Nice and clean hotel. Excelent service; rooms OK. Breakfast was not breakfast, just oatmel, cereals, bagels juice and milk.

When I arrived my GPS location from the phone was incorrect and put me about 3 blocks away, I called and front desk manager was able to figure out my location and directed me there. It was right on the feeder, a bit less than I was expecting flat screen is only for the lobby, old crt in rooms. I hardly used it, and low quality cable reception. Room […] was clean and comfy and I had an extra couch sofa, unused but sometimes looking for it. New Braunsfels is generally quite small and boring other than Schliterbahn which was closed, and Landa Park which is great for family time, but quite crowded with people. This motel was conveniently located and the front desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. Cleaning was good too, and everything in the room worked as intended. The only negatives were the towels were course and quite thin, as were the bedclothes, and the continental breakfast, though not terrible, left something to be desired.

It was for one night and it was fine

We arrived a little early and were allowed to check in right away. The first room given to us was not to our liking and we were given another room immediately without any hassle what so ever. We only stayed one night, but the room, location and amenities were all that we needed.

Hotels.com listed a nonsmoking room as available and reserved, but when we got there a smoking room was reserved for us. No other rooms were available. Luckily even their smoking room was super clean and almost smell-less.

Old hotel, toilet leaked, not the worst but close to it. It seems to be a recurring theme with Ramada. Nice adequate and friendly service staff. I am not familiar with the hotel market in the area but it not my cup of tea.

This is an older motel, and obviously has not been upgraded in some time. The room was crowded with a king bed, mini fridge and microwave. we had to unplug 2 lamps in order to plug in our laptap and both of our cell phones as all plugs were in use, the few that there were. There was mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom over the tub, the plug […] for the hair dryer was broken open and you see the connections in the plug. We were there for 2 nights, and while housekeeping did come in and make the bed, they did not replinish the in room coffee for the next morning. We had stayed at this motel last year and had a much nicer room for about the same price. We were told it was a newer section and had to request it in advance to be there. Next year when we attend Wurstfest we will look for a different motel. Lisätietoja

When we got to our room, there was a distinct "sewage" smell. The staff was very responsive to assigning us another room, which didn't smell like sewage. No cause was identified, and we noticed that the room was occupied later in the evening, so I don't know if the problem was fixed or not- I just know we didn't have to smell it all night!!

Need to be updated. We stayed in building "B". Building is newer than the other buildings. (what we were told.) Doesn't have enough electrical sockets for plugging in a computer. A/C compressor mada a lot of noise when kicking on & running. Mattress was extrememly hard.

Had to be one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. Dirty, loud, run down. Stay anywhere but here if you come to New Braunfels.

Old hotel. Loooong walk to the front desk impossible without a car. Mosquitos in room. Old television. The front desk folks are nice but a ghetto hotel.

I stayed at this Ramada over the weekend, last-minute. The staff were all very, very friendly, even when I managed to lock myself out of my room 3 times! My room was very clean and comfortable. I wish there had been one or two more power outlets, but that would be the only thing I'd change. They even had hot foods at their continental breakfast, and […] they have a bar that opens nightly. The one thing you should be aware of is that there is a bar behind this hotel, and there was live music one night I was there that I could hear inside my room. We stayed to nights here. The room was fine. Happy to see there was a refridgerator and microwave. The coffee maker didn't seem very clean and the housekeeping staff did not restock the regular coffee we had used. The hotel itself was dated and could use a new coat of paint. The seal around the door was broken which let a few bugs in, but they were […] dead so they must spray well. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was nice. nice stay; breakfast was limited; great pool, great location

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ramada in New Braunfels. My only major complaint was that the window unit never seemed to get completely cool to our convenience. It seemed quite humid and sticky in our room. Also, we both consistently got sinus headaches while in the room, but our headaches would vanish within 15 minutes of being out of the […] room...kind of strange! The room itself was clean and organized. I personally would rather shell out the extra $40 to stay somewhere nicer, but this is okay if you are looking just to stay for a couple of days. Lisätietoja

This hotel is great if you want to party all night long and not get any rest. Police were called to the hotel several times during our stay so made us a little nervous but we luckily made it through the weekend.

I read the reviews after I booked the room and was hesitant to stay at the Remada, however after getting there, I found the rooms to be updated, clean, having all the amenities, with comfortable beds and quiet. Nice!! I was very pleased with the room and the service.

Very easy access to float down the river!

great location great bar great neighborhood. room was a little small. staff was very friendly. would stay again for sure. Not bad. Witnessed 2 near-wrecks and 1 actual wreck due to location on the access road. Hot water was out in the morning. Price was good though.

The A/C unit was old and needed a filter change or something! The room was fine, but the outside buildings are in need of an update. Overall, the stay was short but I would not recommend this place for a long stay.

Pictures on website a little deceiving. Room appered clean - but bed was concave in center, TV was very old, mold and mildew on ceilig and walls in bathroom - as well as door rusting on bottom. The drapes had holes in them. We asked for more towels in the evening and they wanted to give us pool towels so they wouldnt have to walk to hskp to get them […] and deliver them. Front desk that eening was obviously put out with my request. The pool was so cloudy that I felt it was unclean and we did not get in. If we were staying longer I would have moved hotels. stayed here after a day of toobin' the Comal. Was good for the price, but my expectations were low. Room was clean, a/c and plumbing all worked well. pool could use a good scrubbing and the bar there was too smokey but you can take drinks to the pool if you show them your room card!

Room was fairly clean and was ok for our one night stay. I would have not stayed any longer. Outside of hotel was run down and not appealing.

This Ramada has everything I wanted in a motel in the New Braunfels area. Very clean and comfortable; mini fridge and microwave; fine shower power; nice toiletries. The included breakfast was very nice, with little muffins and shaped egg and sausages (round) so you could assemble your own breakfast "McMuffins." Breakfast was decent enough. Seen worse. Seen better. Bed was good. Soda machine by the pool had year old soda. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This hotel was in a nice location - easy access to the Interstate and surrounding businesses and shopping - but it's definitely not a 3 Star hotel. Most of the other guests (and there weren't very many of them) were construction and/or agricultural workers passing through the area. This is a very beaten and used hotel, the room furniture was badly worn out, the lights at the bed were inoperative, the remote for TV was intermittent only a few buttons worked. Very dis-satisfied

The looby smell really bad of cig., look like old, the room wasnt to clean and they dont have control of the noisy people.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staft was friendly. Except for the kids' cereal (how can you mess that up), the breakfast was a disappointment (frozen muffins are not how I like to start the day). A little old. Sink cracked but clean. Most wonderful mattress and comforter. Quiet. Right off the highway. Good eating nearby. Wonderful price. Could have vacuumed around the base boards better. But i would stay again.

Looks very old from out side but rooms are descent and clean.

The Light above and the bed lamps didn't work when we arrived, and no hangers to hang clothes, we ahd to call on both. The bathroom and vanity were too small and the coffee pot was on the vanity taking up space. The coffee was horrible, made directly into a paper cup. No vent or heat in the bathroom for showers No refrigerator in room. No restaurant […] in hotel. We couldn't get a King bed in a non-smoking room and had to settle for two beds.
