This hotel fit my needs perfectly since I was traveling between Overland Park and Olathe. It was a little difficult to get to as there was no direct road to it. My room was very clean. "Good traveler's hotel"
The room was very nice for the price. My only gripe is the neighborhood. The good: There are a ton of eateries within 4 miles of the hotel. Shopping center, and everything from Sitdown places to take out. The bad: If you don't get back to the area by 9:30, none of those places are open after 10, except for the Denny's.

"What a dump!"
Several issues here: 1. Booked a non-smoking room & they stuck us in a smoker. They were able to change it later, but our stuff had already started smelling like smoke. 2. Do NOT book room 133. "The La Quinta"
This hotel was so clean and quiet for our one night stay. The next night we had reservations to stay on the plaza and even wished we would have stayed at the la quinta because it was much more clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was great, but getting around Lexena is a pain on the butt. GPS is the best thing available.
"LaQunita: A place for a weary traveler"
I got to the Hotel at 4:30 and the room was ready for me. It was clean and easily accessable. The dog was happy. I came home at about 8:00 and used the Wi Fi to catch up on the day. The ethnic music across the hall was only mildly disturbing. Unfortunately, I had to leave too early to sample the breakfast.

It was a very good experience--easy to find, just off the Interstate with shopping and plenty of food places around. The only drawbacks are (1) the pool was closed (due to maintanence, so that's understandable) and (2) they allow pets--which is not a drawback if one HAS pets, but is when a huge Great Dane sticks its slobbery mug in one's business! "Perfectly acceptable for a night on the road"
This hotel offers pretty much exactly what you'd expect- a good place to stop off while you're on the road. The room was nice, the breakfast was OK- standard cereal/toast/waffle maker plus boiled eggs and yogurt. All in all, a fine place to stop off on a long road trip.

Was very aggravated when checking in and saw the sign that the pool was inoperable and being repaired. Nothing on the website or notification when I made the reservation. Our room was very clean, the bed really comfortable. Our two little dogs stayed free. The breakfast was not very extensive. The pool was out of order and it was July 4th week end. It served its purpose for us.

It advertised a swimming pool and it was broke. Since it was a hot day everyong was very dissapointed. I would think that if something is broke you would get it fixed the next day. "Good Hotel - Convenient - Rooms Vary"
Have stayed here several times on long car trips. Very easy off/on to I-35, and get a 20% discount at Denney's on the same property. Good accomodations, especially for the price. This time - got room 144 - a King. It smelled of old smoke although hotel is supposed to be smoke free. Previous rooms were fine, so this was an outlier for us. Hotel room smelled of stale smoke, despite the fact that the entire hotel was a non-smoking hotel. They gave us the room right next to the elevator. We got to hear that start at 5:15 in the morning - literal hissing and banging noises as it went up and down! The beds were extremely small - felt like if you rolled over you would fall off! Daughter's room had defective and noisy air conditioner. Was fixed same day upon notification. My room had faulty shower deflector valve and tub did not drain properly. I failed to report these defixciencies. Noisy tenants were permitted to be loud after midnight.
