Hotellin hinta/laatusuhde oli loistava. Sijainti ei ollut paras mahdollinen, mutta ihan ok. Parin eri linjan metropysäkit kävelymatkan päässä. Jos tykkää kävelystä niin keskustaankin pääsee kävelemällä, hieman aikaa siinä vain meni. Muuten hotelli oli oikein viihtyisä ja siisti.

Hotelli yllätti hintansa puolesta todella positiivisesti. Siisti, moderni ja oikein mukava. Sijainti ei ollut täydellinen, mutta tarpeeksi hyvä. Pari eri metropysäkkiä kävelymatkan päässä. ++++

Hotellin palvelu ja mukavuus yllättivät positiivisesti. Huone oli todella siisti ja mukava, niin kuin kuvissa etukäteen näytti. Aaamulla tarjolla oli ihana ja runsas brittiaamiainen. Hotellilta oli kätevä liikkua sekä bussilla että metrolla. Todella positiivinen kokemus! Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen.

Hyvä sijainti Kensington Gardenin/Hyde Parkin vieressä. Tilava, siisti huone. Hyvä aamiainen. Jonkin verran vetoa ikkunasta, aika viileä huone, piti ottaa ilmastointi pois päältä.

Mukavasti Queenswayn metroaseman lähellä ja ihan kävelymatkan päässä Oxford Streetiltä, Harrodsilta ja tietysi aivan ihanan Hyde Parkin vieressä! Hyvä palvelu, siistit ja tilavat huoneet!

First room assigned was beside area being renovate, after complaining about the building noise I was reassigned a newly renovated room which was bright and comfortable

We pre-requested,and were allocated, a room at back. We arrived early, left our bag , had our booking and request confirmed before we went out. We returned some 2 hours after the 2 o clock check in time and were given the roomkey. The room was at the back as requested but was a mess from the previous occupants. We stayed here for its close proximity to The Gate Theatre. Check-in was painfully slow and the staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The decor is tired and not what you'd expect from the Hilton name. The room was okay, but could have been cleaner, and the shower was either scolding hot or cold. There is work going on in the hotel which did not effect my stay, I am not sure what effect this will have on the hotel. The hotel presently feels very dated, not what I would have expected from the Hilton brand, although you don't really see the Hilton name prominently anywhere, I suspect it has been a more recent acquisition and the work being undertaken […] is to pull the overall standard up. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was hardly enough to rinse a tooth brush, but the shower was ok. On reflection of the price paid, it was not bad value for money, and if on a budget it is perfectly acceptable, however I would rather pay a bit more for somewhere slightly better. That said I would stay again, if as this time it was chosen as a hotel of convenience. The staff are very helpful, and it is clean. All we needed was a one night stay, and it was comfortable for that purpose. It wasn't modern or chic in any way, it didn't provide Wifi but the TV was enjoyable. The bed was in fact two singles pushed together which was highly disappointing for our romantic getaway.

Good size room, nice and clean. However, room was very cold and the hallways were in very poor condition compared to the rooms themselves.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It was fine, very good value at the rate I payed and the breakfast was plentiful and good quality.Only 2 small issues it was difficult to adjust the heating in my room is seemed to be set at 19.5 C which was not warm enough for a bitterly cold January, I managed to turn it up but only after much fiddling.Also […] I have had a problem with my 'deposit ' money going back into my bank account. It seemed to have got stuck somehow and I had to contact both my bank and the hotel to rectify this. Overall though a good stay in a comfortable, clean and conveniently located hotel. Lisätietoja

Hotel location great just a short walk from Queensway. Even though hotel is being renovated we were not disrupted at all. Found hotel clean and breakfast was superb. Was good value for London would definiitely book again.

OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS TIP TOP . JUST TWO SMALL CRITICISMS . 1 THE LADY ON THE FRONT DESK WHO CHECKED US IN WAS VERY RUDE , ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BOOKING HAD NOT SHOWN OUR 2 CHILDREN ON THE ROOM , ONE AGED 3 THE OTHER 2 MONTHS . It was ok, good standard & pleasant. Unfortunately in middle of repairs when we stayed but hopefully this will enhance hotel when work finished! Hotel is in a v nice area & close to West End. Bit disappointed that I requested a deluxe room which didn't seem v deluxe but it was a v v nice room all the same. Would recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at The London Hyde Park Hotel; it was an excellent hotel. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, but everything seemed in good working condition, and the only noise was during the day when we weren't really around (we only heard it when we checked in, or if we popped back in the afternoon to change or drop things off […] in our room). Our room was quite comfortable, though we weren't spending much time there. It was a little on the chilly side, but then again, I was sleeping in the bed furthest from the heater, closest to the window. Sleeping with the covers on was fine, but if you were just sitting in the room, you'd need a sweater. We arrived early due to our flight times, and hoped to be allowed to leave our luggage in storage until checkin-in; however, we were pleasantly surprised to be told our room was ready and we were able to check in before noon, which was fantastic. The location is wonderful - the hotel is located in between two Tube stations - Notting Hill Gate and Queensgate - offering easy access to the Central and Circle lines. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and storing luggage after check-out was very easy and convenient, for those of us that had late flights out. My only complaint is that while there is free WiFi in the lobby of the hotel, there is no access in the rooms. Whenever we had to look something up or contact anyone online, we had to sit on a bench in the lobby or pop into the lounge/restaurant area. Lisätietoja

This hotel was covered in scaffold at the front of the hotel and i wasn't impressed initially. The stay was fri to sun so the noise of builders didn't bother us after the first hour of the stay. All the staff were very friendly and breakfast was superb. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Was able to check in early (before 1PM I think?)which was extremely convenient as we'd arrived around 11AM. Took about 30 mins from Heathrow and only needed to switch trains once which was very easy. Underground station is literally a 2 mins walk away from the hotel. Didn't make use of any of the services to be able to rate them or say anything really. […] All in all a decent stay. Lisätietoja

Walking distance to Kensington Palace, Notting Hill and Portobello Road. Transportation in London is very easy, once you get the hang of it. Tour bus is right outside of the hotel as is the regular bus stop. The tube is within walking distance (a couple of blocks) and there are lots of places to have a bite. Breakfast at the hotel was yummy and filling. […] The only negative is that you cannot get wifi in the room so you must pay for internet. Whilst the room was a good price, the room was stuffy, bed linen old and frayed the bathroom was not clean and we were provided one tired towel between us

Very centrally located close to Hyde Park and Queensway station. It was only a few minutes walk to the subway. Clean and spacious rooms. We were a bit unlucky and experienced construction work outside the room and there was a little noise between rooms, but no more than that it went well. We had trouble regulating air conditioning and we froze at night. […] The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was good and fairly rich, but became a bit boring after several days. I stayed in this hotel for a night while on a trip through Great Britain. I had stayed at another area hotel during my trip and this hotel was much nicer, though in the same price range. Room had a nice view of Hyde Park and was super close to a tube station. Room was quite large (compared to everywhere else I stayed on my trip) and had a nice bathroom […] and flat screen tv. Downside was we rented a "king" room which turned out to be two twin matresses pushed together. Not too comfortable... Other than that, no complaints. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was efficient. Room was clean and spacious. I'd stay there again. It is on a major street and I could see it getting a bit noisy, but we had no problems. Lisätietoja

A former Ramada property that has seen its better days. There is no obvious owner displayed anywhere (however, Hilton rewards were displayed on reception, but very low key. Embarrassed perhaps?). Reception was very efficient, breakfast staff less so. Room was clean and quiet, but emphasised the tiredness of the property. Retro feel and missing enamel […] from the bath. We are from New York . Stay in London hyde park hotel for five nights. We are so happy to choice this hotel. It is good location to go around. we were taking tub and buses every day. room is very clean and bed is comfortable. This location is wonderful as the hop on and off bus stops right in front of the hotel. Tube stations were only a few minutes walk away and so were the city buses, restaurants and small shopping. The hotel was clean, the staff extremely helpful and all in all this was a great centre to explore London.

Neither heating nor in-room internet worked. Bathroom was cramped and the decor rather tired. The corridors were gloomy and the carpet grubby. I notice that a cup left on the floor in the corridor in the afternoon was still there the following morning.

I have stayed at other 4star hotels which are better, but Hyde park hotel is at a great location and has a v.good service. Breakfast was also quite good. I asked for a room on one of the higher floors; the request was met and the room had nice views. The room furnishing i think needs some uplift but it was still ok

Rooms were clean but fairly small. Not many channels on the tv, few linens provided, and no wifi. Not horrible, but nothing to speak of..

For a busy hotel in the centre of London, the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The location for a short break was superb as located in the middle of a choice of two subway stations plus on a main bus route for those preferring not to use the tube.

Nice location easy walk to 2 undergrounds. Right across from beautiful Hyde Park. Once again easy walk to Kennsington Palace and the Orangery. Nice helpful staff.
