Kaupungin Houston sydämessä sijaitseva DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtown, liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli, on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Sam Houston Park ja Houstonin kaupungintalo. Lähistöllä ovat myös Downtown Aquarium ja Toyota Center.

Tämän 3,5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuone ja sihteeripalvelut. Vieraiden käytössä on huonehintaan sisältyvä alueellinen bussikuljetus. Vieraspysäköinti (maksullinen) on saatavilla rajoitetusti saapumisjärjestyksessä. DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtownn 350 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, videopelikonsoli ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja puhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on kolme lakanaa ja untuvahuopa. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku/amme-yhdistelmä ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan). Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

Even tho they didn't have parking and we had to use parking garage, we just used a very helpful valet.

I selected this hotel because they take small pets. The fee is very reasonable. Valet service on Saturday afternoon (3 hours after checkout time) took almost 30 minutes but was prompt at checkout time Sunday. Room service was timely and my ribeye was absolutely delicious and perfectly medium-rare. My only important concern was noise from the adjoining […] room (heard EVERYthing through the common door) and from the street festival, even though I was on the 14th floor. The closet door was also scuffed up and didn't represent the hotel well since it was the first thing I saw when I entered the room. Nice hotel. No fridge or microwave in room. Valet parking was great. Had shuttle to and from places. No need to drive.

This Hotel has great service, rooms were very clean and they give cookies to your pet. I totally recommend it
"Nice Experience."
Clean and comfortable room. TV was not working when we got to the room at midnight. We called the front desk and they sent someone to take care of it within five minutes. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Convention Center was within a mile and it was an easy walk to get there. "Double Tree DownTown Houston"
The hotel overall was nice but I was disappointed that they didn't have a car garage to park our car in! We had to park across the street in a public car garage that was $20 for one night!! That's outrageous to me! I wont be staying there again!

The service was great. Hotel personnel were all very courteous, professional and helpful during our very short stay. This hotel is also close to the theatre district where we were attending an event. The hotel even provides drop off and pick up shuttle services to locations within a certain radius downtown.

I stayed at the hotel during my AKA conference. I really enjoyed the entire visit. The hotel provided a shuttle for the day. I wish that during events they would extend the hours for the shuttles, but overall the stay was absolutley wonderful.

This hotel was fantastic. We were extremely pleased with the check-in procedure and the fact that a room was available very early in the day. The room was comfortable & roomy. Overall it was an excellent hotel and stay.

This hotels right around the corner from the downtown theater district. The Verizon wireless center, countless restaurants, the hard rock cafe, and the aquarium. It was great. "great hotel"
wife and i stayed for our anniversary, everything was great. staff was excellent, would def recommend only bad experience was parking. unless you want to park in a garage somewhere else, valet was required, and an extra $15. if you have to use the valet, they should just add it to the bill, instead of having an unexpected expense.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to see the space center and aquarium. The hotel had a great shuttle service to the aquarium, and the staff was excellent. They did have onsite parking available overnight, but there is a fee. I would call first to check the fee.

We had to make a quick trip to Houston and didn't have reservation prior to the date, I got on line while my husband was driving and found DT Hotel available for the night, not only that it was only 3 blocks from the event, it was dirt cheap, what a great treat! Love the hotel will definitely come back!

My husband and I live in Houston but we wanted to stay downtown since we were attending a concert at the Verizon Center. The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very responsive and courteous. $14 valet parking during the weekend - "come and go as you like!" 1 time fee. Welcomed us with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Very dramatic views of downtown Houston. Friendly staff, clean towels and and bedding. I give te DOUBLETREE an overall A++.
