Hotel is really close to Colonial Williamsburg and a short drive to Jamestown and Yorktown. Lots of resturants surrounding the hotel and lots of other hotels as well. Breakfast was decent, but at times, the eating area is too small for the amount of people there each morning.

Friendly Staff, clean, great location and very affordable . Most reviews had nothing good to say about breakfast, but l thought it was fine. Breakfast area is small but we got there early every morning before the crowd and had no problem finding a table.

This hotel was in a good location near many restaurants and businesses. The indoor pool was fantastic and the water was the perfect temperature. Customer service was not that great.They certainly did not go out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Housekeeping kept coming to the door to see if we were gone, even though it was not check out time. […] Continental breakfast was the worst we've ever had. I really want to keep this hotel a secret, but I definitely don't want it to close and hopefully it won't get too busy to make it too hard to make reservations since we do it a year in advance...this hotel has up-to-date beautiful rooms, a great sitting room with a free breakfast that was plenty, very convenient to everywhere in Williamsburg and is […] now a yearly tradition with my family. I feel like it is completely centered to the Outlets, Colonial Williamsburg, Business district, and Busch Gardens, each being around 2-7 minutes drive. The indoor swimming pool is room temperature, very warm and VERY clean, a nice treat for the cold season! The jacuzzi was the nicest public jacuzzi I have ever been in and I am 40, again, VERY CLEAN! I am so pleased with this hotel I am trying to make excuses to go back again very soon as the 3 days we were there felt like the most relaxing days out of the whole year, and that is MAINLY because of the hotel experience. The hotel was quiet and clean and I had no problem checking in or out which was done quickly and professionally. Overall the services provided were good, but I especially like the no-smoking throughout the hotel which adds to the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. Please upgrade your Televisions soon.

This is a great hotel for the price. No complaints whatsoever - rooms are in good condition, although possibly some places could use a fresh coat of paint. TVs need updating, too. No big deal, though. One of the nicest indoor pools I've ever seen at a chain hotel - very large and actually relatively warm - and with a separate hot tub that actually works […] ! This hotel was excellent for the price. It's not fancy but the staff were really excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The pool was nice and clean and they also have a giant hot tub. They also had a small game room with a couple video games and an awesome pinball machine. My kids loved that! the pool was broken, our phone never worked when we told them they said the man who fixes them had gone home and we would have to wait till tomorrow to use it

Not very good, they had all the basics, found the bathroom out dated and not very clean. Had to chase around for towels. They were very nice, but they gave us a room with no view. It really wasn't one of my better choices. Everything is old and the coffee was weak and there were kids everywhere.

I found the hotel exceptional. It was clean and the registration process very quick and courteous. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent in the choices and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel without exception.

Good hotel near the historic area. Hotel is not new, but the room was clean and quiet until we noticed piped in music presumably from a radio in another room. We never could identify the source of the music (it was coming from the wall) so the manager let us move to another room, which we appreciated. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Very convenient location to colonial Williamsburg and lots of places to eat. The hotel is older, but overall, it is nice.

We were very dissapointed with this hotel. The location was great. The hotel was fair. The room was very small for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was very clean. We were told we reserved a suite it was not available upon check in. The indoor pool was terribly dirty, so dirty we would not swim in it. Repulsive actually. The breakfast was decent, however, […] the space was too small for all of the people eating. The staff was not very personable or helpful. The gym was a joke. They had 4 pieces of cardio equipment, 2 didnt's work and the other 2 were dirty, old treadmills. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were disappointed in the breakfast offered as the room was too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. There were never any empty tables to accommodate our party of 3. Also, since the bagels were frozen, even 2 passes in the toaster did not warm them up. Location was fine as it was easy to get to area attractions. Unlike other Best Westerns we've been to, the breakfast had very limited items. No hot eggs or sausages. There was a wafflemaker, though, which was very popular among guests. We booked two nights at this hotel because many hotels in the area were booked. We read some negative reviews and were concerned about what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised to find a clean hotel with friendly employees and a great breakfast buffet. We highly reccomend the Peking Buffet across the street. Close by everything. Plenty to do in Williamsburg. Lots of really good food around.

Nice hotel, close to Williamsburg, food and shopping. Hotel was great with a couple of exceptions - pool area kept running out of towels and we would have to hunt someone down to get some. The Breakfast was minimal and the room was very crowded where everyone was eating - you couldn't even move around to get any food or to a table. On the plus side, […] the pool stayed open till 11:00 at night - a real bonus for those of us who are on vacation and have a late dinner and would like to swim later when children have gone to bed. This hotel has many options as indoor pool, game area, laundry (coin washer and dryer), continental breakfast, rooms are upgraded and very clean. Great parking and location, close to so many dining options and stores. The service was excellent. About 10 mins to Busch Gardens.

The hotel was clean and the indoor pool was great. It was close to a mini-golf and restaurants were just down the road. I would defiinitely stay there again.

the receptionist was at best disinterested and unhelpful at check in.Hotel itself is ok but breakfast was chaotic with not enough seating, running out of food on numerous occasions with poor excuse (e.g. no bread or bagels one moring -- the van didn't arrive) ,no orange juice--in USA !. Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The htel is located near many attractions and stores. I will stay there for sure again....

Pillows were ancient and lumpy, made me wonder about cleanliness. Beds and sink were over normal height and challenge for shorter adults and kids. Breakfast was awful. Messy and unclean area. Quality and variety of choices was minimal. Great location and swimming pool.

The hotel is in a good location, pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The night desk girl (Sara) did not even know that the hotel had ajoining rooms(which it does), the king bed in my room might have come from jamestown circa 1608 and the breakfast was not up to its billing(not good at all). Stay was very nice. Nice pool, hot tub a little too hot. Breakfast good but could have used some variety. There was no vent in the bathroom. Not enough electrical outlets in room. Overall very comfortable. People who worked there nice with exception of one man fixing waffles got a little hyper.

The hotel was in a good location and was very clean and well maintained. It is located within a mile or so of Colonial Williamsburg and the Colonial Parkway. Very average hotel. Decent for a weekend trip to Busch Gardens. Nothing special. Breakfast is HORRIBLE...good think there is a Cracker Barrel across the street.

The Hotel was in a great location just minutes from Historic Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Continental breakfast was OK - Waffles were great. Indoor pool with hot tub was fun. Room was clean, beds felt a little lopsided but were OK. Several good resturants within walking distance.
