Penthouse had two beds and two baths....great room!

Great facilities and accomodation. The only disadvantage is the distance from CU. Have to drive there.

The hotel is situated northeast of city center in a business center but still within eight blocks of the 29th St Mall. It is a little further from the Pearl St. pedestrian mall and CU. Easy access to 30th St and Routes 36 & 157. We stayed on a very crowded weekend, appears to be an early weekend for CU move-in. Even so, the room was quiet with available […] parking next to the room. The room had a full size frig, oven and microwave which allowed any type of food to be cooked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The foldout bed was tolerable. The pool was small and crowded but clean. There was a small tennis/badminton/basketball court next to the pool. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. What else do you need? Location was minutes from Pearl Street. Close to a busy street so it was a little noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Inn, my husband and I and our three children, and we had a very nice time. We stayed in the penthouse which was large enough for all of us and beds were extremely comfortable, The staff was always around cleaning rooms and the landscaping was very charming and relaxing. WE are moving to the area and stayed here while we looked for a new home. everyone made us feel right at home! The pool was great and the breakfast was delicious! We will recommend it to our friends and family!

We have stayed here several times while visiting our daughter who lives in Boulder and it's just perfect for our home base. The beds were comfortable and there's a kitchen area that's nice. The front desk was very helpful. They have recently remodeled and all of the rooms we have stayed in have been clean and similar in decor. We will definitely stay […] here again on our next visit. This was a very uncomfortable hotel. The walls and floors are very thin. We heard everything that our neighbor upstairs did, including the 11 trips to the bathroom one night and the 9 trips the next. You can hear the water running in the pipes in the wall, sounds like a waterfall. Kind of gross. I will never stay at this place again, it should not be […] in the Marriott Chain. The sheets and pillow appeared dirty which was disturbing. The furnishings/appliances were old and outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful and complimentary breakfast featured many items.

Nice place for extended stay or temporary business assignment in Boulder. I only stayed for 2 nights so didn't have much use for the kitchen, dining and living room areas of the unit. Units are a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable and area is quiet so I really got a good night's rest. Close enough to walk to restaurants and coffee houses in the neighborhood and to Boulder's CU campus. The room was nice, quiet, and comfortable - with a full kitchen! great for the price!

the location, breakfast, and the staff were highlights of our stay. the noise from neighboring rooms and the foothills parkway road was a quite a distraction both night and day

Just spent 4 days in Boulder and stayed at the Residence Inn. Couldn't have asked for more - the room with quiet and clean, the location was great, and the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The kitchenette was well-equipped and the hot breakfast buffet had good variety. Furniture looked new.

I stayed at the Residence Inn this month (July'09) and I was very impressed by level of service, the cleanliness of the self-contained rooms and the location as it is very easy to get to Downtown Boulder, or onto a major route to Denver and the international airport. A very good size room with lots of facilities, so that it was a good place to stay for more a day or two (stay was five nights). Breakfast was good, but the room was rather smallish for so many guests as was the car park. Each night I just about found a space for my car. The pool area was not particularly nice, but OK for a quick dip.
