Not exactly what I expected. Rough neighborhood.

Overall the hotel stay was ok; the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. However, there were just so many things that made it harder than it should be. The parking lot, as others have said, was full. Except the hotel as plenty of parking behind it but it is unsigned so you don't know it until you're inside and complain. My […] confirmed reservation was for two double beds (there are 4 of us) but reception said they had none left, until I complained and one magically appeared. The following evening, after a full day out, we returned to find our electronic room keys wiped. After getting new keys we entered a room that hadn't been cleaned (6pm). It took two calls to get someone to clean it. At checkout, the bill for the previous night's dinner was more than we'd signed a receipt for. When I asked to see the receipt from the previous night, they couldn't find it. Frustrating is the word I'd use; not unpleasant but annoying. Lisätietoja

I will definitely be returning. The hotel is conveniently located to Drexel and the staff is friendly, efficient and very helpful.

The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. The problem was hotel key did not work had to go all the way to the front desk; 12 am in morming to receive new key. Also, the tub drained slowly and the sink was clogged.

Very bad smell of smoking in the "non-smoking" room, especially in the bathroom. Worn-out hotel. Needs a renovation ASAP

Our biggest complaint is the extremely thin walls. We heard everything our neighbors did, including: snoring, coughing, sneezing, using the bathroom, flushing the toilet, watching tv, their crying baby, their baby sneezing, and their conversations. I have never stayed in such a poorly constructed room. Management refused to comp any portion of our stay […] the next morning. When asked to speak to the general manager and not the desk manager, we were told we would receive a phone call but never did. Location is bad with limited parking and lack of exterior lighting. Neighborhood is extremely loud and you can hear everything through the window. I will never ever stay at this nor any related establishment again. You've been warned. Lisätietoja

I guess that really goes for any hotel. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel & the hotel & staff are wonderful. The problem this go round was there was a cheerleading competition in the area and someone set off a fire alarm at 1:00 in the morning. The staff had their hands full trying to find loud guests as they moved from floor to floor. Been here before and it was ok. I was so busy I probably didnt pay attention. I ordered a cheeseburger from room service. Two hours i called to find out what the delay was. I was told there must have been miscommunication and my meal was at the front desk. I was very hungry and upset. I put my coat on to walk to Fridays (the people get so loud that […] even from the 5th fl. I heard them...annoying). The lady at the desk was trying to give me the burger. I asked what the heck am i suppose to do with that after waiting two hrs.? The work out rm was very small and got hot quick. Turning down the thermostat didnt help at all. I stay at A LOT of hotels for work. This is one of the most disappointing. It was old, run down, halls were smelly. Thankfully the room was decent and clean. Their was only 1 person on the hotel staff that was actually helpful and friendly. Everyone else seemed annoyed anytime you spoke to them or asked a question.

easy access right off I-76. Several decent restaurants and shopping in the area . Stayed here twice and plan to stay again soon.

Location is good, close to restaurants and Target. Main problem with this stay was that pool was so crowded on Sat night I could not take my 3 yr old grandson swimming. So I promised him that we would use the pool on Sun morning and after gettind our suits on and heading down to the pool, we found out that the pool was "dirty" from all of the people […] in there on Sat and needed to be cleaned before it could be used. Since we were checking out by noon. and the pool was not clean by then, we were not able to swim. I talked to desk staff on checkout and voiced my frustration but did not feel they were sympathetic. will think twice before staying there again even though I am a frequent traveler to Philly to see grandkids. I was very disspointed when I arrive at the hotel and ask for are double beds and handicap bathroom.They did not have any rooms with this. Instead they have one queen bed with handicap. Hotel.com booked this for us ,I was very frim with this. dina cannon

Room was nothing special. The few "extras," such as Kuerig coffee cups, were not replaced. We got in late the first night and had a busy weekend, so used room service card for the next morning -- it was not replaced for the second night. Hotel restaurant was AWFUL. Waited 15 minutes for drinks to be delivered -- had to ask for them twice -- even though […] there were 4 people at the bar and only one other couple for dinner. Talk about passive-aggressive! Not a bad hotel, nice pool and 24h fitness room, bar closes too early (11pm) and there is only a giant Target in the area.

Room was nice and comfortable. It was very clean but I wonder if the stains on the wall were mold. The bed was amazing. They give good WARM linen not just bare minimum. I was angry about the $50 for incidentials that is not posted nor in the price so if you are cash strapped be aware of this fee. PLEASE POST THE EXTRA $50 FEE AT THE FRONT DESK! This hotel is standard slab construction, with low ceilings, permamently sealed windows, the usual large fan and C/A unit (very noisy). The carpet appears clean, but walk on it with white slippers or socks, and you see it's actually filthy. Windows are narrow. Tub is the smallest standard size. Grouting is already cracked. The hotels.com questionnaire […] asks about the "neighborhood," but this hotel is designed to be near freeways, so most people who stay won't have any idea about the neighborhood. Lisätietoja

Hotel was adequate for the one night stay.

It is a little hard to get to the entrance to this hotel. Generally one is traveling on the Schukyll Expressway and exits onto City Line ave. The entrance is a left turn across traffic which might be possible if you see the entrance in time as it is near the ramp onto City Line. Play it safe, do a u-turn and come back at it. Eveything was swell.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool, I was able to watch them from the fitness room. Great location with stores and resturants close by.

Excellent location, close to target and some gas stations. Super clean. I also liked the free parking. We used it as a rest stop in a road trip. The kids liked the pool.

This was a total nightmare. It was like staying in a college dorm on a Saturday night. The yelling and loud talking in the hall went on until 3am. Asking them to take it into their rooms was ignored. I have watched this hotel go way down hill over the past few years. It attracts a young and loud crowd.

I was satisfied with the hotel. It was easy to find and even with heavy traffic was within a half hour of the downtown area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is free but seems to be shared with adjoining restaurants and businesses so it was somewhat difficult to find a parking place in the evening.

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable but I called down for two cabs around 10, they called for a van instead and it took 2 hours. When I complained, they seemed annoyed with me instead of the other way around. afterward I thanked them for trying to speed the process up and he once again seemed put off by me.

loved to confort of the king size bed and pillows it was very clean staff was very helpful i love very minute and i did not want to check out of the hotel
