"Good stay despite of the rocky beginning"
Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 25, 2013I'm very happy that the hotel is in a safe area as when I checked in and was given the key once I opened my room's door there was already another customer there! (He was not naked) I was quickly, naturally, assigned another room and the we were both apologised. But I was not compensated in anyway for this really bizarre mistake that was made. Anyhow, I enjoyed my 10-day-stay. It was my second time already and I'll most likely will return as I love how clean the rooms are kept, the Greek tavern next door, and the possibility to go skating at the Lombard Roller Rink locally.

Punaisen linjan pysäkki yhden korttelin päässä. Juna kulki melko lähellä hotellia, mutta ei häirinnyt ainakaan omia yöuniani.

Location of hotel was easy off,easy on. Was impressed with the sleep comfort bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. "Good airport hotel"
The Radisson O'Hare is a great option for an overnight stay near the airport. Target is just down the street if you need general shopping and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. AirPort shuttle perfect for every 30 min, but hotel is far away from downtown that needs to shuttle to AirPort and get blue cta (subway) line, whole takes about 1.5 hours. internet connection poor, wifi not effectively useable in the room because of frequent disconnection. I enjoyed my stay here for the most part, though I did have a few quibbles. The rooms, at least the room I had that featured a Kingsize bed and pullout couch, was a tad small. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to Park Ridge where we have family. It is quite nice. The staff was friendly. The business center was located in a separate room and the computers were great. "Perfect for a Quick Trip to Chicago"
Close to the airport. Easy shuttle system to O'Hare. Many choices for food nearby. Somewhat far from downtown Chicago. Hotel staff was nice. Although, when I walked into my room there were dirty towels hanging up. Good hotel to stay in for a quick trip to Chicago. We used the hotel as our base for our visit to Medinah for the Ryder Cup. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and in great working order, the location was safe and it was relatively quiet. There is some noise between rooms but we didn't have boisterous people on our floor or above us.
