Hotellissa oli hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Kuntoilun tarpeen tyydytti hotellin pieni, mutta riittävä "kuntosali". Mannermainen aamiainen oli täysin riittävä. Uimaintoisille löytyy piha-alueelta myös lämmitetty uima-allas.

Huoneet reilun kokoisia, sohva ja kirjoituspöytä ja reilusti tilaa matkatavaroille. Selkeästi kuitenkin vanhempi hotelli - putkitelevisio (iso) ja vanha sateliittiboksi. Kylpyhuone pieni mutta siisti, ketjumotellista askel ylöspäin, joskin pieni sellainen. Hyvä ilmastointi, mikä on Phoenixissä pakko. Allasalue reilun kokoinen, paljon aurinkotuoleja ja useita pöytäryhmiä varjoineen. Pyyhkeitä vapaasti otettavissa laatikosta. Suolavesiallas, lämmin vesi ja suht absurdilta tuntuva iso poreallas 40-asteisine vesineen. Ravintola ja baari sulkevat aikaisin kesällä, mikä oli kiusallista, koska on-site baari oli yksi valintaperusteista. Ihan vieressä on muutama ravintola, joista voi suositella ainakin Cajun Seafood Cafeta, jonka ulkoasu ei kielinyt niin loistavasta ruoasta, kuin mitä sieltä sai. Macayos Mexican taas oli erittäin hyvä sekä laadultaan, siisteydeltään, että palvelultaan. Kymmenen minuutin sisällä on sitten jo kymmenkunta erittäin hyvää ketjuravintolaa. Dobson Ranchin golf-kenttä on vieressä, edullinen ja melko standardi amerikkalaispuistokenttä, jolta ainakin kesällä sai hyvin aikoja. Vuokramailat olivat keskinkertaiset. Shoppailun kannalta kiva sijainti, Arizona Mills Outlet-center on alle 10 min ajon päässä, eikä oikeastaan muualta juurikaan tarvitse kauppoja etsiä. Todella iso kauppakeskus.

Surrounded by freeways, the Sky Harbor International Airport is about three miles east of downtown. Largely industrial, the airport area contains cultural attractions. Near the edge of the airport’s runway, the Pueblo Grande Museum and Archeological Park features a 1,500-year-old Hohokam village ruin. "Misrepresentation of the Embassy Suites Brand"
After checking into our room we had many problems. No Internet was available, one room had no hot water, and one room had a temperature problem. The property was very old, is in a rough part of town and honestly is a misrepresentation of the Hilton and Embassy Suites brand that we stay with monthly. This Embassy is close to the airport and easy access to the freeway in several different directions. It is about halfway between Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix so it was easy to get most anywhere in the central/eastern part of the metro area. The rooms were comfortable, parkings plentiful, the breakfast was good and plentiful and truly "cooked-to-order". "Open Bar two hours a day, VERY accomodating staff"
Free hot foot buffet, very accomodating front desk staff whom went above and beyond for us, open bar from 5:30-7:30 every day. Scetchy unsafe neighborhood, but if you have a car, you will be fine. I wouldnt roam around looking for transportation. Our family absolutely loved staying at this site. The staff was wonderful! Everyone from the breakfast chef that made a chocolate chip mickey mouse pancake for my daughter to the helpful ladies at the front desk made our stay wonderful! "Motel 6?"
The room smelled mustey and in a horrible location next to the freeway. Woke up the next morning with the awful feeling that my car was stolen. It was not.

This is the most run down Embassy Suites I have stayed in. As a woman traveling alone I was concerned about safety. The outdoor corridors are poorly lit and my balcony slider did not lock. The free breakfast was marginal at best.

I have stayed in Embassy suites hotel around the country and have always been satisfied. I picked this hotel based on that experience. This location was no better than a discount hotel and I was extremely disappointed.

"Close to downtown with great staff BUT!"
This hotel was in a great location and the staff were outstanding. However all of them were doing 3 and 4 jobs which definitely shows in their ability to do things right. In one instance there had been a part reservation of approximately 20 people which prevented anyone in the restaurant from having the service they deserved. Over all I though the Hotel was Great and I would recommend it to anyone interested in staying, The location is great considering it's near all kinds of eating establishments a Jerry's restruant just 30' out the door, Carl's Jr across the road with a dunkin donuts, Tilaberto's, Wal-Mart just down the road and a movie theatre all with in 2miles....it's […] great...the morning free cooked to order breakfast is the best, great friendly cooks and atmosphere also the managers reception (Free cocktails and Beers) from 5-7 is good, but you need to stay in the bar, since the bar is on the 5th floor it would be a hassle to go up and down for drinks so it's better to stay there and drink........I thought the place was very old and needed some repairs but for the price it's great I SAVED MONEY ON BREAKFAST AND DRINKS, try it out stay there..... "What a Stay"
I would not recommend this hotel if you need to arrive before 3pm. I understand that it is normal but I have a toddler that needed a nap at 11am and was told by the receptionist that it would not be a problem. When I arrived they had only a room with a king size bed and I was unable to get into my room until 3:30. The hotel gave us a voucher for a free […] movie and five dollars for snacks once our room was ready. At 9pm our new room's A/C went out and the hotel was unable to put us in a comparable room. The best they could do was giving us box fans. When I spoke to the front desk the person stated the best he could do was pay for our meals, oh wait, only one meal and charged us for our dessert. No mention of a free room or even taking care of all of our expenses. No A/C, a toddler that sweated throughout the night and the best they could do was still charge us 12 dollars for our meal. I did not see this listed on hotels.com when I made my reservation and looked again when I got back and still did not find any mention of a parking fee. HH has the best beds of any hotel I've ever stayed in! Everything was just as good as it gets in hotel visits (and I've been to a few around the world)! Thanks to the management and the staff!

The staff makes staying at this hotel worthwhile, it is not in the best of neighborhoods but the rates offered combined with the helpful staff make it a pleasant experience
"Embassey Suites - from excellent to below average"
Parts of this hotel are great - we checked in on Thanksgiving evening and were helped to find a place to have dinner in the area. Also, the outdoor pool is very nice, as is the hot-tub. The only downside is that parts of the room were worn or not cared for well - cracked wood molding, peeling wallpaper in spots, etc. However, the linens and such were […] perfect. "Excellent Staff...Great Happy Hour"
Very friendly staff, clean room, excellent happy hour, and good breakfast. My initial thoughts in looking at the setup/room was that it was dated, but everything was clean, the beds were comfy and did I mention the staff? They were tops....everyone...front desk, cooks, housekeeping, shuttle driver, etc.

Hotel was close to airport, but in a sketcy neighborhood with no other hotels around. Hotel is not appealing from the outside. The lobby and pool area aren't bad, but the rooms could use some work. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were average. There was a very noisy group at the pool - screaming kids and loud adults as well. Everyone was having fun and I think that's great but the rooms all surround the pool and were kind of noisy.
