The hotel is perfectly located. Across the street you can take a walk by the lake. Old city is also walking distance We had a very large room, comfortable beds Tha staff was nice kind and helpful

Good service, very neat , clean and comfortable. free wifi is a big boon and is of high speed. Staff very friendly. Conveniently connected by tram and train to centre , Hbf and airport.

48 hours in Zurich, based in a gorgeous hotel with amazingly responsive staff! Excellent location, just steps to lake and riverfront. Nice breakfast (wish it was included in price).

A thoroughly relaxing and comfortable venue from which you can easily stroll through the old city or along the shores of Lake Zurich. The hotel ambience is cozy and homey with a stylish Swiss style of service and decor. We couldn't have been happier.

Great location, comfortable and quiet rooms and loads of places close by to eat. Directly across from the Opera House and easy access to tram/train stations.

The room, though not large, was clean and pleasant, with a small balcony overlooking the opera (unfortunately with a lot of construction at that moment) and a partial view of the lake. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant is expensive but very good. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and welcoming service, on the day of my departure they even ofered to extend my checkout time until 14:00.

This would be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. My mother and I spent 8 nights there and were sad to leave. The beds are most comfortable and as an added bonus you have a remote control which you can adjust any which way. We were quite happy with our lovely room. It was so full of character and was on an angle with french doors to a lovely balcony on one wall and on another wall, an additional window which opened to the street from which we could see the Lake. Just beautiful. The beds were cozy with fluffy duvets, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and also full […] of character as well as function. There was even a cute vintage hat/coat rack behind the door in the room a cute little table an chairs on the balcony. We had no complaints at all with this hotel. It had a great location from which we walked next to the Lake to the Saturday flea market and from there up the Bahnofstrasse. Everyone at the hotel was helpful with anything we needed, provided a map and directions to get around town and find a place to eat, and arranged a taxi to the airport, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. 2 wake up calls were delivered as requested. Everything in Zurich is expensive, so I thought the price of the hotel for the character, location and outstanding service was in line with city prices. My 18 year old daughter loved it so much she wanted to move in and call it home. I would highly recommend this hotel and would look forward to staying there again given the opportunity. Also, it was right across the street from the Opera House, and being classical music fans, this would be a very nice bonus if you were going to a concert. And there are jogging paths if you are athletic which you can easily find with help from the reception if you are athletic. Unfortuately, we were there for one short night and had to move on, but we felt like our experience there was special thanks to the Ambassador Swiss Q! Lisätietoja

This hotel is a gem within Zurich. Great location, with many restaurants around and only a 5-minute walk to the city center. The hotel rooms are small, but very nicely designed and comfortable. What amazed me the most however, was the service, which can usually only be found in 5-star hotels- very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Meget hyggelig hotell, med fine komfortable og rene rom. Hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening. I gangavstand til gamlebyen og alle fastiliteter.

Das Hotel liegt praktisch direkt am See und neben der Oper. Der Preis ist eher hoch aber für die Schweiz "normal"

L' hôtel est très bien placé au centre de Zurich. Les chambres sont propres et le personnel très accueillant. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de parking privé. Un parking public et à 2 pas mais forcément il coûte!

Excellent séjour pour une soirée à l'Opéra. Bon confort et bon équipement. Calme et facile d'accès par le train.

Este hotel es sumamente agradable. Todo funciona a pedir de boca y el personal es amabilísimo. El desayuno, no incluido, puede ser americano (más caro, evidentemente) o continental (un tercio). La ubicación es inmejorable, sobre todo para ir a la ópera, como era mi caso. Para los elevados precios de Zúrich, no me pareció excesivamente caro.

das hotel liegt direkt hinter der oper uns es ist nur ein katzensprung dorthin. auch die tonhalle ist gut zu fuss erreichbar, vor allem dann, wenn es nicht wie bei unserem aufenthalt geschehen, schneit und temperaturen von minus 10 Grad C hat

Das Hotel Ambassador Swiss Q Hotel liegt um an die Street Parade in Zürich zu gehen perfekt. Personal ist freundlich und die Betten sind ausgezeichnet.

トランジットの関係で　チューリヒに1日滞在することになりました。外観は　伝統ある建物で　内装設備はリニューアル済で　スタンダード　ツインルームで　充分　満足いたしました。レストランの　食事も満足しました。5星　ホテルもありますが・・・。スイスにおいては　料金以上に価値のあったホテルです。日本人の方で　初めて　チューリヒに　１～２日間　滞在するのであれば　お勧めです。宿泊代が　安く済んだ分　他の費用に　当てられます。

Das Hotel verfügt über eine super Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Hot Spots. Leider durch die Straßenlage etwas laut. Tolle Betten, nettes Restaurant, freundliches Personal, guter Service.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Da ich in die Zürcher Oper wollte, war die Lage des Hotels optimal, was mir am wichtigsten war. Auch sonst war alles bestens, ich hatte nicht das geringste zu bemängeln.

Ingen problemer ved indtjekning. Udmærket Hotel, pæne og rene værelser, dog lidt små, flot toilet - Fin beliggenhed centralt og hyggelige omgivelser. Mener dog prisen ligger noget/meget i overkanten. Men ville gerne komme igen.

Accueil adorable. Chambres impeccables. Bonnes installations wifi et reste. Parfaite localisation contre le centre. Seul regret, la taille modeste du restaurant et l'absence de vrai bar et de salle de réception confortable.
