Täysin uusitti hotelli kohtuullisen hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneet ovat pienet, mutta riittävän kokoiset nukkumiseen. Hyvä ilmastointi ja kylpyhuone, joskaa suihkuverhoa ei ole, niin koko kylppäri kastuu suihkun aikana. Ilmainen kahvi+tee (vedenkeitin). TV englanninkielisillä kanavilla. Ei jääkaappia! MRT_asemalle 10 min kävelymatkall. Aivan lähellä pikkukauppoja ja hyviä ruokapaikkoja.

Todella loistava hotelli! Uima-allas osasto hotellin katolla oli uskomaton, näköala koko kaupungin yli. Altaalla oli aina tilaa, ei siis liikaa ihmisiä. Palvelu pelasi. Aamupala oli todella monipuolinen ja runsas, varmasti jokaiselle jotain, 2 ravintola vaihtoehtoa. Kuntosali oli myös monipuolinen eri osastoineen, joogasali, voimailusali ja aerobiseen treenamiseen tarkoitettu sali. Myös sauna löytyi :) sekä höyryhuone kuumavesialtaineen, näköalat hienot 55 kerroksessa. Tämä hotelli on once in a lifetime-kokemus! Ainoa miinus oli hintataso, mutta tässä tapauksessa hyvästä kannatti maksaa!

Premier-luokan huone oli yleisesti ottaen hyvä. Toisessa huoneessa oli vielä maalin hajua, muuten kaikki oli hyvin. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja kulkuyhteydet eripuolille kaupunkia olivat hyvät (metroasema Somerset lähellä).

Tämä kaupungin Singapore Singaporen joki-osassa sijaitseva Swissotel Merchant Court on liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli lähellä kohteita Clarke Quay, Singaporen parlamenttitalo ja Singaporen kaupungintalo.Lähistöllä ovat myös Raffles Place ja Boat Quay.

"Jouluaatto Swissotellissa"
Kerrassaan loistava hotelli, joka sijainti on loistava. Hotellin lähellä on metroasema, ravintoloita, baareja, kauppoja ja jne. Hotellin ainoa miinus oli maksullinen internet ja aamupalan kalleus. Aamupala tosin oli loistava!
Hotellin sijainti on mukava, vieressä on Clarke Quay ja Central-ostoskeskus, MRT-asema on ihan vieressä ja sieltä on hyvät yhteydet eteenpäin. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä on esimerkiksi Chinatown. Huone oli rauhallinen, tilava ja hyvin varustettu, mutta huoneessa oli pieni outo haju. Se ei häirinnyt, mutta oli kuitenkin olemassa sen verran, että sen […] huomasi kun tuli huoneeseen sisälle. Palvelu oli hyvää ja ystävällistä, huoneet pidettiin siistinä ja do not disturb -merkkivaloa kunnioitettiin. Palvelusväki sujautti lapun oven alta, jos do not disturb oli päällä, "olisimme käyneet tarkastamassa huoneesi tähän kellonaikaan, mutta do not disturb -valo oli päällä emmekä halunneet häiritä". Joka aamu ovipieleen oli ilmestynyt tuore sanomalehti. Aamupala oli hyvä, muuten en kokeillut hotellin ravintolapalveluita. Viihdyin ja voin suositella muillekin. Lisätietoja

Suosittelen, jos haluaa rauhallisen ja tasokkaan hotellin. 5 hyvin nukuttua yötä kaupungin ydinkeskustassa. Lähellä kaikkea, hyvä huone, hyvä sänky, siivous ok, palvelut ok. Parempaa ei tällä hinnalla saa.

Ainoa huono juttu oli hotellihuoneen kortti, joka oli käytettävä myös hississa turvallisuuden vuoksi, tietenkin. Usein se ei toiminut hississä joten kävin pari kertaa lataamassa sen uudestaan. Muuten kaikki hyvin!

Stayed here for 5 days for business. Everything went well, hotel staff was excellent, room was cleaned twice a day, everything was brilliant. Only down side was that during the weekend the Clark Quay across the river was rather loud until 4am. Didn't bother me though.

China town within walking distance (10min) and restaurants & night life (Clarke Quay) basicly when stepping out of the hotel doors. Close to Clarke Quay and a Metro Rapid Transit Station. Well kept up and good service. Room was very nice. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights. It is a fairly ok hotel, but the rooms need refurbishing, especially the bathrooms. The pool area is nice, and the breakfast buffet is quite good. Service is friendly.

The Reception staff was not very courteous, when they found that I had a pre-paid booking through hotels.com They were not ready to provide me better view rooms on a higher floor, although they were not full. No FREE WIFI, which is surprising in this Cyber world and when Singapore Airport offers FREE WIFI. Not a very friendly and welcoming place.

We stayed at the hotel in Dec 2011. Excellent location right next to the MRT and Singapore river (Clark Quay). Many restaurants along the banks of the Singapore river. It doesn't feel as if you are staying in a city. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend this hotel.
"Too expensive for too little comforts"
The only thing good about this hotel is location! The rest is a mediocre hotel which boasts the Swiss hospitality to no evidence. As start, the AC in our room was not functioning well, and the repair took over an hour in the middle of the night! They did offer to change the room, but my mother was asleep and to move our stuff in the middle of the night […] would be a hustle. The SPA does not employe enough people. We were staying for 3 days and no single occassion any therapist was available. We ordered the kimono which did not come to our room until I complaint several times. Then, the kimono purchase was not included in our hotel bill. We were nice enough to remind them. One of the waitress was rude enough not to let us use the connecting door to reach Clark Quay, thanks God there were other nice waitresses who showed us the shortest way to get out. The glory days for this hotel has passed. It did not live up to my expectations of a swissotel especially when it comes to maintenance and cleaning, but maybe my expecttions were too high. Location is great however.

The location of hotel is good. Within 3mins walk to the nearest station and in front of Clarke Quay. The room is clean and the bathroom is comfort. The only annoying product is the room card. Quite often is doesn't work. You need to try and try patiently. Overall it is still a great hotel with a reasonable price. Recommended.

The hotel was comfy but room in 4th floor had no view of the city but the wall of opposite building. Not worth of money spent. Pool was nice, as well as the breakfast.

I found the hotel quite expensive, but the room was a good size, comfy bed and large bathroom - also clean. What was excellent was the location as it was just next to the train station and also just over the road from all the bars and restaurants. We got the train from the airport which was cheap, then used this to get around the city. Everything was […] a short train ride away form the hotel so was perfect for the 2 days we were in Singapore. Situated in the heart of Clarke Quay it is within easy walking distance to many and varied restaurants and shopping. Less then $9.00 taxi ride to Little India, Orchard Rd, Singapore Flyer, Chinatown, Marina Bay. Room had a balcony and was very clean and comfortable. We finished our cruise in Singapore. Only $40 SD from the cruise terminal for four of us by taxi. Close to Chinatown and located next to Clarke Quay on the Singapore river. Vibrant eating and walking area after dark. The Hotel was excellent. Service outstanding. Loved it.

My hubby and I stayed there for the first time. I must say it's a rustic hotel but elegant. The location is really very ideal for couples our age and with grown kids. It's accessible to all types of transportation. I love the view of Clarke Quay and the river. The staff are really nice and accommodating. I staid in a king-bed room on the executive floor. The breakfast in the lounge and evening happy hour with light fare was great. The location on Clark Quay is perfect. It is close to the metro and also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fort Cannon park is also nearby and good for a scenic stroll. The pool and fitness facility is very good. "Merchant Court Singapore - right in the action"
Excellent hotel and room for the price. Brilliant location for the Quays - its right opposite Clarke Quay. The only potential drawback is that our first room overlooked Clarke Quay and noise could be heard from it in the room late at night, however we were swiftly moved to a quieter room. The service was impeccable.
