Tämä hotelli yllätti meidät positiivisesti, sillä huone oli tilava tosin kuin yleensä Nycin hotelleissa. Huone oli kunnostettu varmaankin lähiaikoina, sillä vessa ja suihku oli todella hyvässä kunnossa. Myös sänky oli erittäin hyvä eikä kaupungin meteli pahemmin haitannut. Sijainti erinomainen China townin vilkkaalla kadulla muutaman askeleen päässä little Italysta ja Sohon mahtavilta shoppaus kaduilta. Aamiainen kuului hintaa ja se oli juuri riittävän kattava. Täm'n hotellin hinta-laatusuhde on erinomainen.

Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Siisti sekä tilava huone, jossa kaikki tarvittava lomamatkalle. Sijainti vain muutaman minuutin päässä Time Squarelta kaikkien palvelujen keskellä. Suosittelen!

Ihan kelpo hotelli, sisustus vähän kulunut, mutta ei kai sitä lomaa hotellissa ole tarkoitus viettää? Rauhallinen sijainti, metroasema kuitenkin lähellä samoin ravintoloita lähistöllä. Ystävällinen palvelu respassa.

Lähellä kaikkia perustarpeita, mukavuuksia ja upeita kohteita sijaitseva Bentley Hotel yllätti minut täysin. Positiivisesti. Sain ystävällistä palvelua ja laadukasta huolenpitoa. Reissuni aikana sairastuin, enkä koskaan ole kokenut moista huolenpitoa: hoivaa, apua ja mukavuuksia. Ennen kaikkea ystävällisyyttä. Huonepalvelusta soitettiin ja kysyttiin tarvitsenko jotain, voileivät voideltiin valmiiksi pötkötellessäni sängyssä, tuotiin jäitä ja virvokkeita.. Olen kiitollinen. Bentley pitää huolta pipinäkin. Suosittelen. Lisäksi laukkujen säilytys ja autonkuljettaja: mahtavat palvelut. Hotellin oma ravintola ja baari oluvat ainoa heikkokohta, mieluummin kävin muualla. Kokonaisuudessaan neljän tähden hotelli.
Sijainti.
Kaupungin New York sydämessä sijaitseva Hilton New York, liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli, on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Museum of Modern Art, Rockefeller Center ja Radio City Music Hall. Lähistöllä ovat myös Columbus Circle ja Times Square.
Hotellin palvelut.
Hotellissa Hilton New York on kuntokeskus, sauna ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Nopea langaton ja langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 4-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja kokoushuone. Hotelli, jossa on 2 ravintolaa ja myös baari / aulabaari. Vieraspysäköinti (maksullinen) on saatavilla rajoitetusti saapumisjärjestyksessä. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, matkajärjestelyt/lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kylpyläpalvelut, concierge-tiski ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta.Tämä on savuton hotelli.
Vierashuoneet.
Hilton New Yorkn 1981 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, videopelikonsoli ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja puhelin, useita linjoja sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat ja huippuvuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan). Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta / -lauta. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, turndown-palvelu ja hieronnat huoneessa. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Lobby Lounge - With seating ranging from bar stools to overstuffed couches, this expansive lounge serves beer, wine, cocktails, and light fare. Open from late morning to late evening.
In-room dining - Available during limited hours.
Let off some steam in Hilton's 8,000-square-foot fitness center (surcharge). Accessible 24 hours by room key, the skylit facility is equipped with free weights and strength-training and cardio machines. Need a little guidance? Personal training, yoga, and Pilates are available for an additional charge. Soothe sore muscles in the sauna, and then enjoy a massage in the fitness center or in the comfort of your guestroom.

Hotels.comin sivuilla oli luvattu ilmainen kuntosali ja ilmainen nettiyhteys, mutta näin ei kuitenkaan ollut. Nämä molemmat olivat siis maksullisia. Muuten hotelli vastasi odotuksiamme.

"Hilton New York - excellent location"
Hotel's location is excellent but the hotel itself could use at least some paint, wallpapers and carpets. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, warm and everything in the room worked. Fast check-out was a big plus!

Loistava sijainti! Hotelli muuten kyllä uudistuksen tarpeessa, huone oli melko rähjäinen. Lisäksi siivouksen laatu oli huono, kaikkialla paljon pölyä ja wc tullessamme siivoamatta. Muuten huone viihtyisä, hyvät näkymät ja hyvät sängyt.

Hyvä/keskitatoinen hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Hotellin yleiset tilat olivat moitteettomat ja palvelu erinomaista. Huoneet olivat kulahtaneet ja kaipaisivat uudistusta, mutta olivat kyllä siistit ja kaikki mukavuudet löytyivät.

The location of the hotel really offered the expected easy access to all main attractions of the city. The hotel offered a good base for a short stay. The room at the eight floor was good considering the most important things, such as peace for good sleep, convenience of the bed and having a perfectly clean room environment. However, having a lot of […] experience of leading hotel chains in different countries, the room was quite basic to be in Hilton premises. Even glasses for drinking and for toothbrushes were missing. On the other hand, the fitness center was quite ok and the small adjustable airplane seat -type reading light integrated in the bed frame was a very appreciated detail for an early bird wanting to read and work without disturbing the sleeping room mate. Compared to many other hotels, the room service menu was again not really what you might expect in terms of selection, however the quality was good. Breakfast was excellent also for an Northern European with adequate selection of fresh bread too. The check-in and check-out procedures were extremely easy and quick and as expected we did not face any problems with any practical things during our stay. Hilton offered us a good base for going around NY and to have rest, but nothing special. We were generally satisfied, as we mainly needed a good place to sleep, not spending much time at the hotel during the stay and considering the usual room rate level in other better class hotels nearby the Central Park, we probably got reasonable value for the price that we paid. "great location but tired room"
stayed in an executive room right on the top floor. Looked very old and dated with some paint peeling off the ceiling. However the lounge was first rate and the breakfast and hors d' oeuvres were fantastic. Location of the hotel was amazing - we walked to see Chicago in under 10 minutes and central park was only 4 blocks away. one significant downside […] was that they charge for every little something they can get away with eg Wifi and for leaving our bags for a few hours after checkout which just makes the place feel cheap. I've never stayed in a hotel that charges for bags storage before. There really is no excuse to charge for things like this separately, especially the wifi. "Wonderful Stay!"
My only compliant is that WIFI isn't included, except for the lobby which doesn't have seating UNLESS you buy a drink. LAME. Staff was OK--the cleaning crew was much more friendly than the conciege. The room was very comfortable and I LOVED the shampoo and soap!
We had a great but short stay. Looking forward to returning for our next visit in November.

Arrived at 7pm and my prepaid executive floor room was not ready. Had to stay first night in a deluxe room and by the second day was moved to an executive floor room next to the elevator shaft that kept me awake at night. "Broadway Girls Weekend"
We came to see The Mountaintop, but before the weekend was over we saw two additional broadway shows. I would say this was my best NYC trip. The location of the hotel was perfect...close to broadway, close to 5th Ave, close to Rockefeller plaza, and not too far away from Central Park. The hotel was excellent and we could see Central Park in the distance...they […] let us do a late check-out (2pm)which was very important to us since we didn't leave until 6pm. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room had two double beds and was a little snug, but that worked for us. No complaints, just a fact. The bathroom was clean. This is a great hotel in a great location. My family of 6 stayed in this hotel for 12 nights over Christmas and New Year and it was fantastic. The toilets in the the rooms blocked but were fixed straight away. "Hilton at 53rd and 6th"
The hotel was perfect since it is walking distance to times square and the broadway shows. The rooms are spacious unlike many other NYC hotels (especially for the reasonable price). This is my 2nd time staying here and would definately stay again during my next visit into the city!

Great stay! Staff was excellent. The hotel is very large and busy, ofcourse it would be it's NYC. Catching a cab was a breeze right outside the lobby. Would def recommend to New Yorkers and to travelers.

We've stayed here several times and love the location and overall experience. But the room we were in this time was way too hot -- temperature set on 78 degrees in January -- and it couldn't be adjusted. They offered no solution except to open the window slightly. "good hotel, but what out for extra charges"
This is a great hotel, but they nickle and dime you for everything. Expect to pay 15 dollars for the gym, 18 dollars for internet that does not work plus other charges. Great hotel and location overall though.

We were there to go to a play. Chose the hotel based on price & location. With our 3 yr old daughter, did not want to have to walk too far to see the sights. Radio City was 1 block down, Rock Center was another 1/2 block over. My daughter loved watching the ice skaters! Close to Times Square, stores on 5th Ave, and Central Park. it snowed the weekend […] we were in the city, so it was nice to be able to walk to Central Park and let the girl play in the white stuff. Hotel was fine, it was great they had a garage. Overpaid a little for the parking, but it was worth it for the convenience. Very easy to drop off the luggage and the family without having to leave the hotel. Check in/ check out was very simple. The room was clean, more than adequate for our stay. Fantastic location. Room was enormous for a NY hotel.
Very happy with the accommodation, location and quality of the Hotel. Very busy over Christmas and one had to queue for breakfast. Staff worked hard to ensure every one was catered for, with minimal delays.

This hotel was just alright. It was in a great location to Times Square, but the "smoke free hotel" room smelled like cigarette smoke. I Am a stickler for a clean bathroom and this bathroom did not meet my standards. The room was nice and renovated, but the bathroom was small and could have definitely used some work. "Terrible Room this time"
Booked a room with a king bed and got one with 2 doubles - also when we woke up in the morning- we opened the curtains and were staring right a HUGE A/C unit blocking our window! I think when you book through a third party agency at a discount they give you the worst room they can get away with.

This hotel is close to shopping, some of the most elegant bars, restaurants, the most beautiful houses of worship, central park, and all other possible attractions that are available in NYC. It is also near all forms of public transportation. "Great hotel for the $"
We got a great rate at the Hilton New York. The hotel was clean & the rooms were great for the price. The location was central- between Times Square & Central Park. Will stay here again if they continue to undersell the competition.

would highly recommend hotel very clean and staff friendly. only thing i would say if your scared of height let them know as u wouldnt want to be on 30th floir. definately visit again. 5th avenue 10 minutes walk and got mini supermarket opposite for snacks, toileties etc
The hotel overal was ok, but there were some extra charges. There was a charge for wifi to use in the room, to store our luggages and shopping bags in the storage room there was a charge for each items. Our daughter and son in law stayed in a nice boutique hotel walking distance fromour hotel and that hotel did not have any extra charges, they paid […] the same rate per night as we did, their room had a king size bed (ours was queen) and their hotel had a nice small room at the lobby that had coffee making machine which was handy to have a quite coffee brake after long day adventure (it was free too.)
