The Rooms very nice and clean, kids loved the indoor poor and hot tub. They had a nice breakfest in the morning, and the staff was helpful. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Will stay again.

This is our second time staying at the Grand Victorian. It is very clean, up to date, nice rooms. There is a balcony, mircowave, and mini fridge. The room are clean. We enjoy the indoor swimming pool. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Branson.

I would definately stay there again. Was safe and clean.

This hotel is cute, but the night we showed up, our hotel.com reservations had not been received by the hotel yet. We made the reservation ate the beginning of our dinner before we drove over to the hotel. Slow fax machine?? That was annoying, but the rude reception clerk was enough to make this hotel one that I wouldn't come back to. Also, when items […] at the breakfast ran out, they were not replenished. Lisätietoja

The staff was wonderful, always someone at the desk, room was comfortable, beds were good, refrigerator in room. Totally satisfied, will stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Fair breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Indoor pool (heavy on chemicals). Great location -- w/in walking distance to go karts, mini golf, etc.

The Grand Victorian Hotel in Branson, Mo was a very good place to stay. The room was spacious wth very comfortable beds and everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. The only downer about our experience was that we had reserved a non-smoking room thru Hotel.com and it didn't register in the Grand's system. […] They tried to move us to a non-smoking one, but didn't have one vacant. Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was very good. Centrally located. Will stay again at this hotel. All staff very friendly.

This hotel is loacted in the center of all the activity in Branson, the Tanger Outlet mall is almost next door. Pretty good for the price I paid....

We had a great stay as in usual years past..We have tried others but always return..Always very clean and comfortable..Really enjoy the balconies,small but enjoyable..

We were on vacation with our daughter and grandkids and had adjoining rooms, which was very convenient. The private balconies were wonderful, and the afternoon tea and cookies were a great touch. This hotel is clean, neat, and convenient. The breakfast was rather minimalist, and we didn't try out the pool, but it is probably just fine. They actually have 2 pools, and a hot tub (one is an indoor pool). In Branson there's so much to do that you might not be in or near your hotel all that much. Also everything is built on a hill. Everything about this place was excellent.

the Grand Victorian is our favorite Branson hotel. It is clean, very nice rooms, great beds, nice balconies, and great pools. Would recommend it to all.

This was a great hotel close to White Water and lots of other fun stuff. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool until midnight :)

I brought my mom and aunt, for a three night stay. they love the view of the mountains, sitting on the balcony feeling the cool breeze. the staff was very friendly. nice warm breakfast. I had nice time in the pools. most attractions were in walking distance. Will visit again real soon.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and we were please3d with the helpful staff, comfortable beds, and nice breakfast. We also enjoyed the tea and cookies every afternoon. Light comforters on the beds and quiet room were nice also.

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. Very comfortable stay, and decent breakfast. No problems experienced whatsoever. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. The rates were reasonable. We were on the 5th floor with an excellent view and a balcony. We were near attractions, shows and good restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Everyone was very nice and our room was very clean. I was surprised to see stuffed animals in the lobby as a decoration, normally one would view victorian dolls, preferrably under glass to ooo & awe. I also think there should be a partician of sort to block off the eating area from the public, walking in. It takes away from the era. Our pillows were […] great! and lots of them! Right up my alley. Only stayed one night but staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Such a great hotel, and a really good price. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and let us pick whether we wanted a balcony facing 76 or the back of the hotel. Room was small, but clean and had a fridge and microwave. The indoor pool was a good size, my kids really enjoyed it. Very nice hotel for the price! We actually booked (2) rooms for the extended family that traveled with us and staff was very receptive and responsive to our need. Hotel was in great shape, very clean, well decorated for the holidays and overall we rated this a very successful stay for the New Year Celebrations on the strip. We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting Branson overnight right after Christmas. The hotel staff was polite and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The heating system was a little loud, but I was able to sleep and I'm a light sleeper. Previous reviews mentioned that the breakfast was slim pickings, so we weren't expecting […] much. But we were able to find a wide array of bagels, donuts, yogurt, fruit, biscuits, gravy and cereals. If you are lucky to stay more than one day or if you check in right at 3 pm, there is complimentary tea and cookies in the dining area. What a fun treat! 3 ladies traveled to Branson for an overnight stay to see a show. The Hotel was very convenient and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Very convenient to the show and shopping. Travelling off season might be why traffic was light but there was alot of bus traffic at the restraurants before the show.

Good location, but be aware you may not have hot water for showers.

This hotel is center stage along the strip. Walking distance to many locations.

Our stay was nice.The room was very clean . The only problem was our room was next to the elevater service room and shaft and the cables banged all night like a door slamming.

We had a wheelchair accesable room. It was very good. They had a roll in shower and i was able to move around the room well. We had a queen bed which was nice. The desk personnel was great They booked our shows for us and was very helpful about anything we ask. They had a continental breakfast every morning. hotel was clean and well taken care of. the continental breakfast was pretty slim but enough to get started. very pleased and would have no hesitation in staying here again. be aware of how horrible traffic can be on highway 76 and leave yourself plenty of time when going other places or learn the back way in from shepard of the hills ave and roarke […] ave. Grand Victorian was Victorian til you vomit. Like being in a giant, overpriced doll house. Hotel was trashy, surroundings trashy, traffic terrible! We were in Branson less than 24 hours & we will never ever go back!

nice hotel; very convenient to Tanger Outlet which is a big plus; swimming pools were very nice. Bathroom was very small & breakfast was not very desirable. Overall it was a good value, comfortable and nicely located.
