the staff there was great!!! Very personable and very helpful. Didn't really like that they didn't have any bellman service. I have physical reasons why it is hard for me. Housekeeping was great!! I was sure to leave a little something for thier kindness. Thanks,
"Hotel Location"
Loved the hotel and the surrounding area. The only drawback was the horrible construction going on in the area. There were many traffic backups. We will be glad when the construction is done as we plan on going back to that area in the near future.

Upon arrival, the room smelled musty. The bathroom was stocked with miniature shampoo and hand lotion, but no conditioner. The housekeeping staff left an empty toilet paper roll in place, did not pick up some papers on the bathroom floor., did not adequately restock washcloths and towels.

This is a perfect location to be able to get into Charleston quickly. It was also easy to get to Shem Creek and Sullivan's Island. The construction zone is currently bad on 17.

After a late night trip to the coast, we were greeted with a pleasant stay. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, the bed soft and every amenity in working order. Over all things were good, although there were a few things wrong. The shower was not working right. You could not take a bath because the shower would not shut off all the way. The other thing was the view. I thought the cost of the room was a little high for the view. I only stayed one night. I would stay there again but would not want the view that […] I had. "Hilton Head Mt. Pleasant"
Great location & area. Helpful hotel staff. Only a couple of things I would note, no continental breakfast & the sheets did not appear to have been changed from when we first arrived at the room. Also, the room, and possibly more than just our room, has a definite moisture problem. The carpet did feel wet from the moment we entered the room. It was […] so bad that my sons shirt, wet from the pool, did not dry while hanging up on a coat hanger for three days. Everything felt 'moist' the entire time you were in the room. i thoroughly enjoyed my visit at this hotel the receptionist was very friendly and staff helpful. spacious rooms the breakfast per rm service sucked it was not as warm as could've been but i was hungry and ate it anyways, had a hard time redeeming the free carriage ride coupon the hotel stall informed me they don't give out the vouchers and the link […] online wasnt customer friendly, the lounge is nice as all other amenities overall would go back again. this hotel has an excellent location to downtown charleston...it is near several restaurants and gas stations and fast food as well....service and staff are very helpful and friendly .....
Great stay...very close to Charleston...only problem was the outlet in the bathroom did not work with my hair dryer...Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

From the moment we checked in I felt like I was part of a larger family. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Great stay!

"Comfortable room, but...."
1st, the pillows are awesome. I wish the bathroom lights worked seperate from the fan. A seperate, dimmer light, for late night bathroom trips would have been great. It was like turning on the sun in the middle of the night. Hallway smelled like cigarettes.

Our stay was great the only thing we disliked was u couldnt check in till 3pm but other than that the hotel was great!
