We stayed here 2 nights and it was wonderful..great room service, great pool, i will stay here again..thank you for having smoking rooms and a Great Motel! There is nothing you would need out of the motel no running down to a restrautant, no need to go find a pool table this hotel has it all! Love it
"Not very good value for the price"
I really tried to find a nice hotel in Rochester. I have stayed in others and been not very peased. This one was close to where I was working. There were holes in the walls from something being removed and never patched. The bed was hard and not comfy at all. The soap was about the cheapest that you ever see in a hotel. I got some real soap from my […] travel kit so I could actually work up a lather. The TV was old and did not have a very good picture. For about half price I could have stayed in Motel 6 and gotten about the same level of room. I realize the hotels cater to the Mayo clinic. I just wanted a nice room with comfy bed. loves: awesome bed!!!, free breakfast, fast wifi gripes: old tube tv, bathtub showerhead clogged, hot water knob kept falling off i had a checkup at mayo. stayed here for 2 nights. no complaints for the price. hotel could do some updates but overall i will probably stay here again.

The room was neat and clean. Check in was easy. Shuttle service was as described. Breakfast was great!! Overall satisfied with stay.

If you are just looking for an inexpensive, overall clean room, close ot Mayo Clinic...this hotel is fine. However, it is not as clean as we would have liked and I think there were better options nearby for us and the same or for an minimal increase in price.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. Very easy to get in and around the area from the hotel. Our room was clean but it did smell a little. Also, the toilet ran the whole night as the ballcock was broken and the water wouldn't come all the way up to stop it.
