Airport pick up took two calls and 40min. not good. When I got to my room everything was in order but two hours when I went to bed when it first time turned on ac/heater fan was loose(repairman fixed it in the morning 9:00am) and I woke up like every 30min to hear that noise. at 4:00 am i called to front dest about this and they only could give me another […] room (where do I have to carry my things in the middle of the night) so I stayed in the room. Morning I asked that because I have been woken all night could I have been staying little longer (2:00-3:00pm) but it couldn't be possible. Hotel was not fully booked that's for sure. It would been ok hotel if this incident didn't occur, and eaten though Hotel could been make it up to me some how. exp stay little longer without paying about it. This was a nice find! This facility appears as though a defunct condo complex was converted into a hotel, which I like as it is a good reuse of project. I liked the independent access to our own unit and the generous space in the "room" because of its earlier and original development as a condo. Service was great, and the rooms were very big and clean. There is a kitchen with a table, and dishes such as cups, plates, pans, etc are provided. There is a full refrigerator and freezer, which was convenient. The freezer makes ice, so no worrying about finding an ice machine. We didn't use the pool since weather was bad. Fitness facility isn't much, […] just treadmills and a bike. Lots of fun stuff nearby such as restaurants, Krispy Kreme donuts, a mall, the IMAX movie theater, a winery, and more. I loved the layout of the room, the shower is located behind the closet to reduce noise. The appetizers at dinnertime were varied and delicious.

We stayed here to attend the Tulip Time Festival in Holland, so we were really just here to sleep for the night, but the room was clean and spacious. We had a fireplace (which we didn't use) and a kitchen, which allowed us to grab a frozen pizza from Meijer for under $10, heat it in the oven and have a cheap meal in the room. The only complaint I would […] have is that the room we were in connected to another room (via a locked door) and we could hear everything they were doing over there. The inside of the room was very nice, and well cleaned. However, upon arrival, our room keys did not work. We went to the front desk several times and ultimately needed an employee accompany us to our room and unlock the door with a master key every time we wanted into our room for the first night and morning of our stay-- which significantly limited […] our ability to come and go. Later in our stay, our keys stopped working again. The breakfast appeared to consist of powdered eggs and a meat option. The fruit, yogurt, and healthier options were consistently out and not restocked. The outside of the hotel was in disrepair and in serious need of repainting. This property is not in the same shape as it was a few years ago under the Marriott brand. Maintenance, overall appearance, and upkeep are definetely suffering since this property was sold. Staff was helpful and polite but the quality of the property and rooms has definetely decreased.

Very nice employees and nice breakfast and good location but condition of maintenance on the room was bad. Design of the building was poor and allowed too much noise from adjoining rooms

The first night we checked in late but was very suprised when we walked in to our room. It was very nice to get to have a fire place and a kitchen and not have to go broke doing it. Nice size room and location wasn't bad. Second day we found a dirty soup spoon in are clean dishes and it was very clear that it was used for drugs. We also found out the […] hard way that this hotels are known to be a spot for parties. The people above us were so so noisy. The rooms and the staff were excellent.The rates were very reasonable and the food, while not great, was a very generous feature.We thoroughly enjoyed having two bedrooms and bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a a cozy ,comfortable living room.We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great room - lots of space. The full kitchen was terrific! It was only 15 minutes away from Downtown Grand Rapids. Breakfast was a little on the sad side, but overall a great hotel for a great price! Will definitely stay here again.

Some of lights in bathroom did not work. Was very happy that they provided us shuttle service to airport at 4:20AM!!

We needed a place for the night and when you can get a suite for the same price as a regular room I thought why not. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice with a good assortment of hot and cold items. The general condition of the buildings needs work. It was very nice.. It was surprised it even had a dishwasher in the room. I would stay there again for sure.. Was doing a show downtown Grand Rapids. Only took 10 minutes to get there. Better than paying over $200 a night for just a room... You wont be disappointed

To be able to have a queen suite with full kitchen for less than $100 was great. The hotel appears to have been converted from an old apartment complex, which is a neat idea, and was very quiet as a result. Our non-smoking room did smell like smoke though and the central heating system was a little over-eager.

Children running, jumping, and screaming the floor above us until at least 2:00 am... that's when I turned on the furnace fan to muffle the sound. The room was clean and comfortable. The area is very busy (between two shopping malls) I would not stay at this location again.

First day was rough. They had recently upgraded their wifi and staying connected was rough. That is pretty much my only issue. Awesome location, staff was very friendly, very nice studio style apartment. Fully equipped. Loved the fire place. Lots to do and see in the area. Oh and HOT FRESH KRISPY CREAM DOUGHNUTS ACROSS THE ROAD. LOL.

The meetings we were attending were downtown but the hotels downtown are expensive.The TWO BEDROOM suite was ideal for two guys traveling on business and was very reasonable.

1. The Walsh were knee deep with ice and snow. 2. Hair in the bathroom sink. 3. The bathroom floor was grimy and dirty along all molding. 4. Leftover coffee was in the kitchen pot. In summary thos reflected alack of attention to cleanliness.

It's best for multi-days family vacation. It's practically a condo. There are two levels, two full bathroom and three TVs. The fully equipted kichen can allow some cooking / warm up of left overs. There is even a real fire place. Very family feel. We loved it. It's just too bad that we stay only for one night - so can't take advantage of all the nice […] thing. Wonderfully spacious place to spend time. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bed mattress OK but not the best. Had to remove the two feather pillows from the bed.

Not at all as depicted. Streets and sidewalks in bad condition, and covered in snow and ice (even though it had not snowed in 36 hours). Mattress must be 20 years old, and pillows terrible. Do NOT depend on the hotel's airport shuttle - we had an early flight, and checked twice at the desk to confirm the shuttle. It was not there, and no one would accept […] responsibility. This is actually a decent place however they have no concept of service. I went there to hang with friends and to take in a concert or two. The rooms are very spacious felt like home and the bi or split levels is a plus especially if your looking for privacy but it snowed the day before I arrived and they didn't have the man power to clean up the ice […] and snow.
