Had a wonderful visit with my family including my daughter in college who was able to spend the weekiend with us there. I only wished that the we had more time and that the pool etc.. was open later. The staff was very kind and accomidating, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival they had given us a room with a king bed and we had 4 people. But once we went back to the check in they gave us a different room no problem. This room was much nicer and mor updated. Apparently there was a kids basketball tournament in town and the hotel was full of school aged children...however security did seem […] to walk thru the hotel often and kept everything pretty quiet. "Nice for the most part"
This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, however the first room was much nicer then the one from my current stay. The room was clean but definitely could use some updated for the amount of money you spend for one night. The pool is just ok , never really felt warm enough for me. The hot tub is discusting as is has mild growing all in […] the tiles. The hot tub also doesn't have good jets. The restaurant and staff are nice. The food is good and the people are friendly. I was happy the pool was open until midnight and it was very clean. However, I was given a key to an already occupied room and caught a half-naked man sleeping. The hottub jets did not work. The hotel restaurant offered free coffee to guests, yet when I ordered breakfast from the same restaurant I was charged $2.75 for a 6 oz cup of coffee. "Not at all what we expected"
I'm a big HI fan. Its usually our first pick when we travel. The pictures online made the rooms look big and updated. When we got in our room it was hot and smelled musky. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room looked like a Motel and was very small. We didn't even have a mirror. The maids also knocked on our door twice before 9 am and ran when […] we answered. "Holiday Inn at Cinncinatti airport."
Typical Airport hotel on the Interstate airport ring road. Not really close to anything but the hotel has a shuttle which will take you just about anywhere you need to go. Restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. Bar is open 4pm to 2am. We had an initial problem with the room key but the staff was responsive and ironed everything out.

It's very close to the airport, but away from everything else. No restaurants or stores nearby. I was surprised thy don't offer free breakfast like other holiday inns usually do, it $12 per person. "Nice Pool, Safe Location"
The pool was comfortable. The kids got cold after a while, but were able to warm up in the hot tub. The room was nice. The location felt safe, but there also was not much around. We had to drive to a different exit to find food.

Location was easily reached just off I275 and only app. 10-15 min to downtown Cincy & Newport Kty. Room was clean but power tripped in bathroom and entrance, so we notified front desk & got a new room pretty quickly with 2 complimentary buffet breakfasts. Pool was noisy and full of kids. Spa was OK as was small workout room.

Staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. Copied documents for me free of charge, jumped at the opportunity to be of service at all times. I was late leaving for the airport and had to get there quick. The free shuttle was not available for 15 minutes but they called an employee from the office to give me a ride immediately. The hotel is old needs updating, no restaurants in sight only food mart accross the way other wise you will end up eating in their facility restaurant price for location and quality
"Outstanding Hotel"
We were very pleased with the room it was very clean, which is very important to me. The food in the restaraunt was excellent and the staff were excellent. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in the Cincinnati area.

I highly recommend this hotel, and if given the chance opt for the $10 extra for their breakfast buffet. The food was delicious and all you can eat for the price its a bargain. The room was very clean and well stocked with linens. The service and the hospitality of the staff was great. The pool and the jacuzzi was also great, I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport. Everybody was very friendly. The young lady at the front desk even walked around from the counter and handed me my room key. "Holiday Inn- Old Old Old"
This hotel is very old; you can see it in the decor the wallpaper and the rust around the shower head. The TV is still those of bunny ears. The location is very close to the airport and convenient, yet if you have a rental car I suggest driving into the city approximately 15 minutes and staying in a hotel close to the city there are no restaurants only […] the one inside the hotel. "Very nice"
This hotel was very nice overall. Only problem was requested two beds in room and upon arriving was told no rooms with two beds were available. They offered a roll out but this was not acceptable. Booked a week ahead so I would think they had time to honor my request.
