"Dirty towels in closet upon our arrival"
There was a big pile of dirty towels in the closet when we entered the room. It made me feel like the room had never been cleaned after the last guests' departure. I asked that our sheets be changed the second day of our stay and was refused. The hotel clerk "accidentally" ran my bank card when I first arrived. She admitted that she wasn't supposed […] to because there are no "incidentals" at the hotel to be purchased. This caused $50 to be subtracted from my bank account. "GOOD N.MYRTLE LOCATION"
STAFF WAS EXCELLENT-BREAKFAST O.K -BUT FOR FREE WAS DEFINATELY BETTER THEN JUST A MUFFIN OR TOAST-BOTH BED SPREADS WERE BRIGHT WHITE-BOTH HAD STAINS A BIT OF TURN OFF-OVERALL A NICE STAY AND WOULD USE HOTEL AGAIN

The hotel ran out of shamppo during our stay . The hotel has a printer in the lobby for the guest to use I tryed to use it on 3 different occasions and no ink the same lady at the front desk told me 3 differeent times they were going to refill but never did.
"Housekeeping & maintenance needs some work"
Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work. Did not clean our rooms for 2 days----even after I told them about it after first time. They were very nice about it all---but really, once I could see---twice---no excuse. I have never seen a hotel do this before. Especially a supposedly nicer chain of hotels.

They didn't have any shampoo there---had to use our own initially. Had to use some I had from another hotel. After our return, we wanted to refresh after a day at the beach. The only thing they did was replace 2 of the 3 bath towels we used. Had to go down to lobby to get shampoo and towels. They wrote our room number down and said it wouldn't happen […] again. When I got back the next day----they didn't do anything at all. When I went to lobby again to get towels---someone knocked at our door and gave us towels----at 5pm. They did not clean room that day either. Ice machine didn't work on floor 3 so I had to go to another floor to get ice. Overall everyone was very nice and apologetic but whoever is in charge of maintenance and cleaning needs to be reprimanded. I could see this in a really low end hotel but Hampton's are usually a pretty good hotel. This one falls short of the name. Lisätietoja

We have been to Cherry Grove many times but have always rented a house vs a hotel. Staying here may change all of that. We had a great stay. Great location, awesome staff, we wil definately be back.

The best experience I have ever had. The staff was great. They were very friendly, and helpful. We actually were allowed to check in an hour early because our room was ready. The staff was neat and clean. The rooms were really nice, clean, and up to date. The beds were really comfortable. Gob well done is all I can really say. Great experience
"overnight stay waiting on rv delivery"
perfect location for us.only a short drive to rv resort where our camper was delivered the next day. hampton has the best beds of any hotel. you can't go wrong with hampton and a super breakfast(no extra charge)

"blocks away from beach"
This hotel was comfortable. Their breakfast had a wide variety of food. It's also located in a great location. 5 minutes away from the beach.

"Hotel in North Myrtle Beach"
we had booked a room with fridge and microwave, was not in the room, took 2 hours to locate one for our room and we were not able to go to the beach due to the time delay! Fridge froze everything and ruined food. no towles at pool or excersise room! Dirt underneath bathroom vanity, dirty bathroom floor.
I apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay with us. I am the new General Manager at this property and have made it a personal goal to improve overall cleanliness and service at this location. So far we have dramatically improved our cleanliness and service here. The conditions that you experienced during your stay are now a nightmare of the past. "Great Place for the price"
Great place to stay for the price, and the location was great but most of all the staff was so friendly everyone was so helpful. Quiet at night, and was very comfortable! Would stay here again!

"A Hampton Inn....really?"
When we can, we always stay at Hampton Inns. They are almost always top notch, crisp, clean, and on the luxurious side of hotels in their price range. This one must have been a remnant of some older hotel that was acquired and redone by Hilton. On the surface it was pretty nice, but beyond that, it was not your typical Hampton. We arrived at about […] 4:00 and were told our room was not ready. So, we sat in the lobby with 3 other couples whose rooms were also not ready. There was no offer of apology or accommodation as we waited for nearly 4:45 for the rooms to be ready. The room was clean, but haphazardly renovated to resemble Hampton's theme. Their gloriously soft Hampton beds were thin and lumpy, towels were rough - and in very short supply from one day to the next. It wasn't a horrible stay, but it was disappointing in comparison to what we have come to expect and enjoy with this chain. I don't imagine we will stay at this one again. Lisätietoja
"Dont waste your time with Hotels.com"
Booked hotel stay with hotels.com, and thought I would get a better rate than if I had booked it with Hampton Inn. It was the very same rate. Also the hotel had an "odor" which was a clean odor. The front desk staff was less than friendly. I should have watched the "stars". I will not stay at this Hampton Inn again.

"Not at all what i am used to at the Hampton"
This Hotel is not "exactly" like what I expected! Most Hampton's are nice but this one had no molding around the hotel. The "new" bed was not comfortable and they swear it is a queen but it seems more like a full size bed. The indoor pool was okay but had more bleach than I would let my children swim in. The staff was friendly for the most part but […] I am unsure if the "cleaning" staff cleaned the bathroom before we got there and even the shower curtain had something on it GROSS! "When comfort and quiet matter, stay here"
What a great stay. Can't say a bad thing about anything! The most important part of the stay is always the mattress and pillows, and they were awesome. Had a great night sleep. Rooms seemed to be sound proof and spacious. The continental breakfast was outstanding - it had everything you could want!

It was a great hotel! Staff were wonderful. Great selection for breakfast. Absolutely would use a Hampton Inn again and this one inparticular.

"Staff above and beyond"
The staff was great. I had a business package show up there after my stay someone on staff named Camilla was nice enough to notify me that it was there and was willing to help in getting the package picked up and redelivered to another location a state away. It is the little things that set people and businesses apart...especially in these times.

"Hampton Inn - Harbourgate, Little River, SC"
The hotel was very clean and up to date. Service at the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The choice of items on the buffet was more than I expected. The hotel is very close to Main Street in N. Myrtle Beach (five minute drive). Most of all, the beds were new and very comfortable. We will be staying there again during the next SOS.

From the moment of check-in till checking out we were very impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was clean. The room didn't smell like antiseptic or clorox but it was very clean. We will definately stay there again and recommend this hotel to all. Great Breakfast bar too with friendly staff and service. "Myrtle Beach"
My husband and I along with our six children, had an awesome stay! The service and food were great. We are already planning to stay a week here for out next summer vacation.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The gym was surprisingly well equipped, and breakfast in the mornings was well stocked (with a variety of coffee and tea) and the cook was very warm and friendly. My only complaint would be that we found no towels upon arriving, which was mildly inconvenient.

hotel appearance / neighborhood wasn't bad but when we got off the elevator, the heat hit us - no a/c in the hallway. Once we got in the room, there was a childs shoe laying on the floor along with some peanuts so the room had not been cleaned. And it was warm in the room too - temperature was controlled so if you are hot-blooded, dont stay here. Couldnt […] tell if the sheets were clean or if they had just made the bed. There were NO towels in the bathroom and when we tried to call the front desk to request some, the phone didnt work. When we went to get ice, the ice machine was not working either. "Hampton Inn Harbourgate"
We spent a night at Hampton Inn Harbourgate and expected moderate 2 star service and accommodations... not close. We requested a non smoking room. We got a smoke engulfed room. We immediately called the front desk and requested a non-smoking room. Of course the hotel was then sold out. Unacceptable!
