Palvelee hyvin asiaansa, jos joutuu yöpymään Seattlen kentällä. Pienoisbussi vie ja tuo hotellin ja kentän välillä. Sisältä hieman vanhahtava 70-luvun tyylinen.Lentomelua.

Varasin huoneen huomaamatta, että huoneissa ei ole omaa kylpyhuonetta. Asia harmitti kunnes pääsin hotelliin: todella kivat, modernit huoneet ja riittävästi suihku- ja WC-tiloja vaikka yhteisiä olivatkin. Aula ja yhteiset tilat oli sisustettu kivoilla vintage-jutuilla ja alakerran aamiaishuoneessa oli koko ajan tarjolla teeä ja hedelmiä. Lisäksi löytyi muita juomia ja pientä syötävää automaateista ja pesukone asukkaiden käyttöön. Aamiainen oli riittävä: jogurttia, hedelmiä, vohveleita, paahtoleipää, mehua, kahvia. Ympäristö oli täynnä pieniä ravintoloita ja baareja, joten valinnanvaraa ruoan ja juoman suhteen löytyi. Kaikki nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä. Liikennettä oli reilusti, saattaa haitata herkkäunista.

"Great Location, but you get what you pay for"
This hotel has to be one of the best values in the U District. It's right across the street from U Village, so getting a late night bite to eat is really easy. It's also just down the hill from Campus and has easy access to the Burke Gillman trail. "Close to the hings I needed."
I really enjoyed my stay at the travlodge. Great locatation.
Room had many conveniences: fridge, microwave, cable tv, hair dryer, etc. One thing: the heater didn't initially give off sufficient heat, but the houseman made adjustments and it began to work fine. It is, however, across the street from an upscale shoppping center with a Starbucks that's open till around 1 a.m. everyday. "University Travelodge"
The bed were really uncomfortable. Heater was too hot. Great location but a bad nights sleep.
Very convenient to University Village shopping mall & to several bus lines. Heater in room , though, blew warm air when turned on, but soon shifted to cold air. Arrived after 9pm... parking lot was practically empty but was told room reserved not available because guest had medical reasons to stay longer???..set me up in separate building...what a dump...pealing wallpaper, uncomfortable mattress, noisy neighbors, etc... asked to be moved but told nothing available..really? "Coldest room I have ever stayed"
Heating system is terrible. Rooms are cold in winter. Insulation is bad and when you turn the heating on, you cannot sleep since it is very very noisy. Don't stay at this hotel!!

There are two buildings of which one is located behind the main motel separated by a road which we were not aware at time of booking. We were offered the worst unit in the furthest location of the separate motel building behind the main motel building. Our daughter had an injured knee and could not walk up the stairs. The motel attendent could not provide […] us with another room to accomodate our family so we stayed at the Silver Cloud Inn. We highly recommend the Silver Cloud Inn (breakfast included) and the bonus was we were able to meet the Stanford and Cal volleyball coaches and players who were also staying at there. "Travelodge hotel - terrible"
Everything about this hotel except the location was terrible. The mattress was awful. The blankets on the bed were paper thin. The heater in the room was too loud to even have it on. The traffic from the street penetrated the windows. The staff were not helpful or friendly. I left my pillow there and when I called to find out if they would look for […] it, the staff was unhelpful and basically told me no he could not look for it. The Seattle Travelodge near University Village offers relatively quiet rooms in easy walking distance to varied shopping, dining, and public transportation. "Great location for UDUB"
Close to campus sporting events and U village. Nicely remodeled recently so very comfortable. Had issue with toilet and a light bulb - was taken care of right away. Very good value. Not much of a breakfast though - could be better - only fruit, coffee, instant oatmeal, juice and toast.

The room was so hot - even with the airconditioner (that was held together with scotch tape and foil) could not cool it down. There were holes in the wall and writing on the walls. There was a full ashtray of cigarette butts sitting on a table off the balcony. There were no hangers. Dirty or stained sheets on one of the beds. It seem like the front desk not really concern bout your safety and my families. We reported to Mat that there is guy wondering in the motel it keep following my 2 sister my niece and i. the moment we open the gate going 2nd floor the guy sneak out inside we thought he might be a customer too. Then when we out the 2nd floor the guy still following us,the […] i stop then he changed direction. when we all inside the room 220 i ask my sister i am going to check to this guy again,so i went out and i saw the guy again on the right hallway as u coming out the door. Then when he saw me, suddenly he walk away then ran to the stair. And i call front desk and explain to mat. Mat said he is our maintenance guy, but if that your maintenance person he should not acted like suspicious. I told to Mat double check that person make sure your right.And that time Mat only by himself and never here from him, just to at ease our mind.for 3 nights we slept in the motel we never been comfortable sleeping, my father , my sisters my nieces and i we where scared like a nightmare. Specially the 2 rooms were staying the vertical blinds by the sliding doors some piece of vertical blinds are missing, no matter how u close it , still can see u inside because of the gap. "No Surprises"
We have stayed at this hotel before. We have no complaints and know what we're getting for our money. This is a good hotel for an overnight stay.

....then I suppose this place is OK. However, this is no destination. It's a stop-over on your way somewhere else. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Hotel appears newly refurbished / updated, and large shopping center directly across the street provides many eating options. Loud wall AC unit problematic, but no complaints otherwise about room, though not very sound-proof. Front desk & manager were extremely helpful with a tricky boarding pass issue. Free parking nice. The location of this hotel is fabulous for those who want to jog, eat, shop, swim. There is a trail a few feet from the lodge to a gorgeous path. The pool was nice in the afternoon. The carpeting in the halls needed dire cleaning. Great location and nice staff!

"Over priced but close to UW"
I'm kind of amazed that a hotel of this poor quality is located in this rather upscale neighborhood. The staff is perfectly friendly, but the place needs a major renovation. We may have had a rate that seems way to high for the quality of the motel since everything else in the area was booked full.

The hotel clerks (pm and am) were both efficient and friendly. The room (1 br suite) was clean but very worn. It could use an up-date.....carpets, paint and a better TV. Convenient location to UW. Running/biking trail very close (Burke Gilman). At the time of this writing, across the street of U Village with 24 hour grocery store, restaurants and shops. Continental breakfast pretty basic: coffee, tea, oatmeal, fruit, two kinds of cereal, and bread. Not a fancy hotel but fit my needs and was super close to biking routes […] into downtown and South Lake Union as well as Fremont and Ballard. Great location to University of Washington football stadium and shopping. Hotel is in safe location with on site parking. Designed for the spartan lifestyle. Hotel could use updating.

Our hotel stay was pleasant and our room was away from the main street noise. Our room was clean. The one thing we noticed was the interior hallway carpeting was extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned & repaired. Our room price was the most affordable since Seattle is very pricey!

"Good for the money but.."
The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The problem is not the service but the hotel. It's not sound proofed so all night long we heard people coming and going and talking and all the doors close very loudly so we did not sleep well. The room did not have a tub but only had a stand-up shower. The price is right but I'm not sure if it was […] worth it. Outside hallways left a lot to be desired, but the room was quite clean and comfortable. We needed to be close to the University Hospital and the hotel was very convenient to that and University Village shopping.
