This Hotel was the Embassy Hotel until last year. However, it is great too, clean, very confortable suites and good location for business.

The noise from the freeway was very loud at night making it difficult to sleep.

We stayed one night on our trip home from visiting family in TX. When you go into the reception area, you can see that it was once a very glamorous place. You can tell that it's an older hotel, but it is still nice. All of the rooms have french doors that face in toward the center of the hotel, which is like an indoor courtyard with dining tables. The […] decor is like an Old World Spanish style with tile and wrought iron accents everywhere. All of the rooms are suites. Real suites with a separate living room, desk, TV, pull out sofa, and mini bar with fridge. There is an indoor pool and spa that the kids enjoyed and 24 hr fitness area. For the free breakfast, you actually order what you want from the grill chef. We brought Denny's to the hotel when we arrived, but the room service menu did not look any more pricey. I wished we had used that instead. Staff was nice and accommodating. The surrounding area felt safe and the hotel was right off I-10. The bed was really comfortable too. We have stayed at this place 6 times this year and has gotten worse each time. When it was Hilton it was much better but since new ownership , it has become cheaper and getting worse. Staff was friendly but needs to invest in all the little things that make traveling easier. We will not stay again.

The hotel is outdated with minor updates. We ordered room service and the food was cold and awful like it had been sitting out for awhile. The bathroom has holes in the ceiling that looked like they'd been repaired (badly) with caulking. The best thing was probably the bed, it was very comfy. Overall I would not stay here again.

Very Clean, ambiance was very family friendly, family amenities and breakfast were excellent, large spacious room with guest accomodations, location right off the interstate and mall access. Staff was friendly and servicable

I was very impressed with the value of this hotel for the price I paid. The last time I was in El Paso I stayed in a motel that was about the same price, but the quality was not even half as good as the El Paso Suites. I liked the fact that there were two separate areas for working and for sleeping. The complimentary breakfast was great - made to order […] instead of sitting on a warmer for hours. The hotel was comfortable and the atmosphere nice. However, there were limits on the "free" breakfast. Also, when we had issues with the bathroom, it took the repair folks quite a while to respond. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Only down side was that none of the drink machines were working but the staff brought a coke to my room for no charge. Very nice. The room was large and comfortable, I especially enjoyed having a sitting room since I was there from noon until the next morning and didn't really want to go out anywhere by myself. In this price range the best hotel I have stayed at in El Paso. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. Though not a buffet it is cooked fresh. The rooms do show their age in the décor and small bathrooms, but I will put up with that for a suite. Hotel staff was not the most friendly, but responded quickly to a small problem I encountered. […] The only drawback is that it is located next to I10 and there is some highway and airport noise that gets through at times. Not very friendly...on phone re: answering questions from a high maintenance possible guest, ignoring those of us trying to check in....gentleman at bar was quite friendly and accommodating...answered questions re: restaurants nearby.

My husband, our 1 year old, and I got in to El Paso around 11:30pm. Since the reservation was under my name I got down to check in. My attenant was fast and polite. His coworker was dealing with a rude customer who claimed to have made a reservation under his wife's name. The attendant explained there was not one. The customer was continuing to be rude […] and the attendant maintained his professionalism and assisted as best he could. Now the room was a little dated but very clean. It was large enough for our son to run and play without knocking items over. The cooked to order omlet station was great. The building is old but the rooms are nicely updated. The staff was really welcoming And friendly. The pool felt great, good hot breakfast too. Great place stay and rest overnight.

That it was not what I expected. It was very nice and we were given complimentary tickets for breakfast and drinks. The room was clean, comfortable and in a quiet environment. We were not rushed out at check out time and we were asked how our stay was. Definitely staying there next time I travel to El Paso.

Everything about the hotel met my expectations adequately. I went into town to visit family and the rooms are perfect for hanging out and spending time there. I would rank the breakfast there as good. The lines are a bit long in the morning and the menu is a bit limited, but I would say it compares very well with the other continental breakfasts you […] would get in el paso. It would have been really good but it was so hot in my room and the air conditioner would blow cool air for a few minutes but then start heating the room again. The door to the balcony was welded shut so that wasn't an option either.

Driving cross country, this was a treat just off the I-10. Reasonable rates and great breakfast.

The service was good ... But because I booked online at hotels. Com they did not have my reservation in their system. It took forever to check in and they had to call three different times to find my reservation. The shower was horrible and kept changing from boiling to freezing. There were tons of teenagers wondering the hotel all thru the night with […] no supervision. There was food left from room service by the elevator that wasn't picked up. The line to get breakfast was extremely long and the cooks were not friendly at all. They were very rude and seemed extremely overwhelmed. The hotel was beautiful on the inside. Although the staff was ver friendly and nice It took me almost 30 min for someone to pick up the phone at the front desk for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. my one night stay was very cold. i had heat in room. i called and no one came to fixed it. i was so upset. i think i deserve a free weekend stay. i suffer a cold from this.

This is an older Embassy Suites and the usual happy hour and breakfast have been scaled back. The location is good for the airport, Fort Bliss, or the freeway, but it is not an area where I would want to stay on a leisure trip. On the other hand the price is better than most Embassy Suites.

All was fine with the exception of the bedspreads still in use at this property. They seem grubby and definitely unsanitary when considering that similar properties have all gone to triple-sheeting for hygiene and appearance.

The stay was Okay. I felt safe and the hotel was clean. It's just old and the beds weren't the most comfortable..VERY firm. The property and the rooms just needs some serious updating. I've stayed there twice but I'll try another place next time.

Hotel needs some TLC. A few items a bit loose or broken. Overall acceptable. Could not get the flashing message light on the phone to turn off. Finally covered it up so it did not light up the room all night.
