Kaupungin New York sydämessä sijaitseva Hilton New York on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Museum of Modern Art, Rockefeller Center ja Radio City Music Hall. Lähistöllä ovat myös Broadway ja Times Square.

Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja puhelin, useita linjoja sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat ja huippuvuodevaatteet. Hotelli on kohtuullisen hintainen. Sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä, josta pääsee manhattanille melko nopeasti. Aamiainen on ihan okei, tosin tilat on aika pienet, joten oli melko ruuhkaista välillä. Huoneet on todella siistit.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hotelli sinänsä oli myös ihan hyvä ja palvelu oli moitteetonta. Huone oli pieni pettymys, kuvat olivat antaneet paremman kuvan huoneen kunnosta. Tosin hotellissa on varmasti parempi kuntoisempiakin huoneita. Mutta huone oli kuitenkin siisti ja palveli hyvin meidän tarpeita (kävimme pääasiassa siellä nukkumassa). Voisin suositella.

Loistava sijainti keskuspuiston eteläpuolella ja kävelymatkan päässä todella monesta nähtävyydestä. Hotelli on NY:n tyyliin hieman elämää nähnyt, mutta paikalliseen tasoon verrattuna oikein hyvä. Huoneeseen ei kuulu liikenteen melu ja huoneiden ylläpito toimii hyvin. Voin hyvin suositella.

"Hilton New York - excellent location"
Hotel's location is excellent but the hotel itself could use at least some paint, wallpapers and carpets. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, warm and everything in the room worked. Fast check-out was a big plus!

Loistava sijainti! Hotelli muuten kyllä uudistuksen tarpeessa, huone oli melko rähjäinen. Lisäksi siivouksen laatu oli huono, kaikkialla paljon pölyä ja wc tullessamme siivoamatta. Muuten huone viihtyisä, hyvät näkymät ja hyvät sängyt.

Hyvä/keskitatoinen hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Hotellin yleiset tilat olivat moitteettomat ja palvelu erinomaista. Huoneet olivat kulahtaneet ja kaipaisivat uudistusta, mutta olivat kyllä siistit ja kaikki mukavuudet löytyivät.

The location of the hotel really offered the expected easy access to all main attractions of the city. The hotel offered a good base for a short stay. The room at the eight floor was good considering the most important things, such as peace for good sleep, convenience of the bed and having a perfectly clean room environment. However, having a lot of […] experience of leading hotel chains in different countries, the room was quite basic to be in Hilton premises. Even glasses for drinking and for toothbrushes were missing. On the other hand, the fitness center was quite ok and the small adjustable airplane seat -type reading light integrated in the bed frame was a very appreciated detail for an early bird wanting to read and work without disturbing the sleeping room mate. Compared to many other hotels, the room service menu was again not really what you might expect in terms of selection, however the quality was good. Breakfast was excellent also for an Northern European with adequate selection of fresh bread too. The check-in and check-out procedures were extremely easy and quick and as expected we did not face any problems with any practical things during our stay. Hilton offered us a good base for going around NY and to have rest, but nothing special. We were generally satisfied, as we mainly needed a good place to sleep, not spending much time at the hotel during the stay and considering the usual room rate level in other better class hotels nearby the Central Park, we probably got reasonable value for the price that we paid. The room was appropriate and generally comfortable, with large-size drawers for personal items, and met expectations except the web site indicates that coffee and tea is available in the room. No more. The desk indicated that the hotel was in the process of removing all the coffee-tea makers from rooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant open to serve […] dinner and the Starbuck's Cafe attached stops serving at 5:30. The bar was open but not adequate for a guest wishing to have dinner. The hotel is old, the rooms need updating, the towels need a good washing, and it is overpriced but you can't beat the location. It's right in the heart of Manhattan where all the action is.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were large (for NY) and clean, and the service was phenominal. I read reviews about the elevators being slow, but we had no trouble with that at all. My girlfriends and I stayed there for a mini-reunion/girls-trip and we LOVED the bartenders in the hotel bar. The room was a lot smaller this time compared to our last stay. We we near the service elevator and could hear it all night long!!! There was also tooth paste on the wall. But over all it was fine.
Very nice for a weekend stay. Clean room. Wasn't impressed with iron and ironing board which was needed after my flight.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and friendly. Beds were pretty narrow making it uncomfortable sharing a bed with another person. Hotel restaurant was very expensive...$34 per person for a buffet breakfast. We ended up getting breakfast at the Deli & Grill across the street from the hotel.

Hotel worked beautifully for our stay - close to everything in Midtown and Subway stops. Great price due to the fact that the hotel is quite dated in decor...that said, it was a wonderful value. I would definitely stay there again. Try the White Martini in the downstairs bar - delicious.

This was my first time in New York and I had a wonderful time. The Hilton hotel is located right in the heart of Manhattan. I had a wonderful time and was very pleased with the hotel.

The Hilton has a good reputation. Hotel is centrally located to many venues-restaurants, museum, historical sites and office. Was able to mix some business with family vacation. Staff is very professional, helpful and nice.

Lovely Hotel only fault it was a family room with four people with only three towels supplied.
Room was very, very small. Smallest room I've ever stayed in anywhere.

Great location, close to many must see sights. Hotel itself is of average standard compared to others from same chain. Room was clean, however, toilets/restrooms in public areas (ground up to 5th floor) were invariably in a disgusting situation.

Just spend three days in this hotel with the four of us (two kids, 8 and 10). Had a room with two queen beds. For the four of us it was just fine, although queen beds are always a little to small for a family with two kids. But that has little to do with the hotel, more with our budget :). We had breakfast in the Deli around the corner and did almost […] everything walking. The hotel is very central to a lot of nice things: Times Square, 5th ave, Central park. We even walked to the Empire State (get the express pass: it saves time!). For us, New York is a city where you don't spend time in the hotel, so we didn't get a lot of experience with it: beds and room are good/great; staff is friendly, doormen are very friendly and give good advice. "Really nice"
I've stayed in quite a lot of hotels in New York. This stay was for one night with a girlfriend. It was the least expensive hotel I could find with two Queen beds. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was huge and beautiful, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, I asked for late check out and they gave it to me for free […] until 4pm. "Good hotel in an excellent location in Manhatten"
I would have give this hotel a perfect rating but they forgot or neglected to clean our room on one occasion. Other than that it is a great hote in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep you happy. Room service was good and the food was very good.

Everything was good except when we arrived dishes from the prior occupant of the room was still there when we checked out.

Excellent location for us to see most of the city by foot. Saved $$$$ in cab fares. Most staff were very friendly, always acknowledging you as they walked by. Don't use the Theatre /Tours ticketing desk in the lobby. The two women there were very rude and pushy. We spent one night at the Hilton in Avenue of the Americas recently. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. Staff were helpful and efficient. It's a busy place and this was evident when trying to get an elevator during the morning rush. Positives - good value, nice room, central location, good and helpful staff.
