I traveled from Louisiana to visit my girlfriend in Texas, and I enjoyed a comfortable weekend's stay at Hampton Inn. The room was very nice and clean, and the hotel was in good shape. staff extremely friendly. But blanket/comforter had been laundered too many times and the filling was matted leaving some areas overfilled and others no warmth. Air conditioner unit very loud when it came on. Neighbors doors did slam, once around 4 am. Caters to alot of groups--problem--at 7 am all the tables were occupied with 1 or 2 boarders.

The hotel is on a good location Alot of places to eat and shopping at that ate close. There was alot of noise from all the people stating for a conference bt overall it's ok

Well maintained with friendly staff. Near a lot of restaurants et al. Most would love the softer bed - I prefer stiff mattresses. Shower pressure a little low. Good stay in a safe location.

Very very nice hotel for the price......

Very good location. Rooms are on the small size and I got to hear kids running up and down the hall late into the night. The doors locks are such that the doors slam shut when someone leaves so you get those noises at all hours. Overall however I was pleased for the low room rate that I paid. Breakfast was very good but they have limited seating.

My family and I have stayed here 4 times in the last couple of months and love it here. the staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the comp. breakfast is better than one would expect. We look forward to our next stay here in 3 weeks. My daughter takes acting lessons close by from Morgan Fairchilds sister and we drive 300 miles from Ok.

The complimentary breakfast by far surpassed our expectations. GREAT!

The hotel was great the service was NOT. I called asking for a shower cap I was told to come get it. The next morning I asked for towels and it took almost 2 hours before they were brought to me. The housekeeper was rude and swore that she already delivered them but we never left the room. Overall the facility was very nice!

I was unsure about the hotel’s location and quality during my online search, but was I wrong. The area was in a business district with quite a few restaurants nearby. The hotel grounds and lobby is well-kept, and the staff was excellent. Dallas was not as far from the hotel as I originally thought and the rooms were under-priced! I have previously worked […] in the hotel business for years (no affiliation to this hotel company) and this is the best hotel I have seen within this price range. Maybe I’m old school, but I thought the soda machine was over-priced and I don’t like that it only accepts credit/debit cards. However, I rather deal with an over-priced soda machine instead of a faulty hotel any day. No matter how high your living standards may be, you will not leave disappointed. Lisätietoja

I specifically chose this Hampton Inn because others have had great down comforters and pillows that make the beds so comfy and cozy. Well, you can only imagine my dismay when I opened the door to the room and all I saw was this lumpy king-sized thing in the middle of the room. The down in the comforter had shifted and looked awful. The next thought […] that came to my mind was bed bugs and roaches. Just the look gave this impression, I must say that after investigation I found that the room was clean and although I didn't have quite the same luxurious experience that I hoped for the bed was comfortable enough. Newly updated, so it was very nice for a low price. So easy to get to / park. Staff very friendly, too! I will definitely stay there again.

We could not believe this was a Hampton Inn. We are frequent travelers and mostly stay at Hampton Inn. The quality of service by the evening staff was terrible, to say the least. There was only one person at the reception desk and he was mostly not there. There was a line of guests waiting for help, as the entire hotel had NO TV service, and there was […] nobody to help. As Hilton Honors members we requested a type of room which we were assured we would have when we called ahead and when we arrived we had a completely different room. My husband has medicine that needed to be in a refridgerator and we were not given one, further more, we were never notified that we wouldn't get a refridgerator. Honestly, we are not complainers and this is the first time in all of our Hampton Inn hotel travel that we encountered problems. There were many others that said they couldn't believe this was a Hampton Inn. The morning staff was helpful and apologetic. We ended up getting a refund for our stay. Lisätietoja

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by restaurant row in Addison. Caters to business traveler. We stayed two nights. Our TV did not work the first night, but maintenance fixed it the next day. Not much vanity space for female guests, and the bed wasn't the comfiest,but for the price, I would go back.

We stayed two night at the Hampton Inn on a business trip, our say was pleasant & relaxing. No complaints.

I stay here for work more often than I'm home. The staff remembers me, my preferences, and if possible, my favorite room is available for me to feel as comfortable as possible. They are absolutely the best!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and the room looked nice once we got there. As we were laying on the bed we see a mice run across the floor. We asked to be moved and was told there were no other rooms available.

I liked the hotel a lot---considering the price I paid. I've paid twice as more for less than half of the amenities in the past. Great place and will come back again

The breakfast was good but the room was tiny! The bed was uncomfortable but for our short stay it was ok. The hotel was clean and very quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. Its in a central area close to the Galleria and there are a lot of restaurants near by. Overall a good stay for what I paid...

The staff here is always top notch, and the hotel has a 100% satisfaction guarantee that they actually stand behind! I will absolutely be staying at Hampton for all of my business trips to Addison!

Everything about my stay here was excellent. There were fresh cookies at the front desk when I checked in as well as a friendly efficient staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything in the room was new and so very clean. Breakfast was more than the usual hotel bagels and cold cereal. I wish I was staying longer than one night.

Hotel is located in a commercial area. Great for business travelers due to numerous restaurants in the area. Near Dallas North Tollway for easy access to freeway system.

great location...tons of places to eat, plenty of stores nearby if you forgot anything...very close to Galleria...other guests in the hotel had stayed there before...

Pretty good. Heavy cigarette smoke smell at entrance and in the lobby upon arrival, but gone by morning. Otherwise can't complain. It was very nice.

We stayed there on Thanksgiving weekend. Room was clean and I loved to stay here again. The only thing which I did not like is that the Room service lady was Knocking the door at 9:30Am. We came back from thanksgiving shopping and slept at around 4am. My recommendation to them is please try to come around 11.
