Quality Inn - Jacksonville

There was mold in the fridge and the pool was dirty. It was a distance to all the nice resturants but they did have an excellent resturant.

Clean place. Great staff. Bring pepper spray if you go out at night.

The pics on the website show a beautiful pool area, conference area etc...but the rooms aren't even half as nice. The rest of the building looks run down...and the rooms are worse!! I have a 4yr old and 15 mth old...and they found a dirty sock, dirty silverware, a used caprisun drink, empty water bottle, receipts, and trash under both beds...disgusting!!! […] I cleaned and sanitized both of their feet after we checked out the next morning. If we werent on our way to vacation and needed sleep for a long drive...we would have left!!! Not worth the money...no place like this is worth $1!!!! oh yeah....and the pillows smelled...the whole room smelled like mold that had tried to be covered up. Lisätietoja

We absolutely loved it. Our children and us were able to have adjoining rooms. It was like having a house with 3 different bedrooms. We opened the adjoining rooms and visited back and forth. Our stay was WONDERFUL. The hot tub. The pool. The restaurant. What else can I say? Oh, yeah! The staff. Couldn't be nicer.

i was not very please with the cleanliness of the room..first we got a smoking room when we requested non smoking.had to wait till they get a non smoking room for us. room look dirty,tv did not work properly it keep going on and off.

I failed to ask if room entrances were inside or outside, and I do not prefer outside especially being a mother traveling with my daughter. It was on the backside of the property and it seemed dark and a little scary. The hotel was older and the rate was low, but I wouldve rather paid more for newer property with inside rooms.

Only one person at the counter at the busiest time for check in, the late afternoon/early evening. Too many people doing nothing at the counter in the day time. I'm a business traveler with a reservation. I was ignored for 18 minutes while the counter person conversed with one person involving the possibilities of maybe staying if a special cupon could […] be used, and several conversations with another about what special deal could be made if someones son may or may not be showing up in a few days. I politely requested that I be signed in and given my key so I could relax after a hard days work and was sternly told that I must wait my turn. I was made to wait even longer while two more people were waited on that had come in after me. I kept my outrage to myself but I'm insulted and will be staying at another hotel next week when I return to Jacksonville. Lisätietoja

Room smelled like mold and cleaning liquid. I could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. It was to cold but I did not want the heat on.

The lobby and pool area were very nice. We arrived after 10:00pm, there was a security guard on duty in the parking area that checked my name off of the registered list. This made me feel safe until I had such a long dark walk to my room. Some rooms - mine included- opened to the parking lot. My problem with the Hotel is that for me I have a wheat alergy and I was not able to eat the Breakfast buffet there because the only thing available was Eggs. There was no Meat at all. They told me that they were not going to cook any more for for the buffet other than that. I booked this room because of the restaurant and lounge. The lounge is closed and the restaurant looks a lot better in pictures than it does in person! I ended up going somewhere else for dinner. I travel through the week and I will drive an extra 10 miles to stay before I stay here again next time in Jacksonville. The hotel is old and has that old […] hotel room smell. There very nice decorate

Cheap. Nice indoor pool but water was so cold nobody could enjoy it. outside ash trays overflowing. Ice machine broken. Good for small kids.

Would recommend

The hotel clerk was lacking customer service skills. We had to call the manager to get the service we preferred. The clerk assigned us outside rooms but it was windy and cold outside and we didn't want to step out of our rooms to the chill in the air. We went back to the counter to request inside rooms but the clerk said she was not able to assign […] us inside rooms at all!!! We would have to rebook through Expedia to get the rooms we needed. When I looked at our booking on my reservation papers, I did not see whether the rooms were inside or outside so I asked why were we not able to get the rooms we wanted. Again she said she was not able to change the rooms. At that point we asked to speak with the Manager on Duty. He changed the rooms for us without hesitation and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. We asked that he speak with his personnel about customer service.
