Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

It was okay to lay down and go to sleep. The cleaning was the minimum standards. If I was actually in the room more often for the amount of money they want for the rooms I would have been highly upset. However, we were hiking up the hill that it sits on to spend our time in the city. I would say it is ok to come and go. The hotel shuttle is a rip of. "The worst hotel experience"
This hotel was described as luxury hotel . It is not. I didn't even have even basic items like an Iron in my room, and I had to go to the lobby twice to get a broken one. Do not stay here.

The hotel had a restaurant but was not available we did not know until we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was all gone and the cooked breakfast advertised in the hotel was not available.When we went to book tickets for shuttle into NY the lady in the shop was very rude and unhelpful. Disappointing service.
"THIEVES"
I forgot a pair of very expensive shoes in my hotel room, and when I called back to claim them, I was told that housekeeping never found anything in the room. It only took 30 minutes for the staff to clean house. Don't expect an honest person working there. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Be warned the picture on the Internet of the room is not what u get...very disappointed. Overall not a bad hotel. Easy commute into the city.

The hotel is old and not very well mantained. I had to have my hotel room switched because the bedding was not clean. Opt for the Holiday Inn next door

This hotel was in a very convenient location, close to a bus stop that went into NYC and various restaurants. They also offered a shuttle straight from the hotel to NYC and back. "Not my taste"
Cheap hotel, newly updated but not my taste. I wouldn't want to spend more than a night there.Hot water takes a while to kick in.
"The importance of which floor you stay on"
Be prepared to give a copy of your Driver's License for the hotel to keep after you depart. This and your credit info is too much info to be sitting in the hotel office with all the identity theft out there. They refused to return the copy of DL upon departure. Worst Location Ever. Limited Sidewalk access so we had to walk on the freeway. The first night we got no sleep because we were placed right on the stairwell and other guests that were staying on the same floor, migrated from the hookah bar next door and partied all night with the door open and music blasting, doors slamming. They were walking back and […] forth down the stairwell dropping bottles. When I called the front desk 4 different times, no one answered. When I looked out of the room I could see the man at the counter was socializing with the guests. The next day I asked to change rooms and they said this was the best room. Toilet paper was not brought to our room. I requested someone to bring it up to the room and they told me to come to the front desk to get it. I saw a mouse as well. We tried to book a different hotel on our last day and couldnt find anything so we asked to stay an extra night, and they said No, we are already fully committed. This place does have a $6 shuttle to Times Square, excellent and fast service on the shuttle. Overall this hotel was the 2nd to worst I have ever stayed at. A few of the staff were very courteous, the rest ignored me and they were also in the middle of changing computer software so it reeked havoc on their customer service timing at the front desk. I know the NYC hotel mkt so I understand most are over priced and was not expecting too much. I regularly travel to NYC and this was my first attempt staying in NJ instead of Manhattan. There were problems with the hotel shuttle. The room was beat up and needed repairs but surprisingly was relatively clean; can't complain there. Hanging clothing rack […] in the room was broken as was the inside security lock. Room was not cleaned well after my first night. This was a last minute booking when little was available but that being said, this would certainly not be my first choice but I would consider staying there again if the situation arose. Everything here was fine with the exception of them trying to put me in a more standard room than what i paid for. If you book "executive"...make sure that's the room they're putting you in. The more use hotels.com, the more i become aware that the people who work at the hotel, pay very little attention to detail when making the reservations in their […] own systems. Great location because it is close to NY city, but without the NY prices. They upgraded us because our room wasn't ready at no charge upon check in. Room could have done with a more thorough cleaning. Our major problem with the hotel was cleanliness, especially the dead mouse under the bed! We may look elsewhere next time.
The location of this hotel was very nice to go check NYC for 12 round trip was great! Room was very clean.

Picture on Hotel.com was better than the real place. We was on the 8th floor and it's was older and without renovation. We saw the 7th & 9th floor and those floor was like the photos on Internet. So, when you will be arrive at the hotel, you have to ask to be on the 7 or 9th floor

Close from the highway, 15 minutes to New-York, shuttle service is available $$, no alcools at the hotel restaurant, so, bring your wine... No convinience store around the hotel. Safe parking and great stafe. Easy to travel publics bus, less expensive than the shuttle.

The hotel only has an Indian restaurant within it. Not many restaurants deliver. There is nothing within walking distance.

"Days Inn-North Bergen close to sights in NJ & NY"
Hotel was very close to east rutherford and the new meadowlands stadium, where we attended a concert. Easy to get to, located right off of 1 & 9. Would even consider staying here again if planning a trip to new york .

WOW!!!!! SO I tried for early check-in, because I got there really early...Not available...Ok thats understandable because I am pretty early. "OK for the money"
Had to have new key cards made 2 days in a row for 1 of our 2 rooms. Cafe OK, one muffin was moldy, they said it was just delivered. Cafe staff was very nice. No exhaust fan in bathroom so it got steamy after shower. Clean, comfortable, easy access to city. Free wifi which is not always free. We did not use shuttle as too expensive for 5 of us. My room was not ready when I arrived, so I had to wait in the lobby for about 20-25 minutes. While I waited the hotel manager tried to get me to take a room with a queen bed instead of the king I reserved, which was in the back of the hotel and very dark, for the same price as the king in the front. The lobby roof was leaking and looked pretty bad and […] there was also some work being done in the front, so we could not pull up to the front when checking in. There was lots of dust and just an over-all less than clean feel. The street out front was also under construction which gave the already crappy looking neighborhood an even worse appearance. "Affordable alternative to Manhattan Hotels"
I stayed here for a business trip to NYC.. in September 2009...a comparable room in Manhattan would have been at least an extra $200-$300 per night. The hotel and room I stayed in was recently remodeled and quite comfortable. Friendly hotel staff and very good breakfast (not free but reasonable) in lobby. There is a convenient shuttle that runs back […] and forth to the city several times per day for $6 one-way or $12 round trip which I though was a good deal. On one of the days I was not able to take advantage of the shuttle because i needed to be in the city by 7:30am. I was able to walk a few blocks (uphill!) to the nearby post office where I caught a bus to the Port Authority station in Manhattan for $2.50. Not much in the area in terms of restaurants and you might not feel comfortable walking around alone after dark...but this is a great option for business or vacation if you just need a clean, safe, and affordable place to sleep at night. The room was large enough but was not as clean as I expected. It did not have enough room A/C outlets. The sink cold water facet ran slowly therefore when the hot water was turned on it was hard to regulate and the toilet tank flush handle was broken. Although, the brochure mentioned a restaurant and lounge on the 12th floor it did not have liquor license […] and could not serve refreshment. The hotel was easy to find, convenient to NY city and a great value. We were pleased with the parking, the general information, and the room. The cafe was terrific. We only had problems getting a roll-away bed.

More than what I expect, considering its price. I will come back again. Very good if you want to save when visiting NYC. If you want to have mini fridge and microwave-you need to ask bec at first I was given a room with no fridge and microwave.
