Satisfactory with wonderful transportation to the airport and very helpful and good staff. I liked it very much.

If you are looking for an affordable, clean, comfortable and nicely located hotel - this one is for you. You will not be disappointed.

Only stayed for one night while visiting friends, the room was nicer than expected and the people were friendly too. Would stay again in the future.

I stayed a night here and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, it has a separate section for sofa. Room was very clean and seems of higher quality than what i would've got from other hotel at this pricing. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff could have been more helpful on the night shift. there was no spare blanket in the room i was transfered to. I asked the attendant if i may take the one from the room i was switching to. He replied quick and aggravated, " no, no , no there is some already in the other room available"

This is a good hotel in a good area. It's easy to find right off I-90. The room is clean and quiet. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The building itself is a bit old judging by the bathroom and furniture but in good condition. Breakfast was great and prompt. Overall, we had a great stay.

This hotel was pretty cheap for a reason. Kind of old feeling. We were upset the hot tub not working (there isnt a pool) I wonder if it is ever working- prob not to save $....breakfast was so-so.

Our stay was fine but the room we stayed in looked like it hadn't been renovated since the '80's. If you are looking for something moderately upscale, this the place. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice place, especially because it was inexpensive. HOWEVER...the place definitely needs some renovation. The room, while comfortable enough, was kind of on the dark and gloomy side, and definitely showing its age. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and check in/check out was fast and easy.

First, the staff was very nice, and check in/check out was easy and quick. The hotel is well-maintained, and clean, but it really could use an update. The overall feeling was kind of dark and worn. When you look at the variety of rooms in the area in the same price range, there are plenty of places that are much newer and more comfortable.

The hotel offers enough to cover the basic needs based on what you pay.

A few quick notes: The hotel staff were nice The continental breakfast was good The location was convenient The price for a two-room suite with mini fridge and microwave was great On the bad side: We were initially given a room with the following problems: The sink was falling out of the counter The carpet was mysteriously wet in several areas The […] bathroom was dirty (including stained towels) The air conditioner started making a horrible noise in the middle of the night (my wife couldn't sleep) Various minor things were broken giving an overall slightly-neglected appearance We asked for a room transfer, and the staff was nice and obliging. In our new room, most of the major problems were fixed, but the mini fridge did not work so I had to get one of the hotel guys to help me to move the working model from our first room into the new room. The new room was still neglected, but it didn't have the major problems of the first room I mentioned above. Overall, the price was good, but I wouldn't recommend it. Particularly if you're going to spend any significant time there or go there with a family. The hotel staff was very friendly, but the hotel was very aged. It is in a secluded and creepy area of Arlington Heights but we did arrive almost at midnight so that could be a factor. It was a lot farther from the hotel than I thought it would be so I almost would have rather driven the 3 hours home. I thought the customer service at the front counter was great. The woman servicing us when we checked at multiple ways to pull our reservation up and did it without even batting an eye. It was conveniently located near gas stations and reputable restaurants to eat at even though a complimentary breakfast came with our room. I will say one minor dysfunction […] was the condition of the spa room; below average looking with ceiling tiles falling apart and lights missing from ceiling. I was only staying for one night, so I wasn't expecting the Ritz. When I arrived (at 7pm) the room I was given had not been cleaned so I had to switch rooms. The new room was clean but there were water stains on the ceiling, the TV was an old tube model (without a remote) and it was very musty.

Very nice hotel, found out is only 5 minutes from my son'shome. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in town

Clean room, courteous personnel and convenient location. We were very pleased.

Check in lady wasn't the most f riendly experience I've had, but OK. Maintenance staff helpful in reducing loud noise from heating/ac unit. Breakfast had a good selection, but no heat from chafing dish to biscuits and gravy caused the contents to gel quickly and reduce appeal and taste

Only complaint was no thin pillows.Will stay here again when in the area.

Great hotel, but is considered 'suburb' and is 1.5X the meter for a cab ride to the hotel. So a ride from the south side of the city can top $100 during rush hour. Shuttle also starts at 7am, so if you are using it to shorten your morning commute to catch an early flight, you may need a local cab ($20) to get you to O'Hare on time.

Clean, reasonably priced. Free airport shuttle. Free shuttle to Metra station for an easy train ride downtown. I will choose to stay there again on my next trip to Chicago.

Our recent stay was satisfactory. Staff was friendly and room was clean, no problems. Furnishings in room were pretty beat up. Tile missing in wall in bathroom. My experience at the Jameson was excellent. The staff at the Arlington Heights location exceeded the excellent mark. It has been a long time since I've been impressed by a hotel staff to this degree. The facilities were also well maintained. The hot-tub is a nice touch and I generally prefer to stay at a place with an indoor pool, the hot-tub feature […] and excellent staff more than made up for the difference. The front desk staff was accomodating with the acception of one, who would not give us the room we had reserved. We were forced to use a fold-away couch for our children't bed. This is because our 2 double bed room was given to someone else.

The Hotel needs to be remodeled. Loved the room was spacious with a sitting area. Also the Continental Breakfast was actually "breakfast" and superb. Definitely recommended. Close to Woodfield and convenient access to tollway to O'hare and downtown.

The hotel was ok. The location also ok. Quite safe. But there are not so many things around there. It is quite difficult to find fast food in the surrounding. I drov around to walmart and mount prpospect. it was a nice stay. the breakfast has waffle and eggs.

The Jameson Suites is an excellent place if you need to take a group. This is because EVERY room has a pullout bed. This helps you be very flexible with large groups. The location is very convenient as well. Beds were updated and comfortable. No problems. Good price. Would use again.

We needed a hotel for one night upon our arrival in Chicago. This is a good hotel for that purpose. We had to call a couple of times for the shuttle, which took quite a while to pick us up from the airport. The shuttle service ends at 11 p.m. so be aware that you will need to find alternative transportation to the hotel if you arrive after that time. […] The man at the front desk was very helpful in getting our daughter to the hotel after she arrived after 11. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean and comfortable for a family of four. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is a restaurant about 500 yards away for lunch or dinner. We hadn't stayed in Chicago before, and this hotel was close to O'Hare. We wondered about the musty lobby, but the staff was very nice and quick. We were first sent to a room with only one bed (we asked for two beds), but it turned out to be a room that was being remodeled and we were quickly reassigned a clean, non-musty smelling room. Although clean, the rugs and furniture were worn out. On one of the mornings when we went down to breakfast, there was no coffee, juice, muffins, pastries of any kind, eggs or hot cereals. I suppose a group of teenagers must have come through. We had to wait about 20 minutes before they refilled. The beds were hard and so were the pillows.

The staff was very friendly and personable. They helped me get food delivered, a shuttle to the airport, and -- most importantly -- a room when every hotel in Chicago was booked!
