It was great the smoking floor is a little smelly so I would recommend the none smoking smells better and there is a balcony you can go on and smoke. Hotel room and hotel itself was clean. Pool was very warm and comfortable, the kids and I loved it. The beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. Would definitely visit again. Probably next year for another vacation.

There were no clean towels in the room. The sheets didn't fit the bed and didn't even cover the edges so they came off as soon as you sat down. The elevator smelled like urine.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. We were on a non-smoking floor. When we first got there someone stepped off the elevator smoking and we had to step into it in order to get our luggage to our room. I talked with the manager about it and he said it was not supposed to happen and that they are considering making the […] entire hotel smoke free. Smoking is only "allowed" in certain 5th floor rooms but some of the smoking guests were abusing that privilege which is why they are considering the change. The bathroom had been cleaned but looked like it could use a really good scrub with bleach to get some of the stains out and the creases around the edge of the floor were a bit caked up with stuff. The room itself wasn't too bad though. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It's okay for the price but if you're looking for a super clean top of the line place, this isn't it. Very unacceptable.

Our room was missing the TV remote. We asked someone at the front desk to bring us one, and it was never brought. The next morning we also asked for an extra towel set from the front desk, and one was brought to us within 3 minutes.

I thought I was getting a very good deal for the price I paid but now I understand why the price was so cheap. I booked the hotel for Halloween night and it met all the expectations for a scary night. The hotel looked run down, the carpets desperately need to be replaced and there was a strange smell all around. Upon entering the room I was greeted […] by dry pee all over the toilet. The overall cleanliness of the room was awful. I was scared to even place my clothing and bag on the bed. I ended up attending the wedding I was in town for and then packed up my stuff and drove 3 hours home in the middle of the night. There was no way I could have stayed in the hotel. Room size was great but the bed was harder than we like.

We had two rooms booked for this day.Arrived at the hotel 11;p.m and found one room not cleaned and beds not made. rooms should be non smoking and smelled from smoke. after giving us a second room the blanket had cigarett holes in it. Found both rooms not to meet our standard of being cleaned.

Bathroom was not impressive!! Hairdryer holder on wall looked like it had not been cleaned off in a week! Hair on floor and in Tub. Toilet was a bit on the rocky side. Not enough towels folded up and ready for use and one out of the two had stains on it. Beds were fairly comfortable and location of hotel was great! i stay here very frequently.. even though i'm not satisfied with it. the rooms are dark... lousy... service is extremely bad... however,since i'm here for business visits, the only thing that interests me is the internet & a bed , bath..& i get it here.. other than nothing else attracts here.. but , the neighbourhood is good... couples of restuarant […] closeby. very efficient service, helpful staff. definately a very nice place to stay.

For the price paid the hotel was acceptable. It can improve if it had more garbage cans to dispose extra garbage. We needed extra towels and they told us to use the ones in the pool. We noticed families that looked like they were placed for shelter, we can be wrong. The restaurants around the hotel were great and the minature golf was a plus and affordable! […] The indoor pool was very warm but still our children loved it! The I-95 was around the corner so it was accesible to go anywhere. We like it there but i know for a better price we can get a better hotel. THANKS! ALM Lisätietoja

The staff were very nice but the motel itself needs some improvement but as always, you get what you pay for and the price was reasonable compared to others. The first night we were without power all night due to a storm, no air conditioning and by 4 a.m. I could not breathe. Did they ever hear of a generator? For the amount I paid for the hotel I kinda knew what I was getting into. Nothing was particularly nice about the place. I checked in late (about 1:30 am) and the staff was friendly even then. The staff later the next day was also friendly. The hotel definitely has a strange smell all around and the elevator smelled like urine. I'd recommend taking […] the stairs. The room itself was ok. Everything was just minimum quality. The desk clerk asked if I needed a wake up call when i checked in. I realized why he asked when i got to the room there was no clock... I JUST NEEDED A PLACE TO CRASH, I LOVED THE PRICE SINCE MY PLAN WAS NOT TO SPEND MY TIME IN THE HOTEL BUT TO ASSIST SOME MEETINGS FOR SEVERAL DAYS, I JUST NEEDED A PLACE TO SHOWER CHANGE AND SLEEP. IT MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST HOTEL BUT IT CERTAINLY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY THAT I CAN NOW SPEND ON THINGS THAT ARE MORE IMPORTANT TO ME.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Milford proximo a todo comercio e das vias de acesso para qualquer lugar. Perto da estação do trem que segue para Grand Station NY +ou- 1:00 h. Preço estadia muito bom. Hotel tem dois blocos quando reservar aconselho solicitar o bloco de tras que é muito melhor que o que esta anexo a recepção. Recomendo.
