Location sucked; description said downtown off 95. Other than that, hotel stay was great. Staff was helpful and friendly, and room was clean and served its purpose.

The perfect room for our trip. Two queen beds and a sleeper soda fit my family just right. Great price, very nice continental breakfast and right off the I on our way to gainsville.

I did not like the fact that they put my credit card on file even though my room was paid in advance. the room smell like smoke, I left after about two hour.

We were a little concerned about the location when we heard the train c one through but you couldnt hear it from the room. Great room great sleep!

previous stays were fresher and cleaner as far as linen and air qaulity in room. overall nice stay!

Great hotel. Really well run. One of the best.

I was pleased with my hotel stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly and nice.

I'm a very easy to please consumer and rarely complain. I liked this hotel and all of its amenities. However, my room smelled. I had an afternoon meeting and checked in at 1 pm to drop my bags but was in too much of a hurry to return to the desk and change rooms. I regretted that decision when I returned to the room that night. I understand that "stuff" […] happens so every room isn't going to be perfect all of the time. But, in my opinion, that room should have been held as a last resort in case of sell out and not given to the one of the first to check in that day. Lisätietoja

I will look for Comfort Suites whenever we travel from now on. Great people, beautiful room, clean!!!

Hotel was great.. Friendly staff.. Got a call in my room after I arrived by the front desk to make sure everything was to my liking... Nice extra touch.. Thanks

The hotel was very nice. The outside pool did not have a place to be able to enjoy the sun as it was covered. The only thing that I found to be a problem was that the bedspread had something on it which was not appealing to the eye and it clearly showed that it had not been cleaned. The hotel staff were nice. The hotel appears nice, however the room was very humid, so much so that the carpet felt moist. Additionally, when I returned home, I had bug bites, and saw what appeared to be fleas. I had to fumigate my home and luggage.

I was on a business trip, hotel was very nice and conveniant. The receptionist was a very nice guy, great customer service.

Check-in and everything went as planned. Great hotel for the price. Only problem was our remote did not work and when I called downstairs, nobody answered for an hour. Not bad, would stay again.

Now i know why they call it comfort suites! Rooms were well decorated clean quiet and beds surpassed those of the marriott and crown where we had stayed last. My only complaint was the staff were not very knowledgable about the area and could not help with directions whatsoever. Also late check out even though i arrived at 5am was like pulling teeth. […] Wish i had had more time to enjoy the glorious bed. Lisätietoja
