Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

"Great for one Night - 15 minutes from Bronx Zoo"
We checked in around 10pm and were out around 7am. We stayed in a double room, one bed for my kids and one for us. The bed was uncomfortable, very hard, but we didn't pay alot for a friday night. We used this hotel to stay over the night before I completed a 5k at the Bronx Zoo, so it served its purpose. Wouldve been -ok- to have to stay in again, not […] terrible of a room. My towels smelled a little smokey, but I am real sesitive to that smell, nothing worth complaning over. "Served it's Purpose"
The hotel staff were very nice and responsive to my requests. However, the hotel room was run down with extremely stained carpet. I would not recommend walking barefoot on the floors. The hotel could do for a renovation. The lobby is a lot more inviting and comfortable than the rooms.

Stayed at this hotel on a visit to Manhatten College with my son. Had a very large comfortable room. Service at reception was very good all my requests were dealt with effeciently. Did look a bit like the breakfast room was being decorated with tables covered in what looked like sheets. Choice for breakfast vey limited but adequate. "Ramada Inn Yonkers - great for college visit"
The Ramada Inn was only 10 minutes away from the college my daughter was going to visit. Easy access to highways and lots of restaurant choices no more than 3-5 miles away. Also easy access into Manhattan for shopping. Will definitely stay there again.

Me and my grandchildren have recently stayed at the Ramada located in Yonkers twice now. The service was great and the place was neat and tidy. How ever in my hotel room by the top and bottom of our beds there were metal pieces about 3inches sticking out from each corner of the beds; which during the night me and one of my grandchildren bumped into […] it and were bruised on the ankle. As my husband relaxed himself onto one of the beds he started to complain about the springs in the bed hurting his hip. So we reported it to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. The nice thing that i belive everyone enjoys is the continental peacefull breakfast and the nice pool located right on the side of the hotel. I do recomend the Ramada hotel in Yonkers for your stay. It was very easy to get to and close to the location we were visiting. Hint of cigarette smoke in our non smoking room is the only think I can complain about.

An ok hotel if you're just passing by prices are descent for a new york area hotel. Bathroom of the room I was given had mildew in almost all the tiles.

really nothing in walking distance unless u want to see if u can walk up and down a steep hill. The room took a long time to warm up it was freezing. The breakfast lounge closes early leaving you with nothing to eat in the morning

I read a ton of reviews about this location, the one next door and others in the Bronx/NJ side of the river. Each had negative and positive comments. I've stayed at the Peninsula in Chicago...this was not the Penninsula, but at 1/5 the cost, it was fine. Room was clean, desk clerk was extremely helpful, Ridge Hill a mile away, brand new town center, […] was outstanding for shopping, bite to eat, etc. Breakfast room windows were probably the only thing that wasn't so nice...but nothing a window spray cleaner and a role of paper towels couldn't fix. "Needs refreshing"
This place is ok, but looks a little worn. It could use refreshing - new paint, replastered ceilings, etc. The main advantage of staying here is that it's only a 20 minute drive to midtown Manhattan and costs half the price of a Manhattan hotel.
I think its time to have the carpeting cleaned or replaced but I would stay there again just bring slippers

We went to visit Sarah Lawrence College and saw on their website that this hotel was close by. So we booked it without looking into it. We we horrified by the street it was on and the general run down condition of the hotel itself. The refrigerator in our room was unplugged and the ac/heat unit was not working. You can't beat the combination of ease of access (both to NYC and getting out of town) and price. We found the front desk folks to be very helpful and pleasant (somehow our reservation had gone as a smoking room, the front desk clerk immediately picked up on that and moved us into a non-smoking room without us having to ask). Really, I'm not that picky, but the condition of the room was tolerable, but not really comfortable. The exhaust fan seemed to be working in reverse, seriously, cigar-smelling smoke being pumped into the room. It was really unpleasant. This is the kind of room you do not walk barefoot in!
The stay was 6 days and was pleasant. The staff was attentive and cordial. I would recommend the hotel.

We stayed for two nights, the desk was professional, however we noted a few things wrong with the room (not to complain, just so they could address), and we were COMPLETELY blown off. Example, inoperable remote, shower head almost falling off of the bathroom wall, shower so slow to drain it was like taking a bath. Secondly, their idea of remaking a […] room is setting new towels (one that was obviously never cleaned) on the bed, no effort to remake the bed, take out the trash, tidy the place up, none at all. "Electrical outlets faulty. - One side not usable."
!st night all outlet worked. 2nd night one side of the room where the TV is was not working. The bathroom hair dryer did not work at all. There was no one available to remedy the problem. Had been staying at another hotel nearby because of home renovations. Checked out of the other hotel, and when I found out I needed to stay away from home one more night, I tried Ramada out of curiosity. Big mistake. The condition of the bathroom was a disgrace. The tile and bathtub were in the same condition of the bathroom at home I was renovating--the […] very reason I was there. Grout was filthy, tub surface was corroded and flaky. Also, the mini-fridge made awful sounds all night, and the elevator down (yes, down) to our room was redolent of incense or some other kind of smoke--it had faded enough that I wasn't sure which. When I arrived the desk staff had me reserved in a smoking room when Id request non-smoking, and tried to blame it on hotels. com. I've never had that problem with hotels.com before, so Im not terribly inclined to believe them. In their defense, the room itself was clean and comfortable enough, and the wireless was free. "Pros and Cons"
Only hotel in the area with an outdoor pool. Rooms spacious and pleasant, although several look out on the car parks. Hotel is situated on a fairly steep hill--not a problem with a car. There is complimentary breakfast in a breakfast room, but, disappointingly and surprisingly, no restaurant--unless one traipses down the hill to the neighbouring hotel. After a long drive we finally reached Yonkers Ramada Inn, which is in the middle of no man’s land. I mean NO MAN”s LAND! There is only one place to eat nearby Dunkin Donuts. I stayed in a lot of hotels from the westin to the Grand hyatt and i never had my ID photo copied... Also the guy at the front desk was very rude. I gave him my card in his hand, and i he put my card on the counter and did not had it too me. He was not nice at all. the customer service was bad. I had just fly in from atlanta and the hotels in manhattan […] was sold out and i also wanted to stay some where close to my family.i dont think i would stay here again!!!! I ask for the copy of my ID that they photo copy and it was a problem. by law your not suppose to do that. Not what we were expecting overall. Rooms were not particularly clean. Bedding, room amenities seemed old, broken down. Especially undesireable, annoying other guests in the hallway, making a ton of noise until 3am.

This is an older building that needs updating. The halls are dark and feel narrow. The desk staff and maids were pleasant, but the person in charge of the free breakfast started taking away the coffee and milk 5-10 minutes before service was supposed to end. I had to ask him to bring milk back for my cereal. Breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cold cereal, […] toast/ bagel/muffin, juice, coffee, apples, and green bananas. No hot cereal, yogurt, or protein. "Security Issues and Disgusting!"
There were security cameras everywhere and the front desk had three flat screens showing at least 24 security camera views each. That's at least 72 cameras and it is a small hotel/motel! Needless to say, this was quite unnerving. The room smelled overly of cleaners, yet there appeared to be body fluid (if you know what I mean) located on the wall adjacent […] to the bed. The bathtub/shower also had quite a bit of mildew on the wall. I've stayed here several years ago and it was OK (certainly not great). The Ramada Yonkers has gone way downhill. Stayed at Ramada for a nearby sporting event. Rooms are clean, breakfast in the morning is fine. It is near I-87 but room was quite. There is a nearby grocery store but restaurants are few blocks away, The exercise room is OK. Hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating.
It was a decent hotel. It was a place to sleep for me. It was alittle outdated. It had a scary elevator so I used the stairs and still had ash trays in the walls. It was a big hotel. The room was clean and nice. No complaints - I would stay there again. It is nothing special, but great for the price.
