Very nice jacuzzi and pool. The price was right! very close to both cross country skiing and downhill.

We were only here for a quick overnight visit but I am glad we did not have a longer stay. The staff is nice enough but office closes early and doesn't open until 8. The hot water heater broke. The wall to wall carpets in the rooms need to be ripped out and replaced. The rooms are sorely in need of updating. This has the bones of a great resort but […] it has been neglected. Lisätietoja

Great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, room very clean and comfortable, and a nice size. Perfect location for us virtually right in the center of the Village, and they allow pets - a big plus for us! Very nice continental breakfast, with lots of variety and plenty of it! We'll most definitely be staying here again.

We had a great one night stay with our 9 month old daughter. The room was great, the grounds well looked after which allowed her to play in the grass. The staff were great - the crib at the hotel was being used by another family so they went out of their way to get one from a neighbouring resort. We would definitely stay again!

I was worried after reading the reviews of this hotel but it was not disappointing at all! Yes, the breakfast is not 'hot' but there's plenty of variety and it was good. Also the aqua spa and indoor pool were closed but we were there in the summer and the outdoor pool was great. The staff were nice and the room was very comfortable. When I made the reservation, I was told that I would have room with a hot tub bath tub, fireplace, kitchen, etc. The hotel said I could not have that room at the price I paid. After insisting, they finally gave me that room. The next morning when I went to check out, I was supposed to have a full breakfast...the door to the office was locked. The hotel website compared to the hotel we visited was completely different. The outdoor pool was closed and in disrepair. The indoor pool had holes in the liner and the indoor pool area was very humid. Our reservation promised breakfast, which they "did away with" according to the front desk when we asked about it. Our room refrigerator was broken. […] Our ice bucket was dirty. There was a smushed mosquito on the wall of our room. The room wasn't too bad but we were very turned off. When we complained to the front desk we were promised a credit that we still haven't recieved. We've called several times to check on it and have been getting the run around. Fair motel for fair price..good value

Should note:No Breakfast available no turn down service-no full time desk staff condition of resort is very bad everyone tried their best- absolutely has been management changes hoping this resort improves it has so much potential this location was not as represented by your web site for the more expensive suites

Would not recommend, pool was not open, winter cover still on. Breakfast included, no such thing. One person operation it seem. Only two rooms were rented that night.

L'hotel est très mal entretenue...très déçu de notre choix........le site internet et les photos sont trompeurs....

Hotel en travaux donc quelques problèmes ce jour là, sinon 2 belles piscines et plutôt bien placé. Voir en saison été sans les travaux..... Tout à fait correct, pour un court séjour...
