the hotel is too far from the center, and it cost us lot of money to get to the the metro station. sometimes there were no taxis from metro station to the hotel and we were waiting for a taxi more than an hour in the rain. the distance is not close to the center as described in your website, the hotel location is not even shown in the map of Milano, […] it's not in the map. because of the location, it's cost us lot of money that spent to transportation instead of shopping. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was its spacious room. It is located in a semi-derelict area on the outskirts of town, a 15 minute taxi ride. Totally unsuitable location if you dont have your own transport. The reception staff were casual, to the point of dismissive. When asked if there were nearby shops, the laugh was almost contemptuous. […] No. When asked for the wifi connection, we were told "its broken, and anyway it would cost you." When we arrived at our room we were greeted by the remnants of the previous occupants breakfast outside the doorway. There was no apology when we complained. The restaurant was outrageously expensive, so much so we resolved not to use it. Despite the comment about no shops I set out to find an alternative. After a 30 minute exploration, including passing derelict properties, country lanes, and having to cross a 4 lane motorway, I came upon a suburban area, not very appealing, but sufficient to find a small restaurant and buy some supplies. On departure next day we had to wait while they checked out a full busload. I asked whether the wifi was fixed, and how much it would have cost. Yes it was fixed and it would have cost 10 euro for 1 hour or 22 euro for 24 hours! In 7 weeks in Italy no other accommodation charged for wifi. This was our worst hotel experience, by a long way, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Lisätietoja

Close to Linate airport but thats all I have to say about this hotel. Arrived to a room whiched smelled of body odour, no air conditioning until after 6pm, safe didn't work, multiple lights blown in the room and stains all over the couch. Atahotel is a good example of a convention hotel which can also grant good service to the private traveler. A VERY spacious and elegant room, a big balcony, internet access, Fine TV set, spotless bathroom. A very rich breakfast, staff efficient and friendly. Our car was parked for two days free of charge. The hotel is really far away from the exhibition center RHO. The food at the hotel is low average and overpriced. There are no other restaurants in the area. Safety is very bad. good for business travelers on an expense account but too far from historic center of milan for older tourists. 10 min. walk to tram, 17 to 25 euro cab ride to the duomo depending on time of day. no shopping or retaurants in the vicinity of the hotel which is situated in an an office park overgrown with weeds since the offices are not rented.Transportation […] is not provided to malpensa airport in contradiction to what the brosure says. 100 euro cab ride or schlep your bags onto a train or bus. if you are renting a car or traveling solely by taxis, or you just really don't mind walking then this is a great hotel. the staff was super nice and helpful. the rooms were big, super clean, and very nice. the free daily breakfast was awesome. again the only negative side was the walk from the metro/ tram to the actual hotel. its like 3 long blocks […] away from public transportation and then another like 5 blocks to get through the maze that is the building complex its located in. Das Hotel bietet einen einwandfreien Service, die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, das ist wirklich super. Der Weg für ÖV - Benutzer zum Hotel ist nicht gerade ideal, am späten Abend ist der Rückweg zum Hotel alles andere als ideal. So nimmt man halt ein Taxi ..... Das Hotel war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und hatten einen grossen Balkon sowie ein gemütliches Sofa, grosser begehbarer Kleiderschrank und ein Safe. Die Lage ist am südlichen Rande von Mailand, ist aber für Conventions (im Haus) sehr praktisch. Zu Fuss sind Restaurants etc. erst nach 10-15min Fussweg erreichbar... Das […] Hotel sollte jedoch in absehbarer Zeit renoviert werden: das Bad hinterliess einen verbrauchten Eindruck und die Klobrille müsste ersetzt werden. O Hotel é muito bom, com pessoas agradaveis, com um café da manhã bom, banheiro com banheira excelente. O único problema é que o Hotel fica fora de mão para ir para Cidade, com ruas mal iluminadas e desertas. No restante é muito bom

Ett hotell som säkert höll hög standard när det byggdes någon gång under 60, 70-talet. Tyvärr har inget renoverats och uppdaterats sedan dess. Med andra ord en väldigt tråkig miljö med tråkig inredning. Servicnivån är låg. Personalen är lika dåligt uppdaterad om vad som hänt inom serviceyrket under 30 år som hotellinredningen.
