We are on a road trip in USA and thought it might help others to give reviews, since we read these a lot when choosing hotel. In our non smoking room clearly some1 had been smoken. A/c control panel wasnt exactly in good condition, but after using some extra power we cought it working. after that evrything was great. Not place to spend vacation, but excellent 1 nighter, and price was way less than coulda been.

Hotel is located next to conference center which is near the park end of town. Room was very clean, great king size bed, remodeled bath with plenty of space, TV with a ton of channels, and it was great having a microwave and refrig. Easy walking to all the shops and places to eat. My wife and I had a great stay.

Hotel was older but was clean and has been remodeled at some point. The clean part was the main thing. Little things like the toilet paper holder fell off and there was a chair without legs didn't really bother me, because it is right in the middle of everything down town 4 to 5 min. Walk and u were there...

overall fairly nice hotel....location is great, right on the "strip" where we wanted to be......rates and appearance always play a major part of where I stay...

The hotel was overall in good condition. Our mini fridge was not working, but other than that the room was nice and very clean. I booked a king size bed online, but where I got there I was told all they had was doubles and not to trust booking with online companies because they can not keep up with the rooms of the hotel. The man that checked us in […] was VERY slow as well which took up some time that we didn't have a lot of anyway. The hotel room itself was clean but the pool area looked very unkept. So we decided not to use it. The hotel does look dated but you can tell they had remodeled the rooms to look current.

this hotel was great it is literally right next door to convention center and it looks old and hallways a little old but the rooms are nice like marriot nice and the beds where soft and comfortable the only draw back was my balcony view was the convention center wall. will be staying here again
"Reagan Resorts - Gatlinburg, TN"
This is a very nice, clean hotel and in walking distance to all kinds of shops, restuarants, ski lift and much more. I plan to stay here every year as I have an annual event that I attend in Gatlinburg.
