from the experience. Reported them after to reception to deal with aa others may have not been happy with them. Great location class hotel.

Comfortable rooms and staff were extremely helpful. Great location, central to sights and the theatres. In spite of close proximity to the centre of London the room was quiet. Great stay.

Waldorf once a name now you can stay in a small dusty overpriced room. Very very sad, we just came back from A long journey having had a very good experience we liked to stay in London ending our holiday for 600 pounds at de Waldorf in style. Well if you like dust, noise, small rooms and lousy service stay here. On top try the cappuccino for 10 pounds […] you expect a nice hot coffee with lovely foamy milk. Dream on: just coffee with milk even after sending it back they couldn't get it right. My advice stay away the hotel is not Waldorf anymore! For 300 pounds a night you will find something better. was a bit disappointed with our room, somehow I was expecting it to be nicer, 8th floor lift to 7 and had to walk up to 8th, was a small room, and very creaky floor. Still had a nice time.

There are much better rooms available in central London at lower prices (try an Apex). The room was small and not particularly clean. Breakfast very expensive for a Holiday Inn quality buffet. On the plus side, the location is fantastic and the staff superb.

Always love staying at the Waldorf Hilton -- I have been staying there for years -- when it the Waldorf Meridan. The room on the 7th floor was large but had very old furniture-- no drawer space (only one drawer in a bed side table) for a 5 night stay. new flat screen tv, new mattress and bathroom remodel but the furniture looked chipped and thirty years […] old. (only reason why it did not receive all 5 ratings from me).. Love the location just off the Strand on Aldwych, two blocks from Covent Garden - location, location, location is the best for the theatres and dining walk to many attractions. It was my husbands 80th birthday super room and hotel. We were upgraded and enjoyed the leisure lounge. the manager was so kind and also very friendly staff . It made our stay memorable thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although very short. Shame the swimming pool does not open til 10 on a Saturday, we wanted to go for a swim before breakfast but did not have time. Great value on Hotels.com

Room was small and disappointing. Minibar was dirty inside. Orange mould marks in bathroom, chrome wasn't properly polished. Even paying a discounted rate, I feel cheated as the accommodation and service didn't match the expectations prompted by such an hotel.

I have raised a complaint as booked this hotel for my teenager's birthday due to them having a swimming pool but unfortunately this was unavailable all weekend and very disappointed.

some 10 years ago the magic of the Palm Room, the Chef cooking the eggs in the centre, the feel of a clasical quality hotel, the service you could not fault became my wife and I's memories of the great institution which was the Waldorf. Today = bare plaster on the ceiling in recdeption, marked paintwork in the bedroom, having to go and fin staff to […] serve you coffee in the lounge, and finally to top it all, being 'held' in a waiting area with a number whilst a table was cleared in a crammed self service breakfast which quite frankly was no where near as good as a basic Holiday Inn which I stay in in Swindon. Although my friend travelling with me had a gold card status we were still allocated a room on the 8th floor that was 3 star at best. If you have to stay at this hotel beware that you may be allocated one of the attic, non renovated rooms that are well below the expected standard of a 5 star hotel. Definitely not worth £200. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel staff were very helpful as expected from a five star hotel, however the room had a thick layer of dust on all solid surfaces and bathroom work tops, stood on a screw in room luckily did not cause any injury. A further room was undergoing renovation and even though it was a bank holiday weekend, it was noisey during the day.

Great. Room was fine, but it was a pity that they could not manage to give us a room with twin beds, when this is what was booked. Although we were upgraded and then moved to a second room, housekeeping failed to split the bed, which was not ideal..

Good quality hotel in great location. A few issues with room, such as no hot water one morning and insufficient / poorly placed electrical sockets, meant phone charging in the bathroom!!! As usual, internet usage is over priced (for something that is very cheap these days) but breakfast was excellent although tables are too small and cramped. Staff […] offered us complimentary wine due to there being no hot water in the room but as we were checking out they suggested a room upgrade for our next stay! So, good customer service! Nice break but room for improvement especially with housekeeping. Sullen attitude. Hotel in excellent position for Convent Garden and theTheatres but we will have a change next time we are in London.

An excellent location,close to covent garden and lots of theatres.The dining room is very impersonal,with no atmosphere,but Good Godfreys cocktail bar is very nice.

For the price I paid for the hotel I was very disappointed with the size of the room. The lobby was very attractive but the rooms were VERY disappointing.
