Tämän 4,5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Kaikin puolin onnistunut loma/hotelli, siisti, palvelutaso ok, ainut pieni epäkohta oli, kun vuoteet olivat kapeammat, kun mihin ollaan totuttu, ei kuitankaan haitannut, päinvastoin olivat romanttisemmat.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.
Erityisvaatimusten saatavuus varmistetaan sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä ja niistä saatetaan periä lisämaksuja. Erityisvaatimusten täyttymistä ei voida taata.

Lähellä Tukholman rautatieasemaa ja metron keskusasemaa. Lentoaseman juna tulee siis aivan hotellin lähelle. Aamupala hyvä. Kävelymatkan päässä ovat ostoskeskukset, nähtävyydet, vanhakaupunki etc.
Erittäin avulias henkilökunta.

Kuten sanottu hotelli ihan OK, mutta ei todellakaan ansaitse 4,5 tähteä. Huoneet ovat kuluneet, osassa huoneista edelleen kuvaputkitelkkarit, kunnostus töitä tehtiin kovasti heräsin sunnuntaina aamupäivästä siihen kun yläkerrassa porattiin betonia niin että seinät tärisee. Junior sviitteihin ei saatavilla minkään näköistä näköalaa paitsi näkymä seinään. […] Paikka on kyllä keskeinen ja palvelu ihan ok, paitsi että siivoojat eivät kyllä osanneet englantia jos jotain tarvitsee heiltä ei sitä tule saamaan... Lisätietoja

"Royal Viking Hotel - outdated and expensive"
Breakfest not included in price, they will ask for you credit card when you check in and automatically block a sum of 125 crowns per person for breakfast whether you have it or not. Standard room was good in size but one of the most outdated I've ever seen. Kertakaikkisen hyvä, sijainti aseman vieressä , Arlanda Expressiltä 3 min kävely. Hieno hotelli,hyvä kalaravintola hotellin yhteydessä ,siisti, hyvä aamiainen.
Huoneissa kuluneisuutta ja outo haju, ei mielestämme 5 tähden arvoinen. Sijainti hyvä, aamiainen erinomainen!

Hyvä sijainti mutta huone oli hiukan nuhjuinen jos ottaa huomioon minkä tasoinen oli. Todella loistava sijainti aivan keskustassa ja hyvä palvelu, tasoon emme olleet tyytyväisiä.

"Keskellä kaikkea"
Lentokentältä, arlanda juna tulee hotellin kulmalle. Kävelykatu 100m päässä, juna, linja-auto ja metro ulko-ovella. Vanhakaupunki kävelymatkan päässä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala siisti ja hyvä.

"% tähden hotelli?"
Mielestäni hoteli ei vastannut mielikuvaani viiden tähden hotellista, ehkä 4 tai 3+. Liekö sitten sijainti keskusrautatieasemaa vastapäätä tuonut lisä tähtiä.
"Hyvä sijainti, mutta..."
Huone oli aika vaatimaton. Paljon puuta käytetty sisustuksessa, mikä ei ainakaan kyllä parantanut huoneen yleisilmettä. Hieman kulunut. Pieni, vanhanaikainen kuvaputki tv. Aulan moderni ulkonäkö ja huoneen mauton sisustus eivät kulje ollenkaan käsi kädessä. Lisäksi kylpyhuone oli hyvin vanhanaikainen, kylpyammeen ja seinän välissä oli muutamien senttien […] rako. Erittäin sopiva laivamatkustajalle sijainti hyvä ostoksia ajatellen ja jos haluaa matkustaa junalla tai busilla jonnekin muualle. Yhteys Viking laivoille hyvä.

Hyvä sijainti lentomatkustajalle. Arlanda Express tulee viereen, samoin kaukojunat. Meillä oli huone pihalle, todella hiljaista. Aamiaishuone meluisa ja kesäsesonkina oli vaikea löytää istumapaikkaa. "Very central location"
This hotel is literally just outside central station - which is great if you have children and luggage and don't want the inconvenience of trying to find your hotel in a new city. Even though it is in a busy area, we didn't hear any traffic noise or train traffic - we loved the location. It is close to lots of eating places but not the smaller more […] upmarket types of restaurants. The hotel room itself was great and i found the staff on reception very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and similar to what you find at other Radisson hotels. It wasn't busy apart from at the weekend when it seemed that every conceivable table was busy - maybe the staff could help seat you when its that busy but they seemed to be busy enough trying to make sure the food was kept topped up - and as it turned out a table became available pretty much straight away - we were there 4 days and it was only the last day it was like this - can imagine it would be pretty annoying if it was like this every day. "What you book is not what you get"
I deliberatly booked the hotel for location, since I went away with my 2 friends for a long weekend in Stockholm, since we are all grown women we wanted two Queen beds in our hotel room, so we could share one, and the 3rd person had one bed to herself. When booking via hotel.com it gave me the option for either one King Bed and one Fold out Bed or two […] Queen Beds. So naturally I took the two queen. However upon arrive at the hotel, there were no two queen beds available and the staff were very unfriendly about this topic. Further more the family room we had booked seemed a bit old. Very close to the station but there are much better hotels nearby (within 200m). If you want to stay at a Radisson near the station go for the newer Radisson Waterfront instead. The room was small, dated with a significant amount of noise from the road and bridge outside. "Radisson Royal Viking Hotel, the Perfect location"
Perfect Located right next to the Arlanda Express train in the city center. Friendly Staff. Rather small but nicely equipped rooms, expensive breakfast, but all in all a very nice hotel. When you book "off peak" the price and quality matches very well.

Hotel is located no more than 1 minute walk from the main station. Lobby area is nicely decorated. Originally had an old style room which was dark and depressing. Changed this for a more updated room which had nice furniture and bathroom. The room was quiet. Very small thou. Fine if you have a small case for a weekend break but nothing bigger. Friends […] were staying on level 5 and the rooms they were in were a disgrace. Half of the floor was being refurbished and all you could smell was a sewage like smell. "A lovely hotel"
Excellent location right in the centre and next to the train station. Easily walkable to Gamla Stan as well as the main high street and the hotel itself is very well kept and up to date. The rooms themselves are a little compact but very comfotable. The reception staff were also very helpful all the time. A good place to stay.

"Excellent service - but urgent need for renovation"
the biggest positive in the hotel is the super friendly staff and excellent service. Negative was a rather "worn out" room, dirty coffee cups in the room a very crowded breakfast place. The location of the hotel is perfect and I am confident that it is a place to go to once they finished the renovation.

Friendly at the reception, but not particularly knowledgeable. They didn'r know, for example, that the transfer bus from central Stockholm to the Silja and Tallink ferries leaves from a spot less than a block from their door.
Excellent choice for a 4 day break. Central location..near train station and most of the sights. Everything you need for a restful stay. All needs taken care of by helpful and courteous staff.

We enjoyed a night at this hotel last month, having stayed there in the past. It is extremely well located, right near Central Station and the buses to the airport, so the slightly higher room rates on the other surrounding hotels are offset by not having to pay for taxis to and from the station or the airport. The hotel has all the services one would […] expect, including free wi fi and an excellent buffet breakfast. The only downside is that the hotel is rather 'tired' in its decor and fittings, eg no safe in the rooms. The check in clerk told us that it will be undergoing a refurbishment in the near future. Great convenient location to the city center and the old town. No need for use of public transport. The breakfast is to die for, amazing array of dishes. Rating 5, without a doubt!

Great location for using the Swedish rail system. Conveniently located to almost everything and a very comfortable hotel with American standards. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat! Will probably stay again next year.

This hotel is old and disorganized in how it is run. The times it takes to get serviced was very long for internatiinal standards and many of the staff uninterested and arrogant. We enjoyed our stay. So perfect if you are taking the tran in from the airport. Central station is right out the door. We walked to most sites we wanted to see and rented bikes. Loved it
