I requested a kingsize bed, but was given a room with 2 double beds. The hotel manager told me I shouldn't go through hotels.com, but book directly through them or they cannot guarantee I will get what I booked.

It was a quick overnight but a very pleasant stay. Upon arrival noticed we did not have a hair dryer in the room and made a call to the front desk. One was delivered in less than :10 minutes. We attended my son's wedding and the staff did a great job. Singer Island is a great location. The hotel stay was very relaxing.The beach was beautiful,but paying $15.00 a day for a chair rental is ridculous. Also we booked a king bed but one was not avialable. The two hotel bell men Brian and Oscar really were helpful. Brian told us about all the local restaurants and we had the most delicious meals.Oscar helped with golf arrangements. We had a good time at the hotel but could not understand why they even had to charge for local phone calls and for parking when the only thing we did was have some friends drop us off at the hotel. we didn't even had a car. they also wanted to charge us for internet access. This was a Super Fantastic place to stay, everything was great from the rooms, to the staff.

We were very satisfied. The resort staff was helpful and courteous with whatever we needed. The food was good and the beach well kept. Our room was clean and all equipment worked. The street outside will be impressive when construction is finished.

We stayed there after the Honda Classic. Recent renovations are fabulous. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed at the Hilton in SInger Island for the last few years. This year upon check in I had immediately noticed the renovations made to the hotel lobby and beach front dining room! They were still making a few small repairs during my stay on the 23rd of February, but nothing that interrupted my stay. I travel quite often and me and my boyfriend always say that Hilton beds feel the most like home. We had a king size suite beach front. It was quite as big as I had imagined, but it was quite spacious. They renovated the hotel rooms as well. The bathroom showers were great and the bathroom wood floors were a new nice touch. Obviously the bathing lighting could have been better (who looks good in bad lighting anyway!!) But overall another great trip at the Hilton. I would certainly recommend to anyone. If you are staying in Singer Island/ Palm Beach area try to get to 51 Supper Club and Lounge! Authentic Italian food was amazing! The portions were perfection . The atmosphere was great with live music. This singer was almost as good as the owner who was very attentive and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Lisätietoja

Booked a king bed with Hotels.com and received a room with two double beds.

We used Hotel.com to book this hotel. The road outside is under construction so it is very dusty. There is an $8 parking fee which is a joke. The lot was quite empty and no gate to control who pays. My wife and I were given a handicaped room although we are not handicaped.. Closet can not be used to hang anything other than a few shirts.(bar is @ apx […] 30". This hotel was nice but, they were doing construction down the whole road, so it was a mess around the outside of the building. Room was clean and staff was nice. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Excellent location, clean room, heated pool, quiet, comfortable, just enjoyable all around!

Great beach! Nice hotel, clean, newly remodeled. I am familiar with the area which reinforces the value.

In May we stayed at the Marriott next store which was an overall score of 5+...We just stayed at the Hilton In January and loved it...The value for the money was terrific...Nicest staff of any hotel we've stayed. Shaun, a waiter in the restaurant couldn't have been nicer or more helpful...Overall all staff are SUPER!!! .Rooms were nices renovated, simple […] and clean...Renovations seem to be almost complete...Definitely would return there again... Nice hotel. Friendly staff and good service. The hotel is clean and satisfactory. Not luxurious, but a good value compared to other name brand hotels on the island. The pool and beach were nice. were not informed of construction, hotel was dusty, especially on our floor. roof leaking in hallway. getting into the hotel parking lot was horrible. my car was all covered with dirt. This was no beach front. Sand no, dirt yes, in your room and on your car. breakfast service was disgusting.

The food and service in the restaurant were out-standing. We ate each night and every morning in the hotel and could not ask for better food. The omelet chef was terrific. However, the room we were in was never cleaned to our satisfaction. The floors in the hallways were always full of trash and were never cleaned. Our bathroom behind the door was very […] dirty... The staff was the friendliest that I've ever encountered at any hotel! Esp. the helpful and courteous doorman. Unfortunately, the restaurant was understaffed so service was slow at times. Considering the hotel is under repair/renovation, great family hotel.

Lot's of construction going on, but despite it all, I give it a 10 out of 10! Whatever you are looking for, it's here. Had just a great time. Ocean, pool, resturant at your fingertips. Also, the locationis great. Within minutes of whatever you want.

The hotel staff and construction crew were very friendly and helpful. Our ocean view room was magnificent. The renovation interference was minimal. I just hope I will be able to return at an affordable price after the renovation is complete. The website seems to indicate a significant price increase from what I paid. There was some construction but they did not start working until 9am. We were not bothered by the noise during the day because we were on thier beautiful beaches. The food was better than great & room service was the quickest!! Will definately look for this hotel the next time we visit Florida!

The hotel was going through renovation during our stay, which is not something we knew when making the reservation. Our room had not been renovated and it shows - the closet doors were off track, bathroom was dated, fistures old and not in good working order. It also appears the hotel is making up for lack of revenue by charging $8 a night to park […] in a lot that is 60% empty. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Geat location, Great beach. Walls are paper wall thin, you can hear everything from any room.

This hotel is going through a rennovation right now, but they're managing this well with capable staff and a rate that is a bargain to be on the beach. Also saw the floorplans for the new outdoor bar and restaurant area. If it comes out as planned, it will my new favorite hotel on this beach. Hope they keep the price reasonable once it's all finished. […] Food is good in the restaurant, and I like that you don't have to valet park like the Marriott next door. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend. The hotel staff, our room and overall experience staying at the Hilton was fabulous. I highly recommend it to anyone considering staying there.

We didn't get to sleep in once since we were there due to construction that was not told to us before we booked the room. Our ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night. We weren't even notified when they switched our room while we were out. After all of this all we received was a "free movie" which we couldn't hear due to the untold construction. […] Working in the customer service industry this was a huge disappointment. Typical Hilton, friendly staff. Hotel under renovation-but not an issue. Beautiful beach...beach chair rental to expensive. Everything was good except the restaurant...of course the breakfast buffet was good...dinner menu lack selection & quality of food. "Signature dish" coconut shrimp....frozen-not fresh. This hotel is the only hotel on Singer Island, so there aren't any other options. All other buildings are condos or timeshares. On the oceanfront, water is clear and warm. Hotel clientale left much to be desired. Guests out in the hallway often til 2am talking. Security would come up, if you called them and chase them back to their rooms- but 15 minutes […] later another group would be out there. Walls are paper thin, can hear every word of your neighbor. Staff was very helpful in trying to accomodate us, which in our case meant moving to another floor. Same problem there. Sean, Ernesto, and Christina? were great. Super nice and helpful. The restaurant staff were a little on the gruff side, but nice enough. Most of the pool chairs needed to be thrown away or fabric restretched or put back into the frames. Beds were small. You only have a choice of 1 king or 2 doubles. It would be nice to be able to fit in 2 queens at least. Too cozy. Cleaning staff would often come after 4:00 and then ask if you wanted service. All in all it was a nice vacation, but I think I'll try to rent a house next time I go to the beach. I don't like being around noisy people when I'm trying to sleep. Lisätietoja

we had drinks and cups in plastic bags on floor next to desk and the maid service throw it all out, was not happy went to front desk they were going to see to it, heard nothing more... Did complain about next room partying till 6am an then fighting with profanity .... Keeping us and baby up all night.... Front desk took my number , still haven't heard […] anything.... Great access to the beach. Great hotel with the kids. Swimming pool was small but that doesn't matter with the beach SO close. Hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is good and there are plenty of restaurants close by just ask the concierge or front desk for options. Hotel staff was exceptional!! Would definitely go back again and again!!!

They shut the water off and didn't bother to tell the ENTIRE hotel just half the guest. So after not being able to flush the toilet I found out and the AC stopped working bc its connected to the water supply. They new about these renovations that they were doing well in advance but didn't bother telling some guest till last minute. I wanted my money […] back for that night but they told be they could refund it because I booked with a 3rd party hotels.com. they told me to tell hotels.com and they would talk to hilton to see what they can do. Overall, the hotel wasn't a terrible place, but they definitely could use some work. My primary complaints about our experience: * Just about every single lounge chair around the pool is broken or breaking. The bottom is falling out of the majority of the chairs. With the amount that are broken, they are well aware of it, but don't seem to do anything […] about them. * There is a HUGE shortage of towels in the pool and beach area. By 11 am, they were short on towels and you had to wait around to get one, even then, they would only give out 2 towels at a time. I understand people can hold on to towels, but they should be prepared for such. * Our room was not cleaned after our first evening, and only after we called did they come and clean it. Some tips if you're staying there: * The beach is really nice, it's worth renting a chair and umbrella for the day if you'll be there most of the day. * There is a great snorkeling area with tons of sea life to your left looking out into the ocean. * The refrigerators in room do not have open space to store your own things, so bring a cooler for the beach. * If you plan on going to the pool, get down there early and camp out on a spot, otherwise it was busy the entire weekend we were there. * The bar does have some nice drinks, and the food wasn't half bad. * There are not safes in the rooms. We enjoyed staying at the Hilton Singer Island. The people who work there were so nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the views too.

Very much enjoyed my visit. The accomodations were very nice - hotel staff very pleasant and friendly plus helpful. I'll definitely come back.

My only complaint about the hotel itself was that the pool area was a bit small and the pool bar pricey. I wouldn't walk on foot far from the hotel property. It was not the best part of town. It was a close drive-less than 5 minutes from the Blue Heron Bridge, which has a nice little swimming area and is a popular dive spot. The AC in the room was loud. It had a shrill sound whenever it was turned on and remained that way through the duration of the trip. I have stayed in Hilton hotels for much of my business travels and leisure trips. This was very unexpected and dissappointing.
