Vaikutti business-vieraiden paikalta mutta oli ihan viihtyisä myös perheen yöpymiseen. WiFi ja aamiainen ok. Olimme matkalla lentokentältä muualle Etelä-Saksaan ja koska lentokenttähotellissa ei tilaa ollut niin tämä oli kivasti varttitunnin ajomatkan päässä.

näytä kaikki hotellit kohteessa: MünchenHuone oli hyvin siisti ja viihtyisä. Ainoa miinus oli kuumuus. Ilmastointi ei ollut vielä huhtikuun lopussa toiminnassa, joten jouduime pitämään ikkunaa yölläkin auki. Kadulta kuului avoinna olevasta ikkunasta kova liikenteen meteli. Aamupala oli erinomainen, kuten myös hotellin sijainti. Tulemme menemään uudestaan tähän hotelliin.

"Arthotel Munich - keskinkertainen hotelli"
Sijainti rautatieasemaan nähden hyvä. Keskustaan noin 15 min kävelymatka. Huone pieni ja vähän outo, asuntolamainen ja kolkko. Yleiskunto ja siisteys ok. Pesuhuoneessa ei ole hiuksille shampoota eikä sitä saa pyydettäessäkään. Aamupala oli hyvä ja vaihtoehtoja ruuissa oli paljon.

Hotelli sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla aivan rautatieaseman tuntumassa. Kaukojunien reunimmiaselta raiteelta vain rappuset alas ja katua n. 300 metriä eteenpäin. Hotellin katu on mukavan rauhallinen, vaikka ymäristön muut kadut saattavat olla rauhattomampia. Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli, jossa hinta-laatu-sijainti suhde kohdillaan. Aamiainen hyvä. Huoneissa […] toimii langaton verkko ja hotellilta saa vuokrata polkupyöriä, joilla on todella näppärää kiertää ja katsella kaupunkia. Pyöräilijät otettu hyvin huomioon omilla kaistoillaan. "Arthotel Munich"
Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä päärautatieasemaa, joten metrolla pääsi varsin lähelle eikä kävelymatka ollut pitkä. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat suht´ tilavia 4 -henkisen perheemme tarpeisiin. Huoneen sisustus jäi hyvin kauas esittelyvalokuvien tasosta. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia eikä ilmaista päivälehteä , vaikka esittelyssä niin mainitaankin. Tosin lokakuun […] puolivälissä sitä ei tarvittukaan. Lattiat olivat pölyiset ja minibaari, jonka antimia emme tosin kaivanneet, oli sisällöltään vaatimaton. Huoneemme sijaitsi kadun puolella 3. kerroksessa ja liikenteen äänet alkoivat kuulua jonkin verran n. kl 6. Ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt kovasti ja muuten oli hiljaista. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja varsin monipuolinen kuten saksalaisissa hotelleissa yleensä ja parempi k uin mihin Suomessa useimmiten joutuu tyytymään. Asukkaissa oli useita lapsiperheitä. Toisin kuin esim. Hotels.comin esittelyssä mainitaan, hotelli ei sijaitse lähellä Englischer Gartenia. Lähietäisyydellä on em. päärautatieaseman lisäksi hyvä tavaratalo Karstadt ja vähän etäämpänä, tosin kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä mm. kävelykatu, Frauenkirche, Marienplatz, raatihuone, Viktualienmarkt jne. Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast
Hotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin keskustasta. Sijainti on hyvä myös October-festin aikaan, sillä juhla-alue on lähellä kävelymatkan päässä. Kesäaikaan huoneet voivat olla tukalia ilmastoinnin puuttuessa. Huonetuuletin ei ole riittävä helteillä.
Hotelli on erittäin hyvällä paikalla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Hauptbahnhofista, ja samalla myös aivan Marienplatzille johtavan kävelykadun tuntumassa. Huone oli äskettäin remontoidun oloinen, rauhallinen ja erittäin siisti. Myös huoneen hintaan kuulunut aamiainen ansaitsee kiitettävän arvosanan. Suosittelen kyllä muillekin Müncheniin matkaaville!

3 hlön huone oli todella iso, suksipussit ja jättikassit mahtuivat kevyesti ja vapaata tilaa jäi reilusti. Uusittu, siisti, pelkistetty/moderni ilme huoneissa ja muissa tiloissa. Aamiainen riittävän runsas. 5 min kävely rautatieasemalle.

"Kuumaa oli"
Huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten yöt olivat todella kuumia kun päivälämpötilat menivät yli +35:n. Huone oli muuten ok, mutta hirveän tilava se ei ollut vaan aika putkimallinen. Ylisesti ottaen palvelu oli hyvää.

The reason for booking the Arthotel was that I had to attend a meeting in the next street and, in that respect, it could not have been more convenient. It also proved a good location from which to go sightseeing.The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was most acceptable. Really nice hotel. The name Art Hotel is appropriate because the hotel is very nicely decorated. I was in the Pop Art floor and my room was full of Andy Warhol pictures. Breakfast is good and Location near the main station is also very convenient.

The Arthotel was a resonably priced family hotel, centrally located without any bells and whistles. The room for 4 was a bit snug for 3 nights, but sufficed.

Room was clean and decent size for a European hotel. Bathroom/shower exceeded expectations. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was made up each day. Location was very convenient to Central Station and transportation. All in all a very good experience. Would stay there again.

Great service. Wifi is a bit hard to access but ask the front desk and they will give you your password. That hotel is definitely a good place to sta in Munich. 5 minutes from the central station with really nice room and good breakfast.

Overall good value for money. Location is 5 mins walk from the main station and you can take various forms of transport (buses, trams, u-bahn, s-bahn) from there around the City. The hotel facilities are fairly basic but good value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. If you are driving there make sure you book a garage parking space beforehand. It's close to the train station, Marienplatz and the Augustiner Keller. The only con is that the floor got wet from our winter boots. It's laminate and I don't see it lasting very long if they don't provide mats inside. Recommend taking off wet stuff before going in. Very cool decor.

It has good location, 400m to central station and 2km to Marienplatz. And room was wide and clean. Especially bath room was really wide. But shower booth in my room does not have door, so much water drops went out of the booth. Breakfast was also good. It looked many people choose this hotel for family. I think it is good choice. "Arthotel Munich - convenient walk to Hauptbahnhof"
The staff was friendly and my room was comfortable. I don't know what the other rooms are like but I assume they are all different. This is one of those hotels with themed rooms in different art styles. That was not why I chose it but it was a nice alternative to the usual hotel room decor. My room had chrome deer's heads on the walls and clouds painted […] on the ceiling. Free breakfast buffet with pretty standard fare for German hotels. There is no restaurant for dinner, but you can order food from the bar and bring it to your room yourself, or for an extra charge they will deliver it. Internet in the room was free when I was there, but that may not always be the case; on the web site it says it's only free in public areas. The room price was great. I chose this hotel thinking it would be cool to stay at a place with modern art displays. The location was very convenient and we were able to find it easily from the train station. My older son's first impression from the lobby was that it was the coolest hotel he had ever been to. However, when we went to our room, there was a distinctly bad odor, […] so I opened the windows. We arrived late, and he took a shower in the beautiful and recently remodelled bathroom. But the shower drain was improperly built and water flowed everywhere, flooding the bathroom. He had to use all of the towels just to keep the water contained and not flow into the main room. The hotel staff were very accomodating and helpful, bringing us towels the next morning, but I experienced the same thing with the shower. The breakfast buffet was large and delicious, but it was difficult to compensate for flooding and the sewer-like odor in the room. "Great place for the price"
its not the nicest hotel on earth, however, it is very close to the city center and the rooms are clean with fairly comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff was very helpful as well when I asked for general directions and advice on Christmas Markets.

The room had a really funny shape (long and narrow) - there was hardly room to walk around the bed. This hotel is ok for one night if you need to take a train, otherwise I wouldn't choose it.

Just a short walk from the Bahnhof railway station which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The room was clean and spacious with a newly fitted wetroom shower. Tea & coffee facilities in the room would have been nice though.
