The halls smelled like cigarettes. The hotel could use upgrades. The pool was dirty. My kids paid a little more across the road and had a good breakfast not stale danish & muffins.

Central to all of the activities. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet location off of main road. Very spacious rooms

The hotel was nice and comfortable, I love the beds which is very important to me due to back problems. I stayed during Hurricane Irene and the lights went out for the 2 days that I stayed, but it was fine. I like that they are a very friendly pet hotel, because I go nowhere without my kids. I really enjoyed it.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. It was very close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast was just muffin and danish with coffee, tea, juice. there are no microwaves or frig in the rooms. First off this hotel has an upper level with no elevator and I feel the guests should be informed of such. I was booked on the upper floor and I have a knee disability. There were no other rooms on the ground level and i was forced to walk up large flight of stairs carrying my own luggage..it was very burdensome. Then there were guest washers, but they […] were broken so the front desk charged me $5. to launder my clothes in the hotel washer. (It should have been complimentary since the guest washers were broken.) The continental breakfast was beyond Basic!! Only donuts, coffee and watered down juice. The beds were comfortable, the price was reasonable, but the water wouldn't drain in our bathtub and the bathroom floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I'm not sure i'd stay there again. Lisätietoja

The Knights Inn was in close proximity to sights and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The hotel was dark and dingy - smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the Hotel. Front desk staff was unavailable, seemed to "hang out" behind the wall behind the front desk, twice had to call hello. Breakfast room was unkept, breakfast consisted of muffins and danish that were unedible, frozen and old, awful.

Title should say it all. The breakfast was nothing like it was described. Two air filters were under the mattress. There were two entry doors to the hotel room, but one of them was open when we entered. Thats right, OPEN. The bathroom door hinges where so rusted that the door couldn't close properly. Very nice place for the price. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway, but beyond that very nice place. Rooms actuallt are what you see in the pictures!!

This is an excellent value for anyone spending time in Colonial Williamsburg. The historic distric is less than a mile from the hotel. Restaurants are very close within a mile or so. Very clean even though it is a little dated. The only drawbacks are the bathroom is small and the breakfast is pretty much standard for a budget hotel. The hotel was old and smelled bad. Previous repairs were shoddy but the price was very cheap.

Room smelled of mold or mildew. Hallway smelled of the asian food being cooked by the permanent residents across the hall. Carpets had multiple stains of various colors. Spiderwebs and dead crickets on window sills and in bathroom. No remote for TV. Only seen worse rooms in third world countries.

This place had the friendliest staff and was very unique in that it came equipped with ghost stories. The family really enjoyed themselves.

The hotel was clean; beds comfortable. Employees were friendly and courteous. Considering we didn't do a whole lot there other than sleep and shower; the overall visit was satisfactory. It is convenient to Williamsburg attractions yet far enough away to keep the price affordable. It ws a good price with as much as was needed for a family visit.
