Don't go here thinking you're going to get the same lovely room as in the photos, the rooms are old and shabby. I've come across some really devious dealings in my life but these people take the mickey. When we arrived our room was still not ready, even though it should have been. Instead we were told we were being upgraded to the 13th floor. When we […] saw our room, my initial reaction was disgust at the stains on the floor, the room was small and the bed was a queen size instead of the king size we'd booked. I went and complained and told them I wanted the room I had originally booked, after some arguing (really unprofessional on their part) I got shown my original room booking. The room was not only much cleaner and had a better view, it was bigger and had a king size bed. They had tried to put one over on me, saving the better room for someone else and giving me the crappy "upgrade" room. Internet was $30 for 24 hours and the clock starts counting until your check out (be careful or you will accumulate a big bill). When we left, we were given discount vouchers for the car park located just behind the building. When this was introduced into the machine, it bumped my bill up another $10. These people are really crafty, stay away from here or if you do go, be aware of everything as they constantly try it on with different conning tactics. Excellent hotel, room was fabulous, we were upgraded. Staff extremely helpful. It was great having the tram stop right outside.

We were there for wedding and arrived early at 11.00am. The staff were great to give us an early check in and check out which made the stay even more great. Keep up the good service and you certainly will have people comming back... I know we will.

Located next to the well known produce markets, 3 mins walk to CBD Staff an amenities where of a high standard Have already recommended!

The hotel is well located with the tram stop right outside, handy for going the two stops to Rundle Mall or going down to Glenelg or the entertainment centre. Round the corner is Gouger Street full of restaurants, the central markets and chinatown. The hotel itself was clean and very nicely presented, we stayed in the executive king room, I was a bit […] disappointed as the bathroom lacked the spa bath that other hotels of this ilk offer, but we were aware when we booked. The other disappointment was the executive lounge, it's advertised as offering evening drinks, which it does but it opens at 5pm and closes at 8pm on the weekend, do they not think people want to use the lounge the same hours at the weekend as they do in the week, it was part of the reason we booked there. Having stayed at the Hilton in Rome our expectations weren't quite met. Saying that, the breakfast was good with the chef cooking your eggs how you like. Great service and really friendly and helpful staff, best breakfast in town by far, decor slightly tired but perfectly adequate, Crabtree & Evelyn complimentary bathroom products were great. Overall really pleased that we chose to stay there.

All fantastic! From check-in, to the room, to the food, to the concierge, to the valet - nothing was too much trouble and all was sensational! This will become my second home when staying in Adelaide! Thank-you! :)

The Adelaide Hilton maintains the usual Hilton high standards for comfort, service and food but has the added bonus of being right next door to the Adelaide Central Markets where you can source a hugh array of fresh produce and provisions. We used the valet parking service this time and found it excellent.

We were very thankful that hotels.com had such a good deal for staying at the hilton. We were on a budget and wanted somewhere to stay that was luxurious and near where we were partying that night. The room was fully functional and we received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival.

For just one evening in Adelaide the Hilton was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful at organising transfers etc. And I always love an upgrade on a quiet evening! I would recommend this to anyone, even for longer stays as it has a great location, surrounded by all the sights and sounds of Adelaide.

I flew in for the weekend with a mate, and it was very easy to get there from the airport, pretty straightforward and convenient, the style and modernness of the hotel is fantastic and the beds were so comfortable! However, the only disappointment is, the gym and pool are closed at 10pm at nights, I am someone who likes to work out very late or go swimming […] late at night but the times they limited it to was a disappointment, not to mention their spa were just warm, not enough bubbles and not hot enough to relax my muscles, although their check in and out were quick and effective.. My recent stay at the Adelaide Hilton was very pleasant. Check in was friendly and I was given a room upgrade. A nice touch as I was only staying overnight. I ate in the Hotel restaurant and had a nice meal. Because I was travelling solo, the staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable in the environment. You have to pay for basic amenities - toothbrush tooth paste etc. Costs of internet not communicated openly before usage. Do ask before plugging your computer! Valet parking $29 daily. Make sure you check out before 11am or get $30 surcharge per hour. Great location, shame about the management's cheapness.

If you have to go to Adelaide - then this is the best hotel to stay at. Not much to do in town, but close to good restaurants and tram is right outside.

Stay at the Adelaide Hilton during the Tour Down Under and you'll know what belonging feels like. You belong to the fun and vibe of the TDU..

Very comfortable, good service, nice room. Breakfast was exceptionally good and very interesting for a hotel breakfast.

CENTRALLY LOCATED

My daughter and i stayed for two nights.She loved the spa, sauna, pool and jogging track. She was disappointed as we could not play tennis though. I loved the executive lounge for the service. The staff were fabulous with my daughter. The breakfast was sensational. We didnt need much to eat for the rest of the day!!

We were very impressed. The hotel is located right in the middle of Adelaide, right next to the free tram. The staff were super helpful and eager to please. We would definitely stay there again.

Room, though small, was very clean, cosy and the bed, very comfortable. The staffs are very helpful, going all the way out to help. Location of the hotel was very central and one can live without a rented car.

Nice hotel, but would not recommend the Brasserie. Food was not up to the standard, service was not very good, price was high and restaurant currently being remodeled.

The Hilton Adelaide is in the heart of the city and has easy access to getting around -- local transport convenient. Great staff, very attentive,accomodating and helpful

I really like the location of this hotel. It was relatively close to the airport and right around the corner from "Eat Street" so finding places to eat was really easy. The staff was wonderful and the concierge was extremely helpful. The only complaint is that when we arrived, there was no room ready for us. They told us the room would be ready within […] a couple of hours so we left out bags and came back a couple of hours later and the room was still not ready. They said they were giving us an upgrade to the Executive Suite, but all this really meant was we had a nice desk in our room, which we did not need. I choose this hotel for it's star rating and it's location on Victoria Square. Overall it was an Ok experience. You can catch the Tram to Gelnelg and the Free City Tour Bus right outside the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room staff could do better, the bathrooms need an upgrade and the bed was not so confortable. １泊利用しました。 マーケットからすぐで、スーパーも近くにあり、部屋は広くて清潔・快適でした。とてもゆっくりできました。 しかし周辺に夜もやっている飲食店が少ないです。（分かりやすい場所にないだけかもしれませんが）一人だったので夜はあまり出歩くのも嫌だったのですが。。。 マーケットやその周辺は閉店時間が17時前後です。スーパーも。なので、その時間以降は少し歩かないとお店はありませんので、そこだけは注意したほうがいいかと思います。 お部屋・サービスはとってもいいです！！

期待が大きかっただけにガックリ。 １．ハウスキーピングに問題あり。（バスタブ汚れ有り） 　　 ２．インターネット接続の際の課金内容が不明確。 ３．朝食付きなのに朝確認を要した。
