Holiday Inn Atlanta - Perimeter/Dunwoody - Atlanta

I go to this hotel every year to throw in a dart tournament. I was bitterly disappointed this year. I booked a room with king size bed and sleeper sofa and got a room with two double beds and no sleeper sofa. I had to go down to the front desk 3 times at the beginning of my stay to get the card keys to work correctly. There was a dead moth in the shower. […] Customer service was rude to several of my friends during the event. If I didn't have to stay there because of the dart tournament, I would stay somewhere else. Unless something changes, I may go to another hotel within walking distance. Lisätietoja

The front desk lady was rude when I arrived early & inquired about an early check in. She said no and didn't even check. When I did check in an hour & a half after regular check in time, the halls were filled housekeeping bins because not all rooms were ready after check in time. Kids were running the halls above my room from one end to the other. The […] people next door to we're cussing & yelling so I called the front desk, then they got louder. It was after midnight at this point. The parking is horrible & insufficient. More parking is in the rear, but no one can see what's goin on back there. I will not stay here again. Lisätietoja

Nice hotel, however the room smells like someone had smoked. Overall nice hotel, nice breakfast too

I was really impressed with the Hotel, everything about it was nice and roomy. I would stay there again if I ever come back to the ATL. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door.

While working out of town, I prefer to stay at nicer hotels. My primary reason is honestly parking lot security. I consider the clean room and nice atmosphere a bonus to keeping my truck safe. I'd stay here again.

This Holiday Inn was very clean. The staff was helpful as well.

Had a nice stay here. Not far from downtown Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, great location for St. Judes Hospital area. Food Excellent -kitchen run byt s group of retired chefs - Pizza one of the best I have every had, for a mjor hotel the prices were on the low side that was a very welcome surprise. I’ve stayed here couple of times and love it! Renovations are still in the works, but I believe they might be in the last phase. Shower has great water pressure!

close to 285- saturday night the bar was not opened- the part of town a bit shady- room was clean- but the shower was TERRIBLE no water pressure- and it was either scalding hot or ice cold- for the rate they charge they should at least have basic maintenance done -

The bathroom sink was totally plugged. We informed the front desk at 3pm. The front desk did not offer to relocate us. We requested a new room at 8pm. Maintenance had not been done by then. The new room was in very good condition. In the new room the mattress was softer than we like, with a tendecy to roll toward the center. That of course is personal. Outstanding stay in every way. Will not hesitate to stay there again. .

Hotel was under consruction Lobby was a mess, all torn up. Got spackle on my shoes. My son tried to call me 3 times in one night no answer. I called down for a wake up call. Phone rang for almost 10 minutes before it was picked up. This was typical I should have switched hotels but was too busy.

When I pulled up to the hotel there was no parking. The hotel is under contrustion which I think they should let u know before pulling up into that mess. And a convention going on as well. When booking this hotel they should have at least tell u what is going on at the hotel when asked. They put me on the same floor as the constrution guys. This hotel has terrible service. From the front desk not answering the phone to room service not answering the phone, the shower curtain not covering the full bathtub, a clogged bathtub with water not draining, poor 1980 hairdryer, light bulb replacement ignored, room service coming to clean your room at 9am. I needed to be cloase to the Glenlakes office park, but didn't want to pay the rates to be near that area. This hotel was perfect! Honestly, the entire interior of the hotel is updated and clean and the location is perfect - only one exit from Perimeter mall. I was nervous about staying alone, but felt safe at here. This hotel is awesome, very clean, execellent service. great ammenities, ample parking, very very very spacious. The restaurant was great, everything from service, food, and price. Great breakfast buffet. The front desk was manned 24 hours, and very accommodating. I plan to stay there again in October.

The stay was very good motel was remodeling some areas.Outside of building needed to be clean and landscaped. I will revisit staff was very good.

Hotel was very convenient to our conference. Rooms were clean and comfortable.The only minor problem was when they checked us in we went to our room and it had not yet been cleaned from the previous night, but they were very gracious and immediately put us in another room.

They were doing some construction/updates on one of the floors, but we never saw it. We were on the 1st floor. Guest relations was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay...not just at check-in. The staff was cordial and polite also. A waitress at the bar gave me the change out of her purse for a Coke in the machine!!! Wonderful!

The hotel was nicer than I thought it would be. Our room was very clean and spacious. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
